This research is to find out the effect of profitability and leverage on firm value with dividend policy as intervening variable in property, real estate & building construction sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. This type of research is clausal associative. The population used in this reseach is the property, real estate & building construction sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The type of data used in this research is secondary data and data collection uses the documentation method. While the sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique. The population data of the study were 83 companies and obtained sample of 10 companies so that the research data amounted to 50. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression and sobel test. The results showed that profitability had a negative effect on dividend policy, leverage had a positive effect on dividend policy, while profitability, leverage, and dividend policy had a positive effect on firm value. Dividend policy can’t mediated between profitability and leverage on firm value.

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, leverage, company size, and dividend policy on firm value. This research was conducted on property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2013-2017. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from annual financial statements. The research method was carried out using multiple linear regression and sample selection using a purposive sampling method. Samples obtained as many as 114 companies in the period 2013-2017. The results showed that profitability and dividend policy had a positive effect on firm value. Likewise, leverage has a negative effect on firm value. Sometimes the size of the company does not affect the value of the company.

This study aims to determine managerial ownership, institutional ownership, liquidity, leverage, and profitability on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010 to 2018. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling so that the selected sample is 16 companies. This study uses descriptive statistical data analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1). Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, and Liquidity do no effect on Company Value. 2). Leverage has a negative and significant impact on Company Value. 3). Profitability has a positive and significant impact on Company Value. 4). Dividend Policy cannot moderate the effect of the Managerial Ownership relationship on Company Value. 5). Dividend policy can partially influence the relationship of Institutional Ownership, Liquidity, Leverage, and Profitability to Company Value.

ABSTRACT  The purpose of this research is to find the influence of growth opportunity and capital structure on firm value. The research objects used is property, real estate and building construction company which listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2011-2014. This research used a purposive sampling technique in determining the research sample. The number of companies chosen as the sample in 37 company of 54 companies registered in property, real estate and building construction sector. This research was included in the explanatory research using quantitative approach. Data analysis method used in this research is partial least square (PLS) analysis. The result showed that in directly growth opportunity and capital structure has a significant effect on firm value. Growth opportunity undirectly has significant effect on the firm value by means of capital structure. Growth opportunity has a positive and significant effect on capital structure and capital structure has a negative and significant effect on firm value.Keywords : Growth Opportunity, Capital Structure and Firm Value

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of partially or simultaneously financial leverage and dividend policy on firm value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesian stock exchange. Data collection uses secondary data using purposive sampling technique. The population in this study is the automotive sub-sector manufacturing companies and components listed on the Indonesia stock exchange during the 2014-2016 period of 15 companies, while the samples taken were the number of observations for 3 years (2014-2016) with the number of companies observing 12 obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that all hypotheses have a significant effect based on the t test and F test. This means that both partially and simultaneously financial leverage and dividend policy have a significant effect on firm value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesian stock exchange.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel mediasi pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Populasi yang digunakan adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016-2018. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 19 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. This study aimed to determine the effect of Return on Equity (ROE) and Debt to Total Asset Ratio (DAR) on Firm Value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia’s Stock Exchange 2015-2019, both partially and simultaneously. The research was categorized as an associative research by using. 179 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) as a population. The sample obtained from 63 companies were selected using purposive sampling technique. The data in this study are secondary data obtained through the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and related company websites then being analyzed with multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression test, and normality test. The results showed that the Return on Equity (ROE) has a positive effect on Firm Value, Debt to Total Asset Ratio (DAR) has no significant effect on firm value, and Return on Equity (ROE) & Debt to Total Asset Ratio (DAR) has affect on firm value.   Keywords: ROE, DAR, Book Value.

This study aims to determine Managerial Ownership, Dividend Policy and Intellectual Capital Policy on Corporate Value with Profitability as an intervening variable in real estate and property companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2018. This type of research is causal associative. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data on research were 6 companies was obtained so that the research data were 42. The analysis technique used was multiple regression and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that Dividend Policy affect Profitability, Managerial Ownership does not affects to Profitability and Intellectual Capital does not affect Profitability. Further, Managerial Ownership, Return on Assets, and Intellectual Capital does not affects the Value of the Company, Dividend Policy effect the Company Value. Profitability is an intervening variable between Dividend Policy on Firm Value, Profitability is not an intervening variable between Managerial Ownership of Company Value and Profitability is not an intervening variable between Intellectual Capital.

Signal theory emphasizes that company information can be responded differently by investors. One method used to analyze company value is using the Price to Book Value (PBV) approach. This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, dividend policy, profitability, and firm size on firm value. This research was conducted on companies listed in the LQ 45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. The number of samples taken as many as 10 companies used the nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique, so that the number of samples during the 4 years of observation became 40 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that liquidity and profitability have a positive effect on firm value, while dividend policy and company size have no effect on firm value. This study was conducted to examinate the effect of capital structure, dividend policy and liquidity on profitability of bank that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2015 to 2017. This study was associative research. The population of this study were 39 companies and observed during 2015 to 2017. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated samples. Based on these techniques, 39 companies obtained as samples. This study used the secondary data from IDX. The data collection methods used in this study was non participant observation method. The researcher used multiple linear regression as the analytical technique. SPSS 20 was used to help analyze. The result of analysis can be conclude Capital Structure had significant negative effect on profitability, Dividend policy had significant positive effect on profitability and Liquidity had positive significant effect on profitability.
