The purpose of this research is to provide scientific evidence whether there is an influence of stress, motivation, and Spritual intelligence towards learning achievement in students of information system of STIKOM dynamics of the Nation Jambi. The population of this research is the student information system of STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa Jambi, which has passed the study period of one year and has not programmed a thesis. Sampling techniques using purposive sampling. Research Data is obtained from questionnaires (primary). This study was conducted using multiple linear regression analyses as a model of analysis. From the results of the study showed that stress variables have no effect on the student learning achievement of information systems, while the variable motivation, and spiritual intelligence significantly affect the student learning achievement of information systems. Variable stress, motivation, and spiritual intelligence are able to explain the achievement of learning in Student information system of STIKOM dynamics of the nation of Jambi, the rest are dijelaksan by other factors that are not researched.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to explore the role of visual aesthetics as a key in generating satisfaction in student information system (SIS) users and to discover relationships to other antecedents. This work has also studied how gender discriminates those relationships. Design/methodology/approach DeLone and McLean’s model of information systems success, visual aesthetic and gender socialisation theory are used as a theoretical framework for the study. An explanatory model was proposed based on the previous literature, and then this model was validated using a sample of undergraduate students. Partial Least Squares was chosen as the approach to conduct the statistical analysis. Findings First, the findings show that the variance explained by the proposed model in user satisfaction of SIS is 67 per cent. Second, visual aesthetics has a significant direct effect on user satisfaction of SIS, but the indirect effect is much higher, through its relationship to system quality and information quality. Third, the results indicate that there are significant differences between men and women in the direct relationship between visual aesthetics and user satisfaction of SIS, and this relationship being much more intense in the case of women. Originality/value The study highlights the role of visual aesthetics as a variable that explains user satisfaction in information systems; this fact emphasises on the importance of taking into account aesthetics when designing information systems. In addition, the findings support the existence of a novel relationship between visual aesthetics and information quality. Finally, new evidence on gender differences concerning user satisfaction in information systems is presented; this result indicates in the opposite direction to recent studies that imply a certain homogenisation of gender in relation to the perceptions associated with the technologies of the information.

Academic activities in SMP Negeri 1 Asembagus take place every year. The number of new students who enroll in these institutions each year, requiring adequate service quality. Therefore, it needs an application that can help maximize the quality of existing services in SMP Negeri 1 Asembagus. This study has formulated the problem of how to make a recapitulation of the value of the student information system that can process a student's academic value quickly and accurate. Recapitulation of the value of the student information system will be built within the scope of academic only, not for others. This Research was conducted using the method of literature, interviews, observation, field research, and internet searching. From the explanation and the results of the discussion above, it can be concluded that the Summary of Information Systems Student Value At SMPN 1 Asembagus by using JAVA and MySQL can be used as a tool to help and make it easier for the school to cultivate students' grade reports.

The strategic planning of developing any information system is the key factor of progress any organization. Hence, SWOT (Strength, weakness, opportunities and threats) analysis for the strategic planning of developing information system has proved to be a good analysis tool for further development and progress of the universities/organization. Further, the implementation of computerized student information management system has become an important issue within the university campus to exchange such information between students and staff. Many studies have developed student information system through the converting of paper-based system to computer-based system in order to facilitate the work of staff. However, none of these studies focused on the development of such systems based on the strategic planning using SWOT technique. Therefore, this research focuses on the requirements needed to develop student information system based on the aforementioned strategic planning technique. Some universities located in the Kurdistan Region, Iraq have been tacking to do the investigation. Moreover, SWOT technique was selected to find strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of developing such system. The findings of this research were processed as matching strengths with opportunities and converting weaknesses or threats to strengths or opportunities. Based on the results, it has been found that the need to address student information systems is of utmost importance now more than ever in order to survive and continue in the competition environment.
