PT Himalaya Everest Jaya, a company engaged in importers, exporters of electricity and mechanics. In its daily life, PT Himalaya Everest Jaya has used information technology in its operational activities. But problems are often found in supporting operational activities in the field. Where this can hamper the work of every employee who uses it. The problems that often occur include hardware, software, and network connections. Current problem submission is still not effective because employees who have problems must contact the IT directly or by using the telephone. Likewise with recording problems, because the EDP / IT still records every problem using a paper that can be lost or damaged at any time. Therefore, an integrated Helpdesk application is needed and can be accessed quickly by employees and the EDP / IT division. The method used in designing this application is based on the Web, to find out which system is running, the author uses several tools such as Flowmap and UML (Unified Modeling Language), while the system development method uses the Waterfall method. The supporting software used is Xampp, and MySQL as the builder and program documentation. With the existence of a web-based system that has been connected to this database, the process of delivering and handling complaints is expected to be resolved properly and quickly in its handling.

Religious Education Book Assessment Service activities are held by involving all stakeholders and other units. However, given the size and breadth of the scope and the limited manpower, budget and resources in carrying out these activities. So to overcome this problem, it is necessary to design a web-based system application that can serve quickly and be accessed 24 hours without limitation of space and time. The purpose of this study is to design a web-based application of the Religious Education Book Assessment Service. This application was created using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) development method with a waterfall model process and the system design was implemented with the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The result of this research is an application that can solve the problem of the implementation of the Religious Education Book Service activities that have been done conventionally.

AbstrakPT. Gunung Berlian Nusantara merupakan pengembang perumahan yang bergerak dibidang properti yaitu penjualan rumah subsidi. Sistem penjualannya dilakukan secara kredit melalui Bank atau kredit pada developer. Pembayaran kredit developer langsung pada kantor pemasaran. Data penjualan dan pembayaran rumah diolah oleh bagian administrasi yang masih menggunakan Microsoft Office Excel dan buku administrasi. Sehingga perlu dibangun sebuah rancangan sistem administrasi perumahan untuk pengolahan data yang berbasis pemograman PHP dan basis data MySQL dengan alat bantu perancangan menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language). Adapun metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode Prototype. Dengan adanya sistem administrasi perumahan berbasis pemograman aplikasi ini dapat memberikan kemudahan dan mendukung kegiatan administrasi perusahaan. Kata kunci— Perumahan, PHP, MySQL, UML, Metode Prototype.  AbstractPT. Direct developer loan payments at the marketing office. Data sales and home payments are processed by administrators who still use Microsoft Office Excel and administrative books. It is necessary to build the design of residential administration system for data processing based on PHP programming and MySQL database with design tool using UML (Unified Modeling Language). System development method used is Prototype method. Buying and selling guitars is already popular among the general public, but guitar sales are still a lot by visiting music stores. This sales system is still a habit of people. With that, do a solution to solve the problem. The solution given is to create an e-commerce web application. By using this application is expected to simplify the sales system, data search, making it easier to create reports. This system is also equipped with item selection, so it can assist in guitar selection. Through the tests carried out, it is proven that the e-commerce web application can be used to record information about buying and selling transactions, stockpiling of goods, conducting broader promotions and marketing as well as making order transaction reports and inventory reports. The Waterfall System Development Method is used as a stage of making an application and UML (Unified Modeling Language) is used as a modeling design for the Guitar Online Sales Information System program. From the discussion and implementation of the system that has been carried out, several conclusions can be drawn, including as follows; This application can simplify the sales system at a guitar shop by providing shopping cart, search features and is equipped with a payment confirmation process as well as making it easier for the admin to record transaction reports.Keywords:Sales System, E-Commerce, Transactions.

<p>ABSTRACT<br />This paper discusses the design and development of the coahcing log tenant system of INBIS STIKI Indonesia. Coaching log is an accompaniment record recorded in a hard copy file that contains data on tenants, coaches, mentoring records, assignments from coaches to tenants, and results of previous assignments given by coaches to tenants. This hard copy coaching log file cannot be used effectively especially in seeing the development of tenants from time to time or the progress reports of tenants. To solve this problem in this study a web-based log coaching system has been developed which has tenant data management features, data coaches, making mentoring schedules, providing timetables for mentors, coaching logs by coaches, coaching logs by tenants. The system design model used in this study uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) model, system development using the laravel framework, and testing using the blackbox testing method. Based on the results of testing all the features that are owned by this log coaching system can function properly. And the system developed can help INBIS STIKI Indonesia in managing the process of assisting tenants.<br />Keywords: Information System, Coaching Log, Business Incubator. File hard copy coaching log ini belum bisa digunakan secara efektif khususnya dalam melihat perkembangan tenan dari waktu ke waktu atau laporan kemajuan tenan. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut pada penelitian ini telah dikembangan sistem coaching log berbasis web yang memiliki fitur pengelolaan data tenan, data coach, pembuatan jadwal pendampingan, pemberian jadwal pendampingan kepada tenan, coaching log oleh coach, coaching log oleh tenan. Model perancangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Unified Modeling Language (UML), pengembangan sistem menggunakan framework laravel, dan pengujian menggunakan metode blackbox testing. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian semua fitur yang dimiliki oleh sistem coaching log ini secara fungsional bisa berjalan dengan baik. Semester Learning Plan (RPS) is a learning planning document that guides lecturers and students to carry out lecture activities for one semester to achieve predetermined learning achievements. that the study program has been determined. RPS is needed to meet and adapt to users' needs because the RPS is regularly reviewed and updated if there are changes in teaching materials that are no longer under current conditions. However, what is often a problem is that the RPS input is still using Microsoft Excel, so that it is not well documented, and the RPS made are not following the material given by the lecturer. Because of these problems, in this study, a web-based RPS adjustment information system will be designed and built using the Laravel framework that can assist the study program in documenting the RPS and knowing the suitability of the material provided by the lecturer's predetermined RPS. The system development method used in this study uses the SDLC method, and its design uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). The final result of this research is a web-based RPS compatibility information system using the Laravel framework, which can facilitate the management of RPS and its compatibility with the material provided by the lecturer.

