Introduction. In this research is devoted to questions of development of structure and technology of granules of an omeprazole. It is established that the most optimal dosage form for medicines of inhibitors of a proton pump is considered to be the tablet with a multiple-unit pellets system (microparticles). In this case of the production of these medicines in the microgranules of a particle are covered with several protective covers. For development of microgranules of an omeprazole is offered the technology of lamination in the fluid bed apparatus.Aim. To receive in the fluid bed apparatus of the microgranules of an omeprazole covered with the enteric cover.Materials and methods. To solve this problem technical characteristics on the granulates of an omeprazole received at various operating modes of the fluid bed apparatus are defined such as form of granules, fractional structure and bulk density are determined by the methods described by the State Pharmacopeia of the XIII edition.Results and discussion. As a result of a research the choice of polymers for layered deposition in the granulation process of a substance of omeprazole is substantiated. Produced selection of enteric polymer of various firms of producers is made for providing a necessary profile of release of an omeprazole in a human body. A copolymer of methacrylic acid – Kollicoat MAE 100 P is chosen. Special attention is paid to receiving the enteric granules of an omeprazole of the correct spherical form with minimum roughness and the improved flowability for further tabletting. For the purpose of receiving granules of an omeprazole of a spherical form selection of an optimum operating mode of the device of a fluid bed apparatus is made for implementation of process of applying the enteric polymer. Following the results of experiments the dependence of quality of fractional structure and appearance of granules of an omeprazole on temperature, pressure and feed rate of polymer is defined. Besides, it is established that the uniformity of application and thickness of a layer of the applied enteric polymer on granules of an omeprazole depend not only on the polymer feed rate, but also on the size of drops of the feed solution.Conclusion. It is established that the quality of the granules of an omeprazole received the enteric polymer was affected by such factors of technological parameters of the fluid bed apparatus as: temperature of the entering air in the apparatus, the air pressure upon a nozzle, air pressure upon a gas-distributing grid of the apparatus, speed of the given polymer, a lot of loading of granules, air temperature of a layer of granules, duration of drying of granules upon termination of process of application of the enteric polymer.

In the article it is presented data on the relevance of drugs from the group of analgesics-antipyretics in the form of fast dissolving solid dosage forms and excipients for its manufacture are described. The advantages of a sachet as a solid dosage form are described. For developing a sachet with anti-inflammatory properties, the features of active pharmaceutical ingredients interrelation and their physicochemical properties, which determine the technology, are shown. The purpose of this work was to select the excipients for improvement the pharmaco-technological and organoleptic characteristics of the sachet. We studied 27 excipients 5 functional groups. The experiment is based on the Latin cube of the second order. Technology was the mixing of components. The obtained mass was tested twice on pharmaco-technological parameters and the characteristics of the solution. Experimental data were subjected to statistical analysis by the method of dispersion analysis. The results were expressed using ranked rows of benefits and bar charts. The results of the study present the effect of excipients from groups of alkaline and acid fractions, dyes, flavors, fillers on the quality of the sachets. The results of the study show that the different tested excipients show the greatest influence on appearance of the mass, bulk density, density after shrinkage, Carr`s index, fluidity, angle of the slope, mass loss in drying, solution appearance, solution smell, solution taste and pH of the solution. Generalized results of dispersion analysis showed that calcium phosphate, citric anhydrous acid, maleic acid, curcumin, lemon-lime flavor and sugar powder improve the pharmacological-technological and organoleptic characteristics of the studied sachet. In the result of the work, the selection of excipients in the development of a sachet is scientifically substantiated. The influence of the exipiences nature on the pharmaco-technological indicators sachets and organoleptic properties was studied. It was selected the excipients for the optimal sachet composition with anti-inflammatory properties.

Water jet cutting technology is widely applicable in all industrial areas in areas where the need for high dimensional precision machined material. Quality of surface corresponds to the scale from middle smooth milling to rough milling. It shows the results of undulation in dependence on technical and technological parameters ‒ feed rate and abrasive mass flow. The paper also contains the methodology for assessment of the effect of these parameters on surface finished undulation. Our paper presents significant results of experiments made by this methodology applied to MDF, OSB boards and to technical beech plywood. We can see from the above-mentioned results that the fundamental indicator for roughness assessment is the arithmetical mean deviation of roughness profile R<sub>a</sub>. MDF boards have the most homogeneous structure in the entire cut among the monitored materials, which affects the insignificance of parameter R<sub>a. </sub>For OSB boards, we can see the worse surface quality with higher feed rate and vice versa for plywood, higher feed rate improves the surface quality. A higher amount of abrasive flow causes the worse surface quality. &nbsp; &nbsp;

In order to improve the contact performance properties, we present optimization of flat grinding of titanium parts in accordance with two parameters: the relative bearing length of the profile and the relative bearing part of the parts’ surface that allow to assess the quality of the surface at the micro- and macro-scale. It is established that in order to achieve the set goal, grinding should be carried out with a minimum lateral feed rate sΠ = 2.0 mm/double pass, and the remaining technological parameters are selected depending on the rigidity of the parts and the direction of its variation.

