The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of organizational justice on Tupperware member stress with work-family conflict as a mediating variable. There were 80 member chosen as respondent of the study by using purposive sampling method. This study applies quantitative approach.  Analysis tool used in this research is Multiple Regression with SPSS software. Based on the result of the analysis, it can be concluded that organizational justice has negative effect on on Dito Mulyo Pangestu Tupperware member stres with work-family conflict as a mediating variable.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational justice on r stres   with work-family conflict as  mediating variable. There were 80 member chosen as respondent of the research by using purposive sampling method. This study aims to determine the effect of Role Conflict on nurse job satisfaction with work family conflict as a mediating variable. The variables of this study include role conflict, job satisfaction and work family conflict. This research is a quantitative explanatory study. This study reaches out to inpatient nurses who are married RS Level III Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang with a total sample of 70 nurses. The sample was obtained by the total sampling method. Data was obtained directly through respondents using a questionnaire. Data analysis includes descriptive analysis and inductive analysis which is used using SPSS.16. this study showed role conflict had a positive and significant effect on work family conflict, work family conflict had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction and role conflict had a significant negative effect on nurse job satisfaction through work family conflict as a madiation variable. Role conflict cannot directly influence work satisfaction but must work through conflict family.Keywords: Conflict Role, Job Satisfaction, Work Family Conflict

This study aims to (1) analyze the effect of  Work-family conflict on job satisfaction; (2) analyze the effect of Work-Family Conflict on work stress ; (3) analyze the effect of work stress on job satisfaction (4) analyze the effect of work-family conflict on job satisfaction mediated by work stress. Type of research is quantitative with causal assosiative. The population in this study was on Female Employees at the District Secretariat on Lombok Island. The number of members of the population is 188 people.   Determination of the sample by purposive sampling method. Sample criteria are employees who are married. The number of samples is 92 people. Data collection techniques or tools use a questionnaire. The analysis tool uses PLS (Partial Least Square) with SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results showed that (1) the Conflict of Family Work had a negative effect not significant on job satisfaction; (2) Work-Family Conflict have a positive significant effect on work stress; (3) Job stress has a negative significant effect on job satisfaction; (4) Work- Family Conflict negatively affects on job satisfaction mediated by work stress.

The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of work-leisure conflict, workoverload, work-family conflict on job embeddedness using perceived supervisor support asthe moderating variable. The number of respondents in this research were 81 employees ofBank Mandiri, Fatmawati. Purposive sampling method is used to determine sample of thisresearch. Based on result of the research and data analysis using Moderated RegressionAnalysis techniques with the help of SPSS software to ran the data, it was revealed that: (1)work-leisure conflict has a negative and significant effect on job embeddedness, (2) workoverload has no effect on job embeddedness, (3) work-family conflict has a negative andsignificant effect on job embeddedness, (4) perceived supervision support did not moderatethe negative effect of work-leisure conflict and work-family conflict on job embeddedness (5)perceived supervisor support moderate the negative effect of work overload to jobembeddedness.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of workload on burnout with work family conflict as a mediating variable on female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. In this study the determination of samples using Slovin formula with purposive sampling method, the sample used was female employees as many as 61 respondents, through path analysis techniques (path analysis). Based on the results of the analysis it can be seen that the workload has a positive and significant effect on burnout on female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Workload has a positive and significant effect on work family conflict on female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Work family conflict has a positive and significant effect on burnout in female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Work family conflict mediates the positive effect of workload on burnout on female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Keywords: workload, burnout, work family conflict

Stress has been a hot topic to discuss since several years ago. Stress triggered a negative behaviour from employees. In a long term, stress would decrease the whole organizational performance. This study aimed to understand the factor which led to employees’ stress within state-owned organization in Indonesia. All this time, each organization tried to improve their employees’ job satisfaction as it would commonly lead to a positive attitude from the employees. Employees’ organizational commitment was a key which led to organizational success. Work-family conflict had been manifested as a problem in the work-life as the employees could not balance their role as employees and as a family member. These variables were hypothesized to affect employees’ job stress level.The research was conducted at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I Medan, one of major state-owned firm in Indonesia. The research was focused on married employees and had been working for at least 3 years. There were 72 employees across division selected in the research. The sample was proportionally taken from each division. Data was collected using self-administered questionnaires. The data was analysed with correlation and multiple regression analyses.Correlation analysis showed that stress had a strong positive relationship with work-family conflict. Stress moderately correlated with the employees’ organizational commitment level and satisfaction level. Multiple regression analysis showed that job satisfaction might reduce employees’ job stress but it was insignificant. Job stress was positively and significantly affectedby employees’ satisfaction and commitment. Employees’ organizational commitment negatively and significantly affected the stress level. These relationships explained 64% of job stress variance.

Jumlah anggota populasi sebanyak 188 orang.  Penentuan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Kriteria sampel adalah pegawai yang sudah menikah. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 92 orang. Teknik atau alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Alat analisis yang dugunakan adalah PLS (Partial Least Square) dengan bantuan program SmartPLS 3.0.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Konflik Pekerjaan-Keluarga berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan  kerja; (2) Konflik Pekerjaan-Keluarga berpengaruh positif  dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja; (3) Stres Kerja berpengaruh negatif  dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan  kerja; (4) Konflik Pekerjaan-Keluarga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja yang di mediasi oleh stres kerja.

The purpose of this research is to analyse the effect of religiosity and work-family conflict towards employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable to the workers of the manufacturing industry by taking 120 workers as samples. This research used a questionnaire as the method of data collection. Whereas, the analysis method used Structural Equation Modelling(SEM), Smart PLS v.3.0. The result of this research showed that religiosity has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, the work-family conflict has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction, religiosity has a significant positive effecton employee performance, work-family conflict does not significantly affect employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect to employee performance, religiosity has a significant positive effect to employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable, work-family conflict does not significantly affect the employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The result of this research could be used as a basis to improve and maintain a company’s performance through religious improvement and concern towards work-family conflict experienced by the workers. The current business organization is important to review the conflict between work and family. It can impact on the survival of employees in business organizations. Work-family conflicts can be one reason employee dissatisfaction with work. The relationship between work-family conflict and job satisfaction. Based on research conducted on 118 respondents employees Bank Bjb Office Main Branch Bandung obtained results that show there is a relationship between work family conflict with job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the results of correlation analysis between work family conflict variables with job satisfaction included in the negative and significant relationship. Furthermore, work family conflict also has a negative effect on job satisfaction in the regression analysis done.
