This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, asset management, leverage and dividend policy on firm value at Food and Beverages Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of research used is quantitative research because the data used is numbers while the nature of this research is descriptive research. The population in this study amounted to 30 Food and Beverages Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample used is in the form of financial statements of Food and Beverages Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a total of 20 companies from 2016-2019. The results of this study indicate that the current ratio, total asset turnover, debt to equity ratio and dividend payout ratio have a positive and significant effect on firm value at Food and Beverages Companies

The aim of this research is to test and analyze the effect of asset turnover, cash turnover and the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Returns on Assets (ROA) in Banking listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. This study uses a quantitative research approach. This type of research is descriptive research. The nature of the research conducted is a causal relationship. The population of this study was 43 banks listed on the Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 with a sample of 23 banks listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 with 5 years of observation so that the observation samples were 115 financial statements of banking companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2013 -2017. The multiple regression method used in this study. The results of this study are asset turnover that has significant and significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA) in Banking listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. Cash turnover has a significant and significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA) in Banking listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has an effect on Return On Assets (ROA) in Banking listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. Asset turnover, cash turnover and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) have an effect on and significant on Return On Assets (ROA) in Banking listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the ratio of activity, solvability, firm size to company’s profitability in manufacturing companies food and beverages sub-sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2017. The sampling method is done by using purposive sampling. The method of collecting secondary data is taken from the IDX that publishes the financial statements. This research uses descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis with Eviews 9. The results showed that total asset turnover is positive significant, debt to equity ratio is not significant and firm size is not significant to profitability of company. F-test results show total asset turnover, debt equity ratio and size independent variables in this research simultaneously don’t have a significant effect on the return of equity of companies in the food and beverages sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

This study aims to examine the effect of firm size, leverage, dividend policy and profitability on firm value in the study of manufacturing companies in the food and beverages sector. This research uses quantitative research. The technique used in sampling is the purposive sampling method, namely the selection of samples is carried out with predetermined criteria. So that as many as 35 data were obtained from 7 food and beverages companies listed on the IDX during the 2016-2020 period. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 23 program. Based on the results of the study, it shows that: (1) firm size has no effect on firm value, (2) leverage has a negative and significant effect on firm value, (3) dividend policy has no effect on firm value, (4) profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Keywords: firm size, leverage, dividend policy and profitability.

This study aims to determine how much influence the Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have on the Return on Equity (ROE) of PT Bank Mandiri Tbk which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research design used in this research is associative/quantitative research. The population in this study is the annual financial statements of PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk for the period 2012-2019, while the sample was taken using time series data, namely the annual financial statements of PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk for the period 2012-2019 which consists of balance statements, income statements, and cash flow from funding activities from 2012 to 2019. The result of the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.813. This figure means that 0.813 or 81.3% of the diversity of data from financial performance data can be explained by the two independent variables, namely the Debt to Asset Ratio and the Debt to Equity Ratio. While the rest (1-0.813 = 0.817) or 18.7% is explained by other factors outside the study. The results of statistical tests show that the Asset Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio together (simultaneously) have an effect on financial performance (Return on Equity).

This study aims to test and analyze environmental performance and sustainability reporting disclosures in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study also aims to determine the effect of environmental performance and sustainability reporting disclosure on firm value. This research uses quantitative research using purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%. This research was conducted by selecting research data in accordance with the criteria of a sample of 17 manufacturing companies. This study aims to determine the effect of Dividend Policy and Capital Structure on Agricultural Sector’s Company Value. The research method used in this study is verification method with quantitative approach. The case study was conducted on agricultural sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The sample used is Price Book Value (PBV) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) in 14 agricultural sector companies obtained from Financial Statements published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website: www.idx.co.id for the period 2015-2019. The results showed that the variables of Dividend Policy and Capital Structure had a negative and not significant effect on company value.

This study aims to determine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and Return on Equity (ROE) on the value of the company or Price to book value (PBV) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of this research is quantitative research. The Data on this research is secondary data derived by collectin from literature and documentation. The sample in this study is 16 companies which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2012-2017 period. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method. To analyze the data using a panel data regression test with software Eviews 9. The results of the analysis show that a partial debt to equity ratio has a positive and significant impact on firm value (PBV), while dividend payout ratio and return on equity have no significant impact on company value (PBV). The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.9378 or 93.78%. This shows that 93.78% of the company's value (PBV) is influenced by the debt to equity ratio, dividend payout ratio and return on equity. While the remaining 6.22% of the company's value (PBV) is influenced by other factors. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh debt to equity ratio (DER), divident payout ratio (DPR) dan  return on equity (ROE)  terhadap nilai perusahaan (Price to book value) (PBV) di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 16 perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2017. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probality sampling. Analisis yang digunakan menggunakan uji regresi panel dengan software eviews 9.  Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukkan dalam analisis menunjukkan debt to equity  ratio secara parsial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV), sedangkan dividend payout ratio dan return on equity tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,9378 atau sebesar 93,78%.  Ini menunjukkakn bahwa 93,78%  nilai perusahaan (PBV) dipengaruhi oleh debt to equity ratio, dividend payout ratio dan.  return on equity.  Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 6,22% nilai perusahaan (PBV) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain

The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of intellectual capital, leverage, profitability and liquidity on firm value. Firm value is measured by price to book value (PBV), leverage is measured by debt to equity ratio (DER), profitability by return on equity (ROE) and liquidity by current ratio (CR). This research method is a quantitative research with sampling using a purpose sampling technique based on predetermined characteristics as many as 9 pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 - 2019. The type of data used is secondary data and the analytical method used is panel data regression using Eviews. The results show that intellectual capital, leverage, profitability have a significant effect on firm value. However, liquidity has no effect on firm value.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors affecting on dividend policy of non financial company that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange for period 2011 until 2013. This research use return on equity (ROE), current ratio (CR), debt to equity ratio (DER), sales growth (SG), investment opportunity set (IOS), size of firm (SIZE), and total asset turnover (TATO). The data are collected from 99 non financial company listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) and the observation period are three years. Sampling method used is purposive sampling and data analysis with multiple linear regression. Empirical evidence shows that, sales growth has influence to dividend policy and return on equity, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, investment, size firm, and total asset turnover have not influence to dividend policy.

An established company has two goals, short term and long term goals. In the long term goals, the company will try to maximize the value of the company. Maximizing firm value is essential for company because it means increasing the wealth of shareholders as well. This study examines the effect of market values, leverages, and management asset into the firm’s  value with dividend policy as a moderating variable. For this purpose, the firms in the sub-sector chemical listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2009 - 2018 are examined. The sampling method was done by using purposive sampling. Secondary data collection methods were taken from IDX published financial statements. This research used multiple regression analysis with fixed effect method to test their hypothesis using Eviews 9.0. The results show that earning per share has a negative significant effect to firm value in which is measured by price to book the value, while leverage and management assets have a positive significant impact to the firm’ value. F-test result shows that all independent variables in this research simultaneously has a significant effect to firm’s value with dividend policy as a moderating variable in sub sector chemical estate listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. In the test of Adjusted R2, the analysis results showed that 43.41% firm’s value was influenced by the independent variables of this research while the remaining is influenced by other factors which are not studied.