The authors suggested the use of maple syrup as a flavor component in the production of sweet dessert oil of a dessert type. Maple syrup is a sweet syrup made from juice of a tree of sugar maple, red maple, black maple or horseradish maple. Has found its application as an additive for ready meals and as a recipe component of sweet dishes. An important advantage of maple syrup in front of other sweeteners (brown sugar, stevia, agave syrup, honey, etc.) is that it contains a very small amount of oxalates and purines, and therefore does not cause food allergy. Thus, it also possesses antibacterial, antidiabetic properties, improves the functioning of the cardiovascular system, etc. The analysis of the vitamin and mineral composition of maple syrup showed a high content of vitamins В1 and В2, potassium, calcium, magnesium, manganese, zinc. The work was carried out on the selection of optimal dosage of vegetable syrup in the production of sweet and sour oil with flavor components. The mass fraction of syrup varied in the range of 0.5 to 10%. The optimum dosage is set to 8%. The technological scheme of the soda oil with maple syrup involves the following operations: acceptance of raw components; milk separation and cream production; pasteurization of cream; Cream separation and preparation of high-fat cream; introduction of maple syrup; normalization of high-fat cream; conversion of a normalized mixture into an oil; oil packing. The indexes of quality of oil of a sweet-soup with maple syrup are studied. The conformity of oil to the requirements of GOST 32899–2014 is established. The expiration date of the product packed in aluminum foamed foil has been determined for 15 days at a temperature of (3 ± 2) °С. On the basis of the data obtained, it is possible to draw a conclusion on the expediency of developing and implementing the technology of the sweet and sour album oil with maple syrup at the enterprises of the oil and fat industry.

Since the appearance of the reinforcing material for automobile tires and rubber products, such as metal cord, you can observe its constant development. Tougher competition among the tire manufacturers makes it a priority to develop new and unique types of these products with improved technical characteristics. The article describes the development trend in the production of metal cord for large and super – large tires in Belarus since 2007 and up to the present.The purpose of this project is to ensure the delivery of large – diameter metal cord to Belshina OJSC in the required volume. The solution to the problem of fulfilling the volume of deliveries of metal cord with a limited number of equipment while maintaining the quality of products is considered. In the process of work, an alternative scheme for manufacturing metal cord was developed, the selection of technological parameters for tuning and twisting was carried out, and the rope equipment was modernized.

Nowadays, hybrid yarns, which consist of at least one-component thermoplastic fibers, are used in thermoplastic textile composites. The uniformity of the fibers in hybrid yarns is a key factor that directly influences the composite properties. Accordingly, one of the main aims of the present research was to optimize the air texturing parameters to achieve the uniform blending of Kevlar/polypropylene fibers. To evaluate the blending uniformity of yarns, the radial, lateral and angular distribution of fibers, based on the position of the pixels of the constituent fibers, was evaluated using the image processing data of yarn cross sections. According to this method, the production parameters, namely, blend ratio, delivery speed, feed rate and air pressure, were optimized simultaneously via the response surface method to obtain the blending uniformity of the fibers. The uniform blending distribution could be achieved by a higher blend ratio of Kevlar/PP (1:6), a lower production speed (300 m/min), a higher feed rate (500 m/min), and a higher air pressure (10 bar). Eventually, it was confirmed that there was a good correlation between the blending quality of the real samples and the predicted quality of the response surface method model.

Gas migration through fresh and hardened cement slurry is an ongoing problem in the oil industry. In order to eliminate this unfavourable phenomenon, research is being conducted on new compositions of slurries for gas wells. The article presents the results of research for slurries with low and high resistance to gas migration. The proper selection of the quantity and quality of components makes it possible to design slurry with the required static structural strength values. In addition, the cement sheath of such anti-migration slurry has low porosity and a very low proportion of large pore spaces. Additionally, the mechanical parameters do not decrease during long-term deposition in borehole-like conditions. By obtaining these results, it was possible to design slurry whose cement sheath has high corrosion resistance. The new slurry has a lower water-cement ratio. Additionally, GS anti-migration copolymer, anti-filter additive and latex are used. The presence of n-SiO2 aqueous solution and microcement allows for sealing the microstructure of the hardened cement slurry. Such modifications significantly improve the technological parameters of the cement slurry and the cement coat formed from it.

Abstract Increasing machining accuracy realized on CNC machine tools causes that the more frequently surfaces machined with this technique are not subject to further finishing processing and directly affects on the final quality of the product. Achieving geometric accuracy established by the constructor is the problem that modern technologists and CAD/CAM programmers have to faced with. The paper presents the influence of toolpath tolerance and machining strategy available in CAD/CAM software on the constituting process of technological surface layer for elements limited with curvilinear surfaces. The impact of the above mentioned parameters on the location and direction of geometrical deviations were also analyzed. Following article is part of research of the impact of selected technological parameters on the freeform surfaces geometric structure manufactured on CNC machines

The article discusses the reasonsfor an expert to participate in legal proceedings. The gnoseological reason for that consists of the bad quality of materials subject to examination that renders the examination either completely impossible or compromises objective, reasoned and reliable assessment of the findings. The procedural reason consists ofa proscription for an expert to collect evidence himself or herself. The author investigates into the ways of how an expert can participate in legal proceedings. If the defense invites an expert to participate in the proceedings, then it is recommended that his or her involvement should be in the presence of attesting witnesses and recorded in the protocol. In the course of the legal proceedings an expert has the following tasks: adding initial data, acquiring new initial data, understanding the situation of the incident, acquiring new objects to be studied, including samples for examination. An expert’s participation in legal proceedings differs from the participation of a specialist or an examination on the scene of the incident. The author describes the tasks that an expert solves in the course of legal proceedings, the peculiarities ofan investigation experiment practices, the selection of samples for an examination, inspection, interrogation.
