The article deals with the problems of calculating the cost of agricultural products in crop and livestock production, associated with the methods of production accounting and management accounting systems for production facilities used in practice by agricultural organizations. Variants of definition (selection) of cost accounting objects, objects of calculation of the first order and objects of calculation of the second order are proposed. Conceptual models for the distribution of costs between the objects of the first-order calculation, the objects of the second-order calculation and the calculation of the cost of the received types of agricultural products have been developed. Using the example of the production of the main herd of dairy cattle, it is shown that the use of old methods of calculating the cost of agricultural products is not consistent, and it is recommended to use more justified methods of calculating the cost of crop and livestock products, recommended in the new editions of the relevant guidelines of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.

In veterinary practice, a large list of antibiotics is used as therapeutic and/or prophylactic agents. Some of them are used as stimulators of the growth and productivity of animals. However, non-observance of the rules for the use of antibiotics and / or timing of slaughter or obtaining milk leads to the intake of a residual amount of antibiotics into the human body with food and can cause various pathologies. The article provides an overview of research papers published in peer-reviewed journals from 2015 to the present on the development and improvement of methods for testing milk and meat for antibiotics. Based on the literature review and the results of his own study, the author of the article notes the advantages of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) options over instrumental analytical methods, such as liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry and high-performance liquid chromatography. However, due to the complexity of the analysis procedure, ELISA kits are not used in food safety laboratories in the Republic of Kazakhstan and other CIS countries. The article describes the state and prospects for the development of simple rapid tests to determine the maximum residue limit (MRL) for antibiotics in livestock products, based on the use of Lateral Flow Assay (LFA). Such tests, not inferior in their sensitivity to ELISA and surpassing it in cost, could be used not only in laboratory conditions, but also directly by food consumers, which will contribute to reliable protection of public health and the development of animal husbandry.

It is well known that the value of full feeding of farm animals is an important condition for the production of livestock products. Because of the researches of many scientists was found that the value of feed is determined by the content of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, as well as vitamins, minerals and so on. However, the true value of the feed is determined by the part that is digestible and can be used by the body in the metabolism process. In the event of a violation of feeding level associated with the lack of nutrients or minerals of animals or their deficiency, the development of osteodystrophic processes is observed, which directly contribute to changes in the tendon-ligamentous apparatus of the finger of animals, there is an occurrence of prolonged osteotendinitis of the finger flexors, which causes to fingers extension, partially or completely removed from the hoof wall support, and overload of crumbs. Tightening of the crumb support is accompanied by the appearance of the skin of the hoof inflammatory process, excessive horn growth and deformation of the horn capsule. The final confirmation of osteodystrophy is the results of a multivariate mass volumetric analysis of the skeleton state and determination of the magnitude of the angles of the joints of the fingers. On the side of the hoof horn, there is an increase in the moisture content and SH-groups and a decrease in g-keratosis, which affects the biophysical properties of the hoof horn, which are shown by a decrease in density and hardness. Such changes indicate a deterioration in the quality of the hoof horn, a confirmation of which is a decrease in the intensity of erasing of the sole horn, the development of deformation and the occurrence of aseptic inflammation of the base of the skin of the sole horn.

To increase the production of livestock products, it is necessary to feed the animals with full-feed mixtures. The main component of the feed mixture is feed, which consists of grain feed, vitamin-grass meal (VGM) and other additives. Currently, high-temperature methods of drying hay are used for the production of VGM, which require high costs and expensive technical means. Therefore, to reduce operating costs and equipment costs, authors proposed a technology and a line for the prepa-ration of VGM from the leaf part of herbs. As part of the VGM preparation line, the main machine is a separator of the leaf portion of grass from chopped hay. The separation process is due to the fact that when grinding dry hay in sieveless shredders, the delicate leaf part is finely chopped, this con-tributes to the process of separating the leaf part of the grasses. The purpose of the research is to determine the speed of hay moving along the surface of the sieve, which allows to determine the productivity of the line by mass feed and flour. For the theoretical determination of the average speed of movement of the sieve, the method of mathematical analysis was used. To determine the actual value of the speed of movement of hay on the surface of the sieve, the method of one-factor experimental research was used. As a result of theoretical studies, the analytical expressions were obtained to determine the performance of the separator, the average speeds of the sieve in the hori-zontal direction and the movement of hay on the surface of the sieve. As a result of experimental studies, a regularity of the change in the average speed of hay movement depending on the length of the sieve was obtained, and this regularity provides an empirical expression for determining the actual value of the average speed of hay layer movement on the surface of the sieve and it is 0.19 m/s. With the average line capacity for mass feeding, the thickness of the transported layer over the sieve surface was 0.0186 m, and it is not maximal for the separator of the leaf part of grasses.