Salon seventyrazor initially used manual recording in serving the queue, Customers who come to register first with the administrative officer. Once recorded in the Microsoft Excel application, will be informed whether there is a queue or directly processed to the Barberman officer. When a customer makes an order through Whatsapp, the process is the same. Estimates for each hair cut are 30 to 45 minutes for each customer. The creation of a Website-Based Salon Service Order Application using Codeigniter on Seventyrazor Salon with the application of gamification as a solution in handling queuing reservations at Barbershop seventyrazors, especially in reducing the number of queues at the location and order cancellations that often occur. In this study the authors used the User-Centered-Design approach with the gamification method as a method of system development and using UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a tool in modeling the system to be built. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the website-based queue ordering application at Barbershop Seventyrazors can accelerate the recording of transactions that will occur today and tomorrow, and customers do not need to queue long at Barbershop because they already know their queue hours. transaction data processing in making monthly reports faster so that it can accelerate the generation of monthly income reports. The application created is a web-based application using a codeigniter framework.

In the development of information technology very often people want the challenge of speed, accuracy, and ease of access in an information system that must be met well. The grievance system in SMA Negeri 3 Pandeglang is still less effective ie the students complaint complaint still use the way of recording in the paper or the students come directly to the teacher room in complaint to the homeroom teacher. This causes obstacles faced by the guardian of the class where there is a loss of damage on the complaint complaint paper so that complaints complaints are not conveyed to the homeroom teacher and principal. On the basis of the above problems, researchers create a web-based system is expected to help students in complaints and facilitate homeroom teachers, principals and teachers in handling sustainability of student complaints effectively. In designing the system using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and using waterfall method it proposes an approach to systematic and sequential software development starting from the system advance level on all analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance.

This chapter describes the modeling of the Collaborative Web Based System (CWBS). This CWBS is the means by which the CBPE model, discussed earlier in this book, is practically implemented. The focus of this chapter, however, is on the models of collaborative business processes that can be implemented in CWBS. The software architecture aspect of the CWBS is based on the detailed discussions of technologies in previous chapters 2, 4 and 5. The models in this chapter are based on the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) and the use cases are based on the specifications of the Unified Modeling Language (UML). These notations and the ensuing process models are important when organizations try to collaborate with each other. These process models show, visually, how the interactions amongst multiple organizations will take place from a business viewpoint.

This research was motivated by the problem of lack of knowledge and awareness of the nutritional needs of pregnant women during pregnancy at Bungus Teluk Kabung Padang Health Center. Pregnant women rarely do nutritional counseling to nutritionists about the diet and type of food that must be consumed during pregnancy because of limited time for consultation at Bungus Bay Kabung Health Center. Therefore nutritionists try to make the application of nutritional needs of pregnant women web-based with Cooper's method with the aim of making it easier for pregnant women to find information about nutritional intake through food menu selection. The Cooper method is a way of calculating the number of calories needed by a pregnant woman. The method used for system development is the system development life cycle method (SDLC), while the tools for modeling use UML (Unified Modeling Language). The programming language used for making this application is PHP and MySQL for the database. Based on this study, pregnant women can conduct online consultations as a means of providing solutions to find out the fulfillment of the nutritional needs of pregnant women and fetuses.

Abstract - The Faculty of Engineering is one of five faculties on the Asahan University campus is where researchers conduct research that has three majors including the Department of Civil Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, currently the Faculty of Engineering does not have a promotion service to this community causing information not to be delivered to the public. Faculty of Engineering promotion media website designed to display information, text, images or a combination of them, both static and dynamic which forms a series of interconnected systems where each is connected with the menu page on the website. This system is a web-based system developed with using the prototype method is an object oriented method. The functional approach described on the system using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results of the study indicate that the device software that is built can provide the information that is needed well.
