This study discusses the relationship between school infrastructure facilities with teaching motivation. This study aims to determine the relationship between educational infrastructure and teaching motivation in SMA 1 Pamijahan, Bogor. This type of research is quantitative research, the population and sample of this study are high school teachers 1 Pamijahan Bogor. which numbered 40 people. The data analysis technique used in this study uses descriptive statistics and correlational analysis using the product-moment correlation formula where variable x is educational infrastructure and so is the variable Y which is teaching motivation. The frequency X frequency division with the highest score of 122 and the lowest score of 73, obtained an average (mean) of 98.26; median 98.50 and 86.37 mode. As for the variable y, the highest score is 110, the lowest score is 70, the average is 95.98; a median of 91.50, and 96.50 modes. There is or there is a positive relationship between educational infrastructure and teaching motivation at SMA 1 Pamijahan Bogor. This is evidenced by the degree of freedom (DK) = N-2 and α = 0.05 of 2,000 t arithmetic (4.5961) > t table (2000) then the correlation coefficient is 5% significant meaning the rcount value is greater than R table that is 0.7016 > 0.05 thus the results are declared significant and the proposed hypothesis is accepted.

The researcher has employed simple random method to fulfill the sampling procedure. Gratitude questionnaire (McCullough et al., 2002) and Teacher Effectiveness questionnaire (Kulsum, 2000) were used for data collection via survey method. Pearson Correlation Coefficient was administered to find the correlation of the variables. The findings confirmed that there was positive correlation between gratitude and teacher effectiveness. Moreover, gratitude and factors of teacher effectiveness are also found positive relationship except class management of the teachers. The implications and limitations of the study are also discussed.

Student respect for teachers is one of the important aspects of the student-teacherrelationship, which is considered an important component of the school climate.Given the significant role of the school climate in predicting students’ violenceagainst teachers, the aim of this study was to examine the relationship betweenperceptions of students’ respect for teachers and students’ violence against teachers. The research was conducted with two survey questionnaires intended for samplesof students and teachers, and 451 students and 102 high school teachers in the Cityof Zagreb participated in the research. The perception of respect for teachers anddifferent forms of violence was examined by assessing participants’ agreement ona six-point Likert-type scale (1 – strongly agree, 6 – strongly disagree). The resultsindicate that students and teachers, on average, feel that students respect teachers toa greater extent, and that they perceive different forms of violence against teachersto a lesser extent. The correlation analysis found a statistically significant negativeassociation between respect for teachers and various forms of student violenceagainst teachers. It can be concluded that respect for teachers plays an importantrole in explaining the occurrence of students’ violence against teachers.

For data collection, Glock and Stark’s (1965) religious attitude questionnaires, Schwartz and Jerusalem’s general self-efficacy questionnaire and Diener et al.’s (1985) life satisfaction questionnaire were used. For data analysis, Pearson’s correlation coefficient was used. Results showed that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between the religious attitude and life satisfaction. In addition, there is a meaningful relationship between the religious attitude and self-efficacy. Results also showed that religious attitude and self-efficacy can predict the life satisfaction.</p>
