Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh parsial dan simultan variabel ukuran dewan komisaris, independensi dewan komisaris, dan komite audit terhadap corporate social responsibility disclosure serta pengaruh dari adanya penambahan variabel profitabilitas sebagai variabel moderasi. Sampel penelitian menggunakan sebanyak 38 perusahaan sektor industri dasar dan kimita tahun 2016-2019 yang ditentukan berdasarkan purposive sampling yang sudah ditetapkan dan analisis penelitian mengunakan moderated regression analysis. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa secara parsial variabel ukuran dewan komisaris dan independensi dewan komisaris memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Sementara sercara simultan variabel yang digunakan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Pada uji moderasi return on asset didapatkan hasil bawah variabel tersebut tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen sedangkan pada uji moderasi return on equity didapatkan hasil bahwa variabel tersebut mampu memoderasi hubungan variabel ukuran dewan komisaris dengan corporate social responsibility disclosure.

Transportation is a means that acts as a support, impetus and driving force. So thatpeople are more selective in choosing something, because people want servicesand facilities that exceed consumer expectations. This study aims to determine theeffect of service quality and facilities on customer satisfaction at Notohadi NegoroAirport, Jember. This study use two independent variables, namely the qualityservice and facility with a dependent costumer satisfaction. After a literaturereview and a hypothesis, the data for this study was collected through questionnaires with a total of 100 respondens who used the services of NotohadiNegoro Jember Airport as a research sample. The sampling technique used waspurposive sampling. The methods of data analysis used quantitative analysis,validity test, reliablity test, the multiple regression analysis, t test, f test, and test ofdetermining factor.The result of this study indicate that they are valid and reliable.In the hypothesis test, quality service and facility have a significant positive effecton customer satisfaction. The result of the test of the determining coefficient in thisstudy obtained a determining value of 0,168 which means that the amplitude of theinfluence of the variables quality service and facility on the satisfaction variable is16,8%.

Beberapa studi empiris selama satu dekade terakhir menunjukkan bahwa akses ke keuangan merupakan kendala UKM untuk tumbuh. Melihat kondisi ini, OJK menetapkan peraturan terkait dengan pembiayaan online UKM (equity crowdfunding) yang tengah boom di dunia keuangan. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh daya saing, budaya keuangan, dan keputusan pembayaran kredit terhadap akses ke keuangan. Pengambilan sampel didasarkan pada jenis industri kecil dan menengah. Data dikumpulkan dari penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 285 UKM di Jepara menggunakan pendekatan door to door dan pendampingan pengisian. Data diuji statistik untuk analisis deskriptif, validitas dan reliabilitas, dan regresi linear. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dari daya saing, budaya keuangan, dan keputusan pembayaran kredit terhadap akses UKM ke keuangan. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya daya saing dan budaya keuangan UKM untuk mengakses pendanaan eksternal. UKM dapat memperbaiki/meningkatkan kapasitas dan kemauan mereka untuk mengajukan pendanaan. Hasil penelitian juga memberikan kontribusi literasi di bidang keuangan terkait dengan aksesibilitas UKM ke pembiayaan dan keputusan pembayaran kredit, daya saing, serta budaya keuangan.

This study aims to investigate the impact of behavioral aspects (sentiment investor, overconfidence, salience, overreaction, and herd behavior) on investment decision making. The sample contained 413 individual investors—used partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) as a data analysis technique. The results showed that sentiment investors, overconfidence, salience, overreaction, and herd behavior positively affect investment decision making. The finding of this study has important implications for the investor to understand themselves to anticipate bias in investment decision making.

The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the effect of product quality on consumer brand image, the effect of marketing communication on consumer brand image, and the effect of brand image on loyalty. This study uses primary and secondary data sources obtained directly by distributing 100 questionnaires to respondents. The sampling method is non-probability with a pirposive sampling technique. The criteria for respondents are male, the research method uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis. The findings of this study are, The first hypothesis which states that product quality affects brand image and is proven significantly, the second hypothesis which states that marketing communication affects brand image is not proven significantly, the third hypothesis which states that brand image affects customer loyalty is proven significantly

Tujuh puluh persen organisasi gagal menerapkan perubahan di mana salah satu alasan utamanya adalah kurangnya kesiapan individu untuk berubah. Kesiapan individu untuk berubah adalah sejauh mana karyawan siap secara mental, psikologis atau fisik, siap untuk berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pengembangan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap kesiapan individu untuk berubah, dengan modal psikologis sebagai mediator. Data diperoleh dengan metode sensus menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert 1-5 pada 129 karyawan Universitas Bumigora. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis jalur dengan program SmartPLS 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan individu untuk berubah, persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap modal psikologis, namun modal psikologis tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan individu untuk berubah dan tidak terbukti memediasi hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dan kesiapan individu untuk berubah.

