This research was a classroom action research. This research was conducted in two cycles. The subjects of this study were students of grade XII SMA 10 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to increase motivation and learning outcomes of students of SMA 10 Pekanbaru totaling 37 students. Physical material was given on the subject of static electricity. At the beginning the students were given a test to find out the students' learning abilities. It turns out that the pre-cycle scores of students were 79.05; lowest score was 75 and highest one was 82. Uncompleted students were 26 (70.27%) and the completed one was 11 students (29.73%). Criterion of Minimal Completness of School was 81. Furthermore, using the STAD method involves a lot of students in finding problems and solving them. The results obtained in the first cycle averaged 81.76; uncompleted was 18 (48.65%), completed one was 19 (51.35%). In the cycle II all of Student was complete (100%). The range and assessment criteria for pre cycle were high 11 (29.73%), enough one was 26 (70.27%). The first cycle was 18 (48.65%), 19 (51.35%), and the second cycle was 36 (97.30%) and very high was 1 (02.70%). Motivation of students in the first cycle to do the task diligently and quickly and happy and loyal in learning was enough 54.05%. at cycle II response and strong motivation in learning were 81.08% and happy and loyal in learning were high 83.78% Keywords: Physics, STAD method, motivation, learning outcomes.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas.  Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dua siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII SMA Negeri 10 Pekanbaru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa SMA Negeri 10 Pekanbaru  berjumlah  37 orang. Materi fisika yang diberikan pada pokok bahasan listrik statis. Pada permulaan siswa diberikan tes untuk mengetahui kemampuan belajar siswa. Ternyata  prasiklusnilai siswa nilai 79.05; nilai terendah 75 dan tertinggi 82. Yang tidak tuntas 26 ( 70,27 %) dan  tuntas 11 orang (29,73 %). KKM sekolah 81.  Selanjutnya menggunakan metode STAD banyak melibatkan siswa dalam mencari masalah dan memecahkannya. Hasil yang diperoleh pada siklus I rata-rata nilai 81,76; tidak tuntas 18 (48,65 %), tuntas 19 (51,35 %). Siklus II siswa tuntas (100 %). Rentang dan  kriteria  penilaian prasiklus  tinggi  11 (29,73 %), cukup 26 (70,27 %). Siklus I  tinggi 18 (48,65 %),  cukup 19 (51,35 %), dan siklus II  tinggi 36 (97,30 %) dan sangat tinggi 1 (02,70 %). Motivasi siswa pada siklus I  mengerjakan tugas dengan tekun dan cepat serta senang dan setia dalam belajar 54,05 % cukup. Siklus II respon dan dorongan yang kuat dalam belajar 81,08 % dan senang dan setia dalam belajar 83,78 %   tinggi.  Kata Kunci : Fisika, metode STAD, motivasi, hasil belajar.

