This study aims to provide information about Debt to Equity Ratio (Der), Capital Adequacy Ratio (Car), Non Performing Loans (Npl), Loan to Deposit Ratio (Ldr). Against Return on Assets (ROA) in Banks Registered on the Stock Exchange Indonesia. This study uses financial statement data of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in years 2011-2014. Data collecting method which used in this research is method purposive sampling, that based on criterion which has been determined before. Based on method purposive sampling, research sample total is 24 companies. Hypothesis in this research are tested by with the regresi linier berganda classical asumtion. The results show that the variables that influence (ROA) Return On Assets Banks Registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange are NPL, while other variables examined in this study such as DER, CAR and LDR are not proven against ROA (Return On Assets).

Company financial statement can be used to monitor the performance of a company. Financial statements are also used as a means for decision making so that the company can anticipate future plans. The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Return on Assets (ROA) on profit changes percentage of Banking Companies. The number of sample companies used in this study was 27 Banks listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange with observation periods from 2007 to 2008. The method used in this study was multiple regression. The results of this study have indicated that CAR, LDR, and ROA gave significant effects on changes in Banks profit so that Banking Companies performances can be measured. This study aims to analyze the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non-Performing Loan, Net Interest Margin, Return on Assets, Loan to Deposit Ratio, and Bank Size jointly and partially to Stock Price of banking sector company that listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange for period 2011-2018. This research used the purposive sampling method and obtained the 5 largest market capital banking sector companies as a sample. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression through SPSS 26 program. The results of this study show that Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non-Performing Loan, Net Interest Margin, Return On Assets, Loan to Deposit Ratio, and Bank Size have significant influence to stock price. While Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non-Performing Loan, Loan to Deposit Ratio partially have significant influence on the stock price. Meanwhile, Net Interest Margin, Return On Asset, and Bank Size have not a significant influence on the stock price of banking sector company that listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for period 2011-2018. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mencari pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non-Performing Loan, Net Interest Margin, Return On Assets, Loan to Deposit Ratio, dan Bank Size mengenai keterkaitannya pada harga saham baik secara bersamaan maupun parsial terhadap harga saham perusahaan sektor bank yang ada di Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk periode penelitian 2011 – 2018. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode purposive sampling yang ditetapkan sebanyak 5 perusahaan sektor perbankan yang memiliki kapitalisasi pasar terbesar sebagai sampel. Metode analisis yang dipakai menggunakan regresi linear berganda melalui bantuan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian membuktikan secara simultan, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non-Performing Loan, Net Interest Margin, Return On Assets, Loan to Deposit Ratio, dan Bank Size berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Sementara secara parsial, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non-Performing Loan, dan Loan to Deposit Ratio berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan Net Interest Margin, Return On Asset, dan Bank Size tidak berkaitan terhadap harga saham sektor bank yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2011-2018.

This study aims to examine how CAR, LDR, and firm size influence ROA with NPL as a moderating variable. The location of the study was conducted at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) through its official website www.idx.co.id with a population of 43 companies that are on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017. Purposive sampling technique was used in the determination of the sample in this study, so as to obtain a research sample of 39 banking. Analysis of the data used is the MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) test. According to the result of the analysis it was found that CAR LDR, NPL, and firm size do not have an influence on ROA. NPL cannot moderate CAR, LDR, and firm size to ROA. Keywords:  CAR; LDR; NPL; Firm Size; ROA.

