This study was conducted to examinate the effect of capital structure, dividend policy and liquidity on profitability of bank that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2015 to 2017. This study was associative research. The population of this study were 39 companies and observed during 2015 to 2017. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated samples. Based on these techniques, 39 companies obtained as samples. This study used the secondary data from IDX. The data collection methods used in this study was non participant observation method. The researcher used multiple linear regression as the analytical technique. SPSS 20 was used to help analyze. The result of analysis can be conclude Capital Structure had significant negative effect on profitability, Dividend policy had significant positive effect on profitability and Liquidity had positive significant effect on profitability. The purpose of this study is to determine the significance of the effect of profitability, liquidity and dividend policy on firm value. This research was conducted at the consumer goods industry sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2016-2018 period. The number of samples in this study were 17 companies with a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a non-participant observation method, through financial statement data published on the IDX's official website, www.idx.co.id. The results of the analysis showed that profitability had a significant positive effect on firm value. Liquidity and dividend policy have a significant negative effect on firm value. This means that profitability is the main factor that most influences the value of the company and is considered by investors to invest. To maximize the welfare of stakeholders, can be achieved by maximizing the value of the company. But sometimes companies fail to increase that, because of less conscientious in applying factors influencing the value of enterprise. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leverage and the size of the company in the pharmaceutical sector enterprise value on the Stock Exchange. The population in this study is pharmaceutical sector companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2016 which amounted to 10 companies. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling, the samples obtained are 8 companies. Data collection methods used is non-participant observation. Sources of data is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis shows leverage significant negative effect, and the size of the company and significant positive effect on the value of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of firm size on human resource accounting disclosure, the effect of profitability on human resource accounting disclosure and the effect of company age on human resources accounting disclosure. The population of this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017 with a sample of 120 samples. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. The data used is secondery data. Analytical technique used are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, F test, t test and R2 test. The result of the study concluded that 1.) the value of the company sixe was 2,870 and a significance value of 0,005. This proves that the size of company has a significant positive effect on human resource accounting disclosure, 2.) the profitability value is -0,585 and the significance value is 0,560. This proves that profitability has a negative effect not significant on human resource accounting disclosure and 3.) the value of the company age is 1,616 and the significance value is 0,109. This proves that the age company has no significant positive effect on human resource accounting disclosure.  Keywords: company size, profitability, company age, human resource accounting disclosure

Purpose- The study was conducted to examine the effect of capital structure on profitability. Variables of the capital structure are Long-term Debt to total assets (LTD), Short-term Debt to total assets (STD) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) while profitability is proxied by Return on Assets (ROA. Research is conducted on all Non-Financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2014-2016. Methods- Use the Purposive Random Sampling technique to take samples. Samples taken from Bloomberg. The sample used amounted to 175 companies using multiple regression analysis SPSS program assistance. Finding- The results of the study note that LTD and STD have a significant negative effect on ROA. DER has not a significant positive effect on ROA.

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity, and capital structure on firm value in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and to test whether dividend policy can moderate the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The population of this study is all mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2011 to 2019. The research sample was determined by the purposive sampling method, so a sample of 11 companies was multiplied by 9 years of research to obtain 99 observations. The analytical technique used in this study is moderating regression analysis (MRA) with Eviews 10 software tools. This study partially shows that profitability has a positive effect on firm value, liquidity has a negative effect on firm value, and capital structure has a negative effect on firm value. All of these independent variables together affect firm value. The dividend policy variable moderates the relationship between profitability and firm value but does not moderate the relationship between liquidity and capital structure on firm value. This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, capital structure and managerial ownership on stock return with firm value as a moderator veriable in Agricultural Companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2009-2018. The number of samples in this study are 10 agricultural companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange obtained by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used is Panel Data Regression. The results of this study prove that capital structure has negative effect on stock returns, firm value has positive effect on stock returns, profitability and managerial ownership have no significant effect on stock returns. Meanwhile, the moderating effect test prove that firm value is able to moderate the effect of profitability on stock returns, but is unable to moderate the effect of capital structure and managerial ownership on stock returns

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on tax avoidance with profitability as a moderating variable. This research was conducted at mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2017-2019 period. The number of observations of 75 samples obtained through nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by non-participant observation method. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that CSR disclosure had a negative effect on tax avoidance. Profitability as a moderating variable is able to moderate the effect of CSR disclosure on tax avoidance. Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility; Profitability; Tax Avoidance.