In the process of learning Economics (Accounting) required a certain strategy and strong motivation. Teachers play a very important role, especially in terms of designing learning scenarios. Teachers should be able to choose a learning model that can increase the motivation of learners, in accordance with the characteristics of subjects, and characteristics of learners so that learning can take place optimally. The aim of this classroom action research is to improve the learning of learners using the student centered learning model. This research was conducted in class XI IPS1, MAN 1 Cilegon semester 1, material Posting from Juku Kebuku Besar Journals, post to a subsidiary "using cycles, in this study the author tries to 2 cycles. The results show that in each cycle of understanding the accounting, cycle of a merchandising company on post material from a special journal to the ledger, posting to the auxiliary book, gained increased motivation and learning outcomes. In general it can be concluded that the use of student centered learning model can improve the motivation and learning outcomes of learners. AbstractEducation is an activity that has core interactions between students and educators as well as various educational sources. Interaction between students and educators and educational resources can take place in social situations (education), Classroom Action Research is used to describe the motivation and learning outcomes of students' economic subjects in Class X IIS SMA Negeri 2 Banjarmasin. Classroom Action Research is conducted when learning activities take place, both overall and related to the material. The results of the study show that the application of role playing makes students as the subject of learning activities, and they must actively practice the communication with their friends. Learning motivation of students looks enthusiastic and dynamic. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan role playing menjadikan peserta didik sebagai subyek dari kegiatan pembelajaran, dan mereka secara aktif harus melakukan praktik-praktik berkomunikasi dengan temannya. Motivasi belajar peserta didik terlihat antusias dan dinamis. Abstrak: Motivasi dan Hasil belajar siswa di SMAN 3 Selong belum maksimal. Peneliti menerapkan metode widyawisata sebagai solusi mengurai persolan tersebut.  Penerapan metode ini,  lakukan dengan mengajak siswa belajar di  luar kelas (out door study)  dalam  suasana belajar yang menyenangkan.. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh  penerapan metode widyawisata terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran  geografi  maka  Penulis  melaksakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Dalam penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini  yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X IPS 1 sebanyak 30  siswa. Lokasi widyawisata di Sungai Tojang Selong sekitar  lingkungan SMA Negeri 3 Selong, Kelurahan Sandubaya Kecamatan Selong Kota  Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Jarak dari SMA N 3 Selong ke Lokasi widyawisata sekitar  400 M, dengan waktu tempuh 5 sanpai 10 menit. Tahapan penelitian ini  dengan 2 siklus. Pada siklus I motivasi belajar siswacukup tinggi,  Dari 30 siswa,  di atas 65 % setuju termotivasi dengan penerapan metode widyawisata.   Bahkan dari indikator rasa tertarik mereka terhadap metode ini mencapai 80 % .  Namun hasil belajar mereka masih rendah .  9 siswa atau 30 %  tidak tuntas. Selain itu daya serap siswa masih rendah, yakni   74, 23. Selanjutnya peneliti merencanakan dan  melaksanakan  siklus II. Pada   siklus ini diperoleh hasil bahwa motivasi belajar meningkat sekitar 10 %, dari siklus sebelumnya, begitu pula hasil belajar, angka ketuntasan mencapai 93 %,    berarti 23 % meningkat dari siklus I. Daya serap  siswa juga meningkat menembus angka 84, 53. Berdasarkan  hasil siklus II  ini, maka tidak  dilakukan siklus III, namun demikian bagi siswa yang belum tuntas  dilakukan pendekatan bimbingan secara individual.   Dari hasil pengolahan  data  dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode Widyawisata dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar geografi siswa SMA NEGERI 3 SELONG  semester genap  tahun pelajaran 2018-2019.Kata kunci: Motivasi; Hasil   belajar; Metode WidyawisataAbstract: Motivation and student learning outcomes in SMAN 3 SELONG have not been maximized. Researchers apply the Widyawisata method as a solution to unravel the problem. The application of this method, by inviting students to study outside the classroom (outdoor study) in a pleasant learning atmosphere. To understand the application of the study method to the motivation and student learning outcomes in geography learning, the author conducts classroom action research (CAR). In this classroom action research, the subject of the study was students of class X IPS 1 totaling 30 students. The location of the study tour on the Tojang Selong River around the neighborhood of SMA 3 Selong, Sandubaya Village, Selong District, East Lombok Regency. The distance from SMA N 3 Selong to the location of the study tour is around 400 M, with a travel time of 5 to 10 minutes. This research stage with 2 cycles. In the first cycle, students' motivation to learn was quite high. Out of 30 students, over 65% agreed to be motivated by the application of the study tour method. 80% of the indicators of interest in this method. But their learning outcomes are still low. 9 students or 30% did not complete. In addition, the absorption of students is still low, namely 74, 23. Furthermore, researchers discuss and conduct the second cycle. In this cycle the results obtained from learning increased by about 10%, from the previous cycle, as well as learning outcomes, completeness reached 93%, meaning 23% increased from cycle I. Students absorption also increased through the numbers 84, 53. Based on the results of the second cycle, then there is no cycle III, but nevertheless for students who have not done individually. From the results of data processing, it can be concluded that the method of applying Widyawisata can improve the motivation and learning outcomes of students in the senior high school of 3 Selong even semesters 2018-2019.Keywords: Motivation; Learning outcomes; The study method