The movement of the Islamic capital market in recent years is still far from its true potential. Therefore, various researches on Islamic economics are needed to further encourage existing developments. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of IFRS implementation, Stock Price Volatility, Book to Market, Dividend Yield, and Ownership Structure on Stock Returns. The population of this study is companies registered in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in 2015 - 2018. The sampling method used was purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 14 companies. The data used are the company's annual financial statements that have been audited and published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website and related company websites, as well as stock trading data obtained through the Yahoo Finance website. The data is processed and analyzed by using multiple linear regression statistical test models and SPSS Version 23 as a tool. The results of this study indicate that partially the Volatility of Stock Prices, Book to Market and Dividend Yield has a significant effect on Stock Returns, while the application of IFRS and Ownership Structure does not affect earnings management practices. Meanwhile, jointly applying IFRS, Stock Price Volatility, Book to Market, Dividend Yield, and Ownership Structure has a significant effect on Stock Returns. This journal discusses the relationship of financial factors to Islamic stocks, where these factors include IFRS, Volatility, and other fundamental variables.

Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengkaji pengaruh dari lokus pengendalian dan pengetahuan keuangan pada perilaku manajemen keuangan generasi milenial dengan pendapatan sebagai moderator. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 216 responden generasi milenial berusia 20 - 39 tahun, yang berdomisili di Surabaya, Gresik dan Sidoarjo. Analisis data menggunakan model persamaan struktural (PLS-SEM). Temuan penelitian membuktikan bahwa lokus pengendalian dan pengetahuan keuangan berdampak positif secara signifikan signifikan pada perilaku keuangan generasi milenial. Sebaliknya, pendapatan tidak terbukti berpengaruh signifikan tpada perilaku keuangan. Selain itu, tidak terdapat bukti signifikan bahwa pedapatan mampu memperkuat pengaruh pengetahuan keuangan terhadap perilaku keuangan. Hal ini berarti generasi milenial perlu meningkatkan pengetahuan keuangan serta keyakinan dan kemampuan dalam mengendalikan kondisi keuangan.

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of trust and promotion toward UMKM interest taking islamic banking financing in the city of Langsa.  The method used is the quantitative approach. This study uses probability sampling by cluster sampling. The sample used is a small and medium-size micro business in Langsa city of 100 respondents. The data-collection technique  a questionnaire by distributing to the small and medium-size microbusiness of Langsa city. Data analysis methods using linear regression, classic assumptions test, and hypothetical test (t and test f). Test t-test results have shown that each independent variable of trust and promotion is partially positive and significant. The results of research on the f show that there is a positive and significant impact together between the trust variables and the promotion of the interest of umkm, which is financing sharia banking in the city of Langsa. Based on the results of the study, it is based on coefficiency analysis, that 50,1 % of the disproportionate value of the people, should be satisfied by the two influential variables, trust and promotion. The remaining 49,9 % is described by other variables not included in the equation.

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived organizational support (POS) and employee engagement on performance and the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of perceived organizational support (POS) and employee engagement on performance. The population in this study were permanent employees at PT. Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk. The research method used was a survey and a sample size of 185 employees. The research instrument adopted from previous research. Retrieval of data by means of questionnaires and interviews. Validity and reliability tests show all questionnaire items are valid and reliable. To test H1 and H2 with simple regression, H3 and H4 test with Baron and Kenny regression model. The results of hypothesis testing show that: (1) perceived organizational support has a significant effect on employee performance, (2) employee engagement has a significant effect on employee performance, (3) job satisfaction partially mediates the effect of perceived organizational support on employee performance, and (4) job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of Employee engagement on employee performance.