This research aims to analyze the effects of profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), assets growth, and firm size towards capital structure (DER) and the impact on firm value (PBV).This research uses secondary data from yearly financial statement of food and baverages companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange for period 2013-2017. The research design uses descriptive quantitative research and causality. Sampling method uses purposive sampling method, with some predetermined criteria, the number of sample is 17 manufacturing companies. The analysis technique used is panel data regression. The research results shows that the profitability (ROA) and firm size partially have negative effect and not significant on capital structure (DER). The liquidity (CR) and assets growth partially have negative effect and significantly on capital structure (DER). Then the capital structure (DER) partially have positive effect but not significantly influences the firm value (PBV). The profitability (ROA) partially have positive effect and significant on firm value (PBV). The liquidity (CR) and assets growth partially have negative and significant effect on firm value (PBV), and firm size partially have negative and not significant effect on firm value (PBV). Simultaneously profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), assets growth and firm size effect on capital structure (DER). On the other side, simultaneously profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), assets growth and firm size have effect on firm value (PBV).

ABSTRACT   The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profitability(ROA), asset structure(SA), company growth (GROWTH), business risk (BEPR), and company activities (TATO) on capital structure (DER) in a large trading sub-sector company listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2018 period simultaneously (simultaneously) or partially (partial). Purposive sampling technique was used in this study for sampling by obtaining 21 company samples with a research period of 6 years, so that 126 data samples were obtained. Processing data using Eviews 9.0, this study uses data from several independent variables, namely profitability (ROA), asset structure (SA), company growth (GROWTH), business risk (BEPR), and company activities (TATO) with the results of research that simultaneously the five independent variables can affect the capital structure. While partially it can be concluded, company growth has a significant negative effect on capital structure and asset structure has a significant positive effect on the dependent variable. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk pengambilan sampel  dengan peroleh 21 sampel perusahaan dengan periode penelitian 6 tahun, sehingga diperoleh sebesar 126 data sampel. Pengolahaan data menggunakan Eviews 9.0, penelitian ini menggunakan data dari beberapa variabel bebas yaitu profitabilitas (ROA), struktur aktiva (SA), pertumbuhan perusahaan (GROWTH), risiko bisnis (BEPR), dan aktivitas perusahaan (TATO)  dengan hasil penelitian bahwa secara simultan kelima variabel bebas tersebut dapat berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal. Sedangkan secara parsial dapat disimpulkan, pertumbuhan perusahaan memiliki sebuah pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap struktur modal dan struktur aktiva memilki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel dependen. Sedangkan pada variabel lainnya yaitu profitabilitas, risiko bisnis, dan aktivitas perusahaan tidak dapat mempengaruhi terjadinya struktur modal. Kata Kunci                          : Struktur Modal; ROA; SA; GROWTH; BEPR dan TATO.

The  purposes of the study was to determine the effect of capital structure , firm size, profitability and dividen policy on the company value. This serearch was in automotive companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange in 2012-2016. The data used secondary data with annual financial statement. Quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods used SPSS as measuring tool. Data analysis techniques used simultaneous tests and partial tests on the annual financial statements of  automotive companies  listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. The result of the study partially addressed the capital structure variables and firm size had a significant positive effect on the value of the company and profitability variables and dividend policy did not effect the value of the company while simultaneous testing of capital structure variable ,firm size , profitability and dividend policy had a significant effect on company value.
