Purpose of the article: to determine the essence of different elements ofsocio-economic space of the region. Construction of the structure and isolationof individual elements of socio-economic space as a multi-vector formation.This article highlights the essence and different approaches to defining theconcepts, structure and mechanisms of formation of economic and social spacesof the region, innovation space as a basic element of socio-economic space.Research Methods: The methodological basis of the research is the fundamentalprinciples of economic theory, regional economy, scientific views and approachesof foreign and domestic scientists. To achieve the purpose of the study, themethods used at the empirical and theoretical levels were used: axiomatic,abstract, system-structural analysis, analogies and comparisons, graphoanalytic,by which the characterization of the nature of the concepts of space, socioeconomic space, as well as innovation space region. Their general properties,structure and functions are described.The criteria of optimality and balancesof interests in the formation of different types of space in the region areconsidered. The classification of the regional space is proposed, and the networkconnections of the innovation space according to components and elements arerevealed, which allows to study deeply the social, economic and other problemsof development of the region.Scientific novelty: the classification of regionalspace by separate constituent elements is proposed. The concept of “innovationspace” was introduced into scientific circulation, the scheme of networkconnections of the innovation space with other elements of the regional socioeconomic space was developed. Conclusions and Prospects for Further Research:In today’s context, it is possible to significantly improve the economic stateof development of Ukrainian regions by using a scientifically sound andcomprehensive approach to defining and studying the concepts of socioeconomic and innovative space.In the further study it is necessary to considerin detail the mechanism of organizational activity of innovation space in theregion. It is very important to pay attention to information support for theformation of the innovation space, the creation of a regional legal field ofinnovation space, mechanisms for coordinating regional innovation activitieswithin the innovation space, as well as the influence of internal and externalfactors on the formation and development of the innovation space.

Introduction. Trade enterprises in modern conditions have significantly increased the volume of their activities. However, the uncertainty of the external environment and the presence of a number of different problems in the economy as a whole create obstacles to the timely fulfillment of obligations. This necessitates the formation of an effective policy for the repayment of accounts receivable at the enterprise.Objective. The objective of the article is to substantiate the theoretical foundations  and develop practical recommendations for the formation of an effective policy for the repayment of receivables at trade enterprises.Methods. To establish the stages of the formation of the policy of repayment of receivables and its constituent elements, analytical empiricism was used with an orientation to the existing initial conditions and foreign experience. The study used the method of assessment and generalization to develop and substantiate proposals aimed at solving the problem of recognizing receivables as uncollectible, as well as to substantiate the approach to the classification of reserves and the calculation of reserves for doubtful debts.Results. A conceptual approach to the formation of an effective policy for the repayment of accounts receivable from trade enterprises has been formed. The study substantiates that the effective development of a trading enterprise is possible due to the combination of such important components of its activities as a good information base of management and an effective policy for repayment of receivables. The result of the study is also the substantiation of the stages of formation of the policy of repayment of receivables, the development of proposals for its assessment and the formation of reserves for doubtful debts.Discussion. A promising area of further research is the development of methods       of analysis of receivables by actual indicators, the study of opportunities to improve communication and the formation of information support for trade and technological processes based on the use of modern information systems.

The article discusses the features of the introduction and use of modern information technologies in the management activities of state institutions. The role of the state in the regulation of information activities in the context of reforming the territorial organization of power has been clarified. The content and scope of the concept of "public management of information flows" has been determined, as well as the main tasks of ensuring information activities of public authorities. The classification of national interests in the information sphere according to their subjects has been carried out. The concept of information support in various scientific sources covering its purpose has been determined. Provided, the classification of management information according to certain categories. Tasks are proposed to overcome the negative influence of factors and ensure the effective work of state authorities of Ukraine in the field of information activities. Mechanisms for regulating the use of information potential in order to ensure the effective functioning of information policy in the field of public administration are given.

The article offers a classification of types of economic security and separately identifies foreign trade security as the most important element of the states economic security in the context of global escalation of trade contradictions in international trade. The essential characteristics of foreign trade security, characterized by permanent external influence, are revealed. Based on the identified features and characteristics, the definition of foreign trade security is given as a state of protection of exports and(or) imports from threats caused only by external influence, but not internal, in contrast to other types of economic security. It is shown that it is impossible to achieve the state of full provision of foreign trade security of the state in the conditions of participation in international economic relations. To resolve the contradiction between the goal of maximizing the effect of foreign trade activities and the simultaneous need to ensure security, we propose the formation of a scientifically-based system for ensuring foreign trade security and identify its main constituent elements.

<p><strong>Abstract.</strong> The article is dedicated to the development of neural networks that process data of a special kind – a medial representation of the shape, which is considered as a special case of an undirected graph. Methods for solving problems that complicate the processing of data of this type by traditional neural networks – different length of input data, heterogeneity of its structure, unordered constituent elements – are proposed. Skeletal counterparts of standard operations used in convolutional neural networks are formulated. Experiments on character recognition for various fonts, on classification of handwritten digits and data compression using the autoencoder-style architecture are carried out.</p>

<p><strong>Abstract.</strong> Currently Russia faces great challenges in mapping its large transport system to characterize transport as an important sector of the national economy, as well as the country's place in the system of Eurasian corridors and the economic space of Eurasia as a whole. The Department of Cartography and Geoinformatics of the Faculty of Geography of Moscow State University has been working on the creation of a spatial database and geo-information support to assess the state and functioning of the transport system of Russia.</p><p>The concept of using a system approach and special geographic research is proposed. This concept includes the workflow from designing the GIS project architecture and database creation to thematic mapping and visualization of results in the form of a Geo-resource. The final goal of the project is creating the Internet geoinformation resource. The practical realization of the Geo-Resource is based on the development of a special mapping application integrated into the structure of the resource and connection of this application to Geo-Database as a main depository of spatial information.</p>
