Current information can be delivered quickly without knowing the geographical boundaries using the internet. However, the information transmitted can be intercepted by the middle of the road which is not desired, then the security of the data actually becomes a very important issue. The development of computer systems and networks and the interconnection through the Internet has increased, of course, require data security and reliable message in order to avoid the attack. To secure internet data or message network necessary cryptographic encryption methods, one method of data encryption that there is a method of data encryption standard (DES) and subsequently inserted into the Lakeside digital images (steganography) using the method of least significant bit (LSB).

Digital images that are personal and confidential are very vulnerable to wiretapping by irresponsible parties. Especially if distributed via the internet network such as on Facebook, WhatsApp and e-mail chat based applications. Images that are sent sometimes are often confidential images and must be maintained. In order to maintain the security of digital images can be done by utilizing cryptographic techniques. Cryptographic techniques can secure digital images by changing pixel values from digital images so as to produce different pixel values from the original image to be secured. This research will use AES 128 bit and Triple DES methods for encryption and decryption of digital images on client-server based applications. The results of the encryption AES algorithm will be re-encrypted with the Triple DES Algorithm so as to produce pixel values that are far different from the original pixel values. AbstrakJaringan Komunikasi seperti Internet� merupakan jaringan yang tidak aman untuk mentransmisi data, seperti teks, audio,video dan citra digital. Salah satu cara untuk pengamanan data dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan proses kriptografi dan �steganografi. Penggunaan ini dengan tujuan untuk merahasiakan pesan yang dikirim dan sekaligus menghindarkan pesan tersebut dari kecurigaan pihak lain yang tidak berkepentingan.Pesan yang digunakan dalam makalah ini adalah berupa text dengan menyisipkannya pada gambar. Pada proses kriptografi, pesan yang berupa text akan dienkrip dengan algoritma Hill Chiper, dan kemudian pesan yang telah dienkrip akan dilakukan proses steganografi pada citra digital� 8 bit dengan skala 0 � 255, dengan metode Least Significant Bit ( LSB ).�Kata kunci: Kriptografi, Hill Chiper, Steganografi, Least Significant Bit�AbstractCommunication Networks such as the Internet are unsafe networks for transmitting data, such as text, audio, video and digital imagery. Information security is the protection of personal and non-personal data from various threats to guarantee privacy. For business practices, data security can reduce business risk, and increase the return of investment and business opportunities. In designing information system security systems, there are information security aspects that need to be considered. Many threats will come before the information circulating. Information is a matter that will be targeted by wild parties. Cryptographic algorithms are needed to protect data from these threats. Data Encryption Standard (DES) belongs to the symmetry cryptography system and is classified as a block cipher type. DES operates on 64-bit block size. DES encrypts 64 plaintext bits into 64-bit ciphertext using 56 private key bits or subkeys. The internal key is generated from an external key that is 64 bits long. The DES method is an excellent cryptographic technique used to secure data. DES has 16 rounds to ensure safer data against unexpected attacks. Applying DES to data encryption will be very useful for protecting data.

<p style="text-align: justify;"> With the development of technology, especially in the IT field, the more developed also the current exchange of information using internet technology. Security of information transmitted via the Internet network is a must to maintain the confidentiality and originality of the information. Technology to maintain the security of the information used in this paper is a cryptography and steganography. Application cryptography to secure information on the text, then the information is hidden in digital images. So that only users who have a lock / unlock passwords only, can read the message in greeting such information.</p>

The advancement of the data communication technologies has increased the traffic of data exchange over the internet and at the same time created the opportunity of data attack by various party.  This paper present  Time Performance Analysis Of Advanced Encryption Standard And Data Encryption Standard  in Data Security Transaction<strong>. </strong>In this study we proposed an AES algorithm with  different key size, and different file format. Our aim is to safely to transfer the file for using the AES algorithm. Proposed algorithm has done by analyzing the different time taken for both AES and DES, experiments were done by three different file  format which were text, image, and voice. Each file format type was tested with five different file sizes. The result of each experiments were analysed and it was confirmed that  the AES algorithm have better performance in term of time taken as compared to DES.

This study proposes a new hybrid n-LSB (Least Significant Bit) substitution-based image steganography method in the spatial plane. The previously proposed n-LSB substitution method by authors of this paper is combined with the Rivest-Shamir-Adleman (RSA), RC5, and Data Encryption Standard (DES) encryption algorithms to improve the security of the steganography, which is one of the requirements of steganography, and the Lempel-Ziv-Welch (LZW), Arithmetic and Deflate lossless compression algorithms to increase the secret message capacity. Also, embedding was done randomly using a logistic map-based chaos generator to increase the security more. The classical n-LSB substitution method and the proposed hybrid approaches based on the previously proposed n-LSB were implemented using different secret messages and cover images. When the results were examined, it has been seen that the proposed hybrid n-LSB approach showed improvement in all three criteria of steganography. The proposed hybrid approach that consists of previously proposed n-LSB, RSA, Deflate, and the logistic map had the best results regarding capacity, security, and imperceptibility.