The duties and obligations of teachers in addition to educate as well as researchers, the research attempted amending the learning. One of the forms was to improve the competence in conducting research was by means of Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP). This activity aimed to improve the competence of teacher in creating classroom action research, expectedly being able to improve the quality of learning process for teachers in the classroom, and improve student learning outcomes eventually. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 23 Pontianak on September until December 2012. The subject of research was the teachers of SMP Negeri 23 about 27 people. This research was carried out using school action research design, designed through 3 cycles, each cycle through these steps: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The competence of teacher in using classroom action research in cycle I is 38,82% in low categories. The competence of teachers in using classroom action research in cycle II is 78,33% in very high category. It was concluded that the competence of SMP Negeri 23 Pontianak in  classroom action research from cycle I to cycle II increase of 39,51%. From 27 teachers in SMP Negeri 23 Pontianak, who finished doing classroom action research to the number of 14 people. The number of teachers who did not conduct classroom action research to the number of 4 people. There were 2 teachers who could only follow 1 section. As many as 7 teachers could follow more than 2 times but they did not finish to make reports. At the beginning state before following the MGMP in SMP Negeri 23 Pontianak there were 2 teachers had ever done research and after following the MGMP there were 14 teachers who finished doing the classroom action research. There was raising in number of teachers who had the competency to do classroom action research as many as 12 people. It is concluded that once made MGMP at SMP Negeri 23 Pontianak is increasing the competence of teachers in making classroom research action as many as 12 people.   Kata kunci: kompetensi membuat PTK

The background of this research is the low of mathematics learning result of grade 1 student of SDN 004Tembilahan Kota, for that done perbaiakan learning process by applying method of discussion. This researchwas conducted in SDN 004 Tembilahan Kota with the subject of research is the first grade students with 36students. This research is a classroom action research conducted two cycles. Based on the results of theresearch, it is found that the use of the method of disuksi can improve the students' learning outcomes aboutknowing and determining the length and weight with nonstandard units using concrete objects / concretesituation in the initial data, the total number of completed students is 12 students (33.3%) average 55.83. In thefirst cycle has increased the number of students who complete is 26 students (77.22%) with an average value of80.00. In the second cycle has increased with the total number of students who completed is 32 students (88.89)with an average value of 88.06.

he background of this study is the low learning outcomes of English students. Of the 22 students only 9 studentsreached KKM. On this basis researchers do research by applying cooperative learning model type NHT toimprove English learning outcomes. This research is a classroom action research conducted in SMPN 1 Inuman,the subject of this study is the students of class VII with the number of 22 students. The results suggest that thelearning outcomes of English have increased in each cycle. This is evidenced by: In the basic score of thenumber of students who reached KKM or complete is 9 students (40.90%), the UH I has increased with thenumber of 17 students (77.27%) and in UH II increased with the number of 20 students (90.90%). In the basicscore of the learning result of the students get the value of 51,25 with the low category, at UH I experiencing theincrease of learning result with the acquisition value of 65,76 with the medium category, and at UH II studentlearning result again increase with the acquisition value equal to 79,25 with high category.

The background of this study is the low mathematics learning outcomes of class VI students at SD Negeri 011 Desa Baru, to overcome this problem a classroom action research was conducted by applying fraction card media. This research was conducted in SD Negeri 011 Desa Baru, the subject of this study was class VI students with a total of 24 students. The results of this study show that mathematics learning outcomes have increased in pre-cycle average value obtained is 59.8, in the first cycle obtained an average value of 68.3. And in the second cycle obtained an average value of 82.9. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the mathematics learning outcomes in simple fraction material increase after the fraction card media are applied.

There are two problems that underlie the classroom action research. First, the learning process is still dominated by lectures method and less empowering environment to develop the lesson materials. As a result, student competence is still far from expectations. Based on preliminary observations, in terms of daily test results VIII C grade on the subject matter “reflection and refraction of light”, indicating learning outcomes are still low. Classical completeness only reached 33.33% is still far from the minimum limit is 75%, and the average value of daily tests only 66.85, it is still far minimum completeness criteria is 75.00. While looking at the aspect of the achievement of scientific character, especially creativity, the majority of students are still far from the creative criteria. The qualitative value of creativity is considered good only 37.04%and 18.52% categorized quite creative. The remaining 44.44% of students categorized as less creative. Second, the quantity of waste every day are increasing the rate of production and consumption patterns. Such concerns foster ideas to make KIT Hand Madebased waste, such as milk cans, plastic bottles, syringes printer ink, plastic straws, plastic pipes, and others. Classroom action research carried out in three cycles. Cycle III, students who demonstrate creativity with a good reach 88.89%. Classical learning completeness reached 81.48% with an average value of 79.07. The science competence have increased significantly.

The purpose of the research was to describe the student’s learning outcomes in IPS learning with STAD model in the fourth grade of SDN 16 Campago Ipuh Bukittinggi. The kind of the research was Classroom action research that use quantitative and qualitative approaches in which the subject of this research are the teacher and 26 students of the fourth grade. The result of this research was to show of the increasing of the plan, process, and learning outcomes. In conclusion, STAD model can increase the student’s learning outcomes in IPS learning.
