This study aims to analyze the effect of lecturer teaching methods on the Attitudes, Motivation, and Entrepreneurial Interests of Accounting Students at Prima Indonesia University. This study uses primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires to 2015/2016 accounting students who have taken entrepreneurship courses with a sample of 236 students taken using the Slovin formula. This study was analyzed using SPSS. The result of the research is that simultaneously from the third variable independent of the dependent variable Y (Entrepreneurial Interest) is 0.549 x 100% = 54.9%. In other words, 54.9% of Entrepreneurial Interest can be expressed by the 3 independent variables (Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Attitudes, and Motivation). Partially the 3 independent variables have a significant positive effect on Entrepreneurial Interest. The lecturer teaching method is proven as a variable that has a significant effect on the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable.

This study aims to empirically analyze the effects of religiosity and gender on ethical judgments (ethical judgment) of Minangkabau accounting students. This type of research is causative research. The population in this study were all accounting students in four Padang city colleges, Padang State University, Andalas University, Bung Hatta University, Putra Indonesia University (UPI YPTK) Padang. The sample was chosen as many as 898 respondents. The data used in the study are primary data derived from questionnaires distributed to respondents. This study uses multiple regression analysis with SPSS 21 software.                    The results showed that the variables of high religiosity (X1) and low religiosity (X2) had a significant positive effect on ethical assessment (Y). women are not more important in doing ethics (ethical judgment). The third hypothesis is rejected.Keywords: high religiosity, low religiosity, gender, ethical judgment

Along with the violations of ethics that occur frequently committed by accountants, both publicaccountants, and internal company accountants and government accountants and based on the resultsof research that has been done before producing different results, this study aims to examine the effectof ethical reasoning and ethical sensitivity to behavior ethical students. The population in this studywere accounting students at STIE Malangkucecwara. Research samples were taken using a simple randomsampling technique. The total sample used in the study was 184 accounting students. This study usesthe Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this study indicate that (1) Ethical sensitivityhas a significant positive effect on ethical behavior. (2) Ethical sensitivity has a significant positiveeffect on ethical reasoning. (3) Ethical reasoning has a significant positive effect on ethical behavior.(4) Ethical reasoning does not mediate the relationship between ethical sensitivity on ethicalbehavior.

This study aims to determine the effect of applying e-filing and knowledge of taxation on taxpayer compliance. Compliance costs as moderating variable that moderate relations between application e-filing and knowledge taxation on the taxpayer compliance. The population in this study is taxpayers in Padang city. The number off samples used was 100 respondents with the sampling method using purposive sampling. The data used in this study are primary data. Data collection techniques are done by questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression and moderated regression analysis. The results obtained are the application of e-filing has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance, knowledge of taxation does not affect taxpayer compliance, compliance costs proved to moderate the relationship between the implementation of e-filing and taxpayer compliance, and the cost of compliance was not proven to moderate the knowledge relationship of taxation with taxpayer compliance

This chapter explores the influence of empowering leadership on organizational commitment of Indian millennials. Also, the mediating effect of trust in the leader is examined. Primary data were collected from the sample of 440 IT employees working in Delhi/NCR. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to test the proposed relationships based on model fit and standard path coefficients. Findings indicate that empowering leadership has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment and trust in the leader, which also has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, and trust in the leader has shown to have a partial mediating effect on the relationship between empowering leadership and organizational commitment of millennials. The chapter contributes to the limited empirical literature on the linkage between empowering leadership and organizational commitment in a generational context, specifically millennials in Indian context. The chapter provides a leadership-based approach to bolster organizational commitment of millennials.

In this era of social media, more effort is needed to win consumer appeal, consumer interest is the goal of achieving sales. Therefore, it is necessary to have a strategy for the company to get consumer appeal. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence consumer attractiveness to imported clothes on social media, especially on Instagram. This study uses primary data through a questionnaire. The sample collection technique uses non-probability sampling with accidental sampling method. The samples obtained were 50 samples. This study uses multiple regression analysis methods using SPSS statistical tools. The empirical results show that partially the product variable and the variable price have no effect on the attractiveness of consumers on imported clothing, then the variable promotion has a significant effect on the attractiveness of consumers on imported clothing. In addition, simultaneously all the independent variables together have a significant positive effect on consumer attractiveness to imported clothing on Instagram.

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the facility support, service performance and customer satisfaction have on the word of mouth R. S. Sentra Medika Cibinong. The method of analysis in this study uses multiple regression analysis and correlation to test the significance of the relationship between variables with a quantitative approach. The data source of this research is primary data obtained by interview using online questionnaire instruments to 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that all independent variables have a positive effect on word of mouth. However, customer satisfaction variables that significantly influence word of mouth.Keywords: FACILITY SUPPORT, SERVICE PERFORMANCE, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, AND WORD OF MOUTH.

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational commitment, seriousness of wrongdoing, personal cost and attitude on the whistleblowing intentions among civil servant in the Padang State University. This research used primary data collected from questionnaire survey.Using a sample of 146 respondents, this research show that two determinants significantly affect whistleblowing intention. The two affecting determinants are organizational commitment and seriousness of wrongdoing, and the two not affecting are personal cost and attitude on the whistleblowing intention. The first variable is organizational commitment has significant positive effect on the whistleblowing intentions, where the tcount 3,058> ttable 1,97693at sig0,000 <α 0,05. The second variable is seriousness of wrongdoing has significant positive effect on the whistleblowing intentions, where the tcount 3.347>ttable 1,97693 at sig 0,001 < α 0,05. The third variable is personal cost has not significant positive effect on the whistleblowing intentions, where the tcount 0,573 < ttable1,97693 at sig 0,568 >α 0,05. The last variable is attitude has not significant positive effect om the whistleblowing intentions, where the tcount 0,467 < ttable1,97693 at sig 0,641 > 0,05.

This study to be explore Transformational Leadership and Work Motivation effect on the Employees Performance of STPP Gowa. Data collection using primary data with Questionnaire Technique whose population was obtained from all STPP Gowa employees by using the Slovin formula, amounting to 81 employees. The results of the study indicate that the first hypothesis is accepted because it shows the results of the hypothesis test that there is a significant positive effect. Means Transformational Leadership contributes significantly to employee performance. The second hypothesis is accepted because it shows a significant positive hypothesis test result. Means Motivation contributes significantly to employee performance. The third hypothesis is accepted because Transformational Leadership is the dominant variable. Means Transformational Leadership has greater contribution than work motivation on employee performance