 This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio, and BOPO simultaneously and partially on Return On Assets of Conventional Banking Companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were 42 conventional banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling method with the aim of obtaining samples in accordance with the research objectives and from the number of samples taken as many as 11 companies. The analytical method used in this study is panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that during the period 2012-2016 (1) simultaneously CAR, LDR and BOPO had a significant effect on ROA in conventional banking companies listed on the IDX, (2) CAR partially had no significant effect on ROA, (3) LDR partially no significant effect on ROA, (4) BOPO partially has a significant effect on ROA of conventional banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio, dan BOPO secara serempak dan parsial terhadap Return On Assets Perusahaan Perbankan Konvensional di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 42 perusahaan perbankan konvensional yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan sampel yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian dan dari jumlah yang ada maka diambil sampel sebanyak 11 perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa selama periode 2012-2016 (1) secara simultan CAR, LDR dan BOPO berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA pada perusahaan perbankan konvensional yang terdaftar di BEI, (2) CAR secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA, (3) LDR secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA, (4) BOPO secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA perusahaan perbankan konvensional di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Harga saham merupakan salah satu indikator keberhasilan pengelolaan perusahaan dimana kekuatan pasar di dalam pasar bursa ditunjukan dengan adanya transaksi jual beli saham di pasar modal. Sehingga prestasi yang didapatkan perusahaan dilihat dari perkembangan jual beli yang dibentuk di dalam laporan keuangan. Pada Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2014-2018 harga saham mengalami fluktuatif. Dimana pada setiap bank di beberapa tahunnya ada yang mengalami kenaikan dan ada juga yang mengalami penurunan. Selama Periode pengamatan data laporan keuangan perusahaan yang telah di audit. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Jenis data sekunder dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi. Populasi di dalam penelitian ini adalah Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), sepanjang tahun 2019 ada 23 bank dan sampel penelitian, yaitu 4 bank dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis baik secara parsial dan simultan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Harga saham (Y) cenderung menurun dengan rata-rata (mean) sebesar 606,10 persen, (2) Return On Asset (ROA) (X1) cenderung meningkat dengan rata-rata (mean) sebesar 1,4790 persen, (3) Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) (X2) cenderung meningkat dengan rata-rata (mean) 18,3950 persen, (4) Secara parsial, Return On Asset (ROA)

This study aims to analyze the effect of Non-Performing Loans (NPLs), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), simultaneously on Return on Assets (ROA) on BUMN Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange either partially and simultaneously. The research approach used in this study uses an associative approach. This research was conducted at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) specifically Bank BUMN listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in this study was state-owned Bank companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which amounted to 4 companies. Based on the sample withdrawal criteria above, a research sample of 4 BUMN bank companies was obtained. The type of data used is documentary data, which are research data in the form of financial statements owned by state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis techniques are used to test the effect of Non-Performing Loans (NPLs), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) to Return on Assets (ROA) either partially or simultaneously is multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially Non Performing Loans (NPL) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) had a negative and not significant effect on Return on Assets. Partially, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets. And simultaneously, Non Performing Loans, Capital Adequacy Ratio and Loan to Deposit Ratio have a significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA) at State-Owned Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

This study aims to identify the influence between top management related to financial distress. This study uses data of banking who listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016. The data analysis technique in this research using multiple regression analysis method with the control variable; Return on Assets (ROA), Operational Costs to Operating Income (BOPO), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Cash Ratio (CR). The study discusses to support the stewardship theory that considers the top management group to have a mandate to the shareholders to manage the company and maintain the organization. However, the differences in the structure of the top management group will not affect their motivation to avoid financial stress. The results showed that the top management group had no significant effect on financial distress. This result is also shown the condition and structure of the top management group in the company still has the same goal which is to avoid financial distress.

Abstract: The aim of this research is to examine the effect of financial performance on the stock prices of state-owned (BUMN) banking companies in the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2010-2017.The financialperformance consists of Non Performing Loans, Return on Assets, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Price Earning Ratio, and Net Profit Margin. The analysis in this study  used the multiple linier regression with 32 observations. Simultaneously all variables affect the stock price of Banking Companies of BUMN that listed on the  Indonesian Stock Exchange  for the period of 2010-2017. But partially, the variables which affect the stock price are  only Return On Assets, Capital Adequacy Ratio, and Net Profit Margin.  Whereas the variable of  Non Performing Loans and Price Earning Ratio do not affect the stock price of Banking Companies of BUMN  in the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period of 2010 until 2017 Keywords: Performance, Non Performing Loans, Return On Assets, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Price Earning Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Stock Price Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan perbankan BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk periode 2010-2017. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda,dengan sampel sebanyak 32 observasi menunjukkkan hasil bahwa secara simultan semua variabel yang terdiri dari Non performace Loans (NPL), Return on assets (ROA), CapitalAdequacy Ratio (CAR), Price Earnings Ratio(PER),dan Net Profit Margin (NPM)  berpengaruh terhadap harga saham .
