There is a requirement for an elective wellspring of inexhaustible and earth feasible electrical vitality because of expanded power use and an unnatural weather change issues the world over. With the accumulation of dust and the surface temperature of cells or sun-based boards increase, their productivity drops significantly. Cooling and cleaning by using water can be utilized. Proteus and MikroC software have been used to simulate the model and write the code. In this paper, is design and an experimental study shrewd customized cleaning and cooling system for photo-voltaic (PV) modules installed in Ramadi, Iraq. Which is started dependent on low essentialness coming about due to dust accumulating and high temperature conditions. This was attempted by presenting two indistinct photovoltaic modules close to one another. The fundamental unit was equipped with a model of the cleaning structure while the resulting unit was seen as standard. An upgraded cleaning and cooling methodology are gotten with the data acquiring structure. An expansion in vitality profitability of 12.4% was acquired because of lessening the operational aggravations of residue amassing and warming of the board surface. The automatic cleaning mechanism used in the system reduces human stress by washing the PV panel with low energy use.

In this paper we present brief review of results of Kamchatka Seismic Monitoring and Earthquake Prediction System operations in the last five years. In addition, the retrospective of development of hardware, equipment and software of the System performed. The main direction in the System evolution in this period concerned the creation and modernization of data acquiring and pro-cessing methods. One of main results is creation basic informational space, that includes all pro-cesses if seismic observations, from data acquiring till exchange (including external users) of da-ta processing results. In particular, the system of data storage was deeply modernized, high-speed access to the data archive was provides, high-performance computing clusters were deployed, all seismic stations were combined in the unified network. Development algorithms and software for data processing and seismic regime controlling was continued. Creation and development of the Seismological Data Informational System (SDIS) provide the access to seismic observations re-sults for research community. The service of automatic data exchange with external users was created and incorporated in SDIS. Kamchatka Seismic Monitoring and Earthquake Prediction System in 2016-2020 allowed registering and processing over 83 thousand tectonic and volcanic earthquakes. The complex studies for seven the strongest ones were conducted. Detailed analysis showed, that magnitude of completeness for regional scale is MLc=2.5, and for local scale (for example – volcano seismic monitoring) – MLc=–0.2.

Internet of things (IoT) is a system of interrelated computing devices, mechanical and digital machines, objects, animals or people that are provided with unique identifiers and the ability to transfer data over a network without requiring human-to-human or human-to-computer interaction. It has three layers. First layer is data acquisition through sensors and actuators, data transferring using different devices and last is data analysis with different analytic techniques. In this chapter, a conceptual overview of internet of things is mentioned. Different sensors and actuators which are responsible for data acquiring are described with their specification. Networking devices which are responsible for transferring data from sensors to server are also described with their applications. Data analytics techniques like descriptive, predictive, and perspective are also explained. Internet of things is now proven as boon for agriculture development. In the last section, different techniques are explained that are used in information and communication technique-enabled agriculture practices.

Abstract. Places can be characterized by the ways that people interact with them, such as the times of day certain place types are frequented, or how place combinations contribute to urban structure. Intuitively, schools are most visited during work day mornings and afternoons, and are more likely to be near a recreation center than a nightclub. These temporal and spatial signatures are so specific that they can often be used to categorize a particular place solely by its interaction patterns. Today, numerous commercial datasets and services are used to access required information about places, social interaction, news, and so forth. As these datasets contain information about millions of the same places and the related services support tens of millions of users, one would expect that analysis performed on these datasets, e.g., to extract data signatures, would yield the same or similar results. Interestingly, this is not always the case. This has potentially far reaching consequences for researchers that use these datasets. In this work, we examine temporal and spatial signatures to explore the question of how the data acquiring cultures and interfaces employed by data providers such as Google and Foursquare, influence the final results. We approach this topic in terms of biases exhibited during service usage and data collection.

The developed methodology provides a solution to two essential tasks, thereby revealing the gnoseological potential of Big Data technology: social forecasting in the three most significant areas of the information society based on a model which identifies conditions for social resonance; successful implementation of the social dampening procedure based on the use of appropriate management options using multimodal clusterization of social networks based on Big Data technology. The article suggests the tool that helps to increase work efficiency in the sphere of social dampening in the region. The proposed method of regulation may be efficient when it comes to the control of the regional social dampening processes which have variety of forms and broad range of elements and factors, as well as growth dynamics and active transformation of life activities. At the same time using modern products make it possible to evaluate and show changes on a real-time basis which can be useful for local government authorities.

Big Data consist of large scale data which is complicated and diverse, so that new and different types of integration of techniques and technologies are required to uncover various hidden values from such big datasets. Big Data surrounding is used to set up and examine the diverse sorts of information. Big Data be data that is so massive in volume, so various in range or moving with excessive speed is referred to as Big Data. Acquiring and analysing Big Data be a challenging job because it consists of large dispersed file systems which must be bendy, fault tolerant and scalable. Diverse technologies used by big data application toward hold the huge quantity of data are Hadoop, Map Reduce, and so on. In this paper, firstly the description of big dataset is provided. In next section the different technologies are described which are used for managing Big Data. After that, Big Data method application and in last section we discuss the relation of Big Data and IoT as well as IoT for Big Data analytics.

The article discusses the reasonsfor an expert to participate in legal proceedings. The gnoseological reason for that consists of the bad quality of materials subject to examination that renders the examination either completely impossible or compromises objective, reasoned and reliable assessment of the findings. The procedural reason consists ofa proscription for an expert to collect evidence himself or herself. The author investigates into the ways of how an expert can participate in legal proceedings. If the defense invites an expert to participate in the proceedings, then it is recommended that his or her involvement should be in the presence of attesting witnesses and recorded in the protocol. In the course of the legal proceedings an expert has the following tasks: adding initial data, acquiring new initial data, understanding the situation of the incident, acquiring new objects to be studied, including samples for examination. An expert’s participation in legal proceedings differs from the participation of a specialist or an examination on the scene of the incident. The author describes the tasks that an expert solves in the course of legal proceedings, the peculiarities ofan investigation experiment practices, the selection of samples for an examination, inspection, interrogation.
