Profil Rasul Paulus Dalam Surat 1 Korintus Dan Relevansinya Bagi Hamba-Hamba Tuhan Di Gereja Pantekosta di Indonesia Rungkut Surabaya

The profile of God's servants is a very important teaching that God has entrusted to His church on this earth. God's servants often face enormous challenges in delivering the teachings of God's Word. Such as offers to compromise, participate in committing crimes, unhealthy ambitions to gain a position, engage in the business world and materialism. In the use of wisdom it is not uncommon for God's servants to make their own decisions without involving God. In terms of ethics, God's servants experienced a fall by the temptation of wealth, throne and women. There is even a servant of God directly involved in business and politics so that it deviates far from the teachings of God's Word. Many of God's servants consider it more powerful and pretend to know because they have many congregations, and have spiritual gifts such as speaking in tongues. To get maximum results, in this study the authors used qualitative research methods, historical research methods and descriptive research methods. Qualitative research methods by distributing questionnaires to congregants and to several servants of God who serve in the GPdI Rungkut church. This study collected data from the results of the distribution of questionnaire sheets to 175 eligible congregations to fill them. The conclusions of this research are 1) The Apostle Paul is a servant of God who was called by God to carry out His mission, which is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ to all people; 2) First Corinthians describes the profile of the apostle Paul as a servant of God; 3) The Apostle Paul as a servant of God should be emulated by God's servants in Indonesia in general and in particular God's servants in the GPdI Rungkut Surabaya church; 4) God's servants must have knowledge about the profile taught by the apostle Paul so that they have a humble attitude, that is, an attitude that is not defensive when faced with resistance and a sincere attitude to help others; 5) Servants of God serve willingly and not accentuate their ministry so that praise is given from God not from humans; and 6) Servants of God have integrity and strict adherence to the spiritual laws contained in God's word.

The Post-It® procedure: a meaningful and manageable interview method The interview is one of the most important data collection instruments that used in qualitative research methods. However, doing an interview and using the data correctly is less straightforward than it may seem. Too often, especially while doing interpretative-descriptive research, during the phase of analysis important questions surface with regard to the validity of the instrument and the gathered data. At that stage, such questions sometimes prove difficult to resolve. The Post-It interview method is an alternative way of interviewing that tackles these questions by giving more structure to the interview beforehand. In addition, it offers the opportunity to do the so-called ‘member check’ during the interview itself. This leads to an interview procedure that is at the same time more meaningful to interviewer and interviewee, and more feasible to carry out. This article describes the proposed procedure and discusses some preliminary experiences in using the method.

Siak Regency is one of the areas in Riau that has the potential to develop tourism in the region, precisely in Kecamatan Mempura include: natural potential, historical potential, socio-cultural potential, and the potential of agriculture and condensation. They are: Tangsi Belanda, Tomb of Sultan Buang Asmara, Kotler House and Office, Datuk Pesisir House, Dome of the Dome, Wedana Office at Lower Hilir. The tourism sector requires a good development of tourism. The potentials that are owned can be developed and get maximum results. From the explanation the authors use descriptive research type using qualitative research methods with the focus of research 1.Policy Ecotourism development in Siak District 2. obstacles in ecotourism development in Kecamatan Mempura Siak regency. The research results explained that the development of ecotourism area in Districk Mempura is still not yet Maximum because there are still many obstacles faced by local government Mempura

ABSTRAKPengungkapan gagasan menggunakan gaya bahasa/bahasa kias (majas) pada acara talkshow biasanya bertujuan untuk membangkitkan suasana tegang dan tanggapan beragam di antara penonton, selain untuk memperindah tuturan. Ini artinya majas tidak hanya diterapkan dalam kegiatan bersastra, melainkan juga dibutuhkan pada aspek-aspek terapan sehingga akan tercipta kondisi dan atau situasi yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif karena data yang dikumpulkan berupa tuturan-tuturan Najwa Shihab yang menggunakan banyak bahasa kias (majas) sehingga perlu dianalisis secara mendalam untuk mengetahui maksud dan tujuannya. Objek penelitian ini adalah lima tuturan Najwa Shihab dalam Acara Talkshow Mata Najwa Episode #MataNajwaMenantiTerawan yang berwujud pertanyaan yang ditujukan kepada Menteri Kesehatan RI, Terawan Agus Putranto yang diunggah pada kanal YouTube Mata Najwa pada tanggal 28 September 2020. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang dilontarkan pemandu acara talkshow Mata Najwa, Najwa Shihab kepada Menteri Kesehatan RI, Terawan Agus Putranto dalam episode #MataNajwaMenantiTerawan mengandung majas yang bervariasi, yakni majas ironi, repetisi, paradoks, alegori, dan sinisme. Dari kelimanya, bisa disimpulkan bahwa majas sindiranlah yang mendominasi pertanyaan-pertanyaan Najwa Shihab pada episode tersebut yang penggunaannya difungsikan untuk mengubah perilaku seseorang/sasaran.Kata kunci: Najwa Shihab, MataNajwaMenantiTerawan, majasABSTRACT Expression of ideas using language style (figure of speech) aims to evoke a certain atmosphere and certain responses, in addition to beautifying speech. Thus, if figure of speech is applied not only in literary activities, but also in applied aspects, the expected situation conditions will be created. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Descriptive research is carried out because the data collected for research is in the form of information containing research documentation and the data obtained needs to be analyzed in depth in order to get a detailed picture of the things that support the research. The object of this research is the spoken language spoken by Najwa Shihab in the Mata Najwa Talkshow Episode #MataNajwaMenantiTerawan which was uploaded on the Mata Najwa YouTube channel on September 28, 2020 with more than six million viewers. Based on the results of this study, it is known that the questions asked by the talk show host Mata Najwa, Najwa Shihab to the Minister of Health, Terawan Agus Putranto in the episode #MataNajwaMenantiTerawan contain various figures, namely irony, repetition, paradox, allegory, and cynicism. From the five, it can be concluded that satirical figure of speech dominate Najwa Shihab's questions in the episode whose use is used to change a person's / target's behavior.Keywords: Najwa Shihab, MataNajwaMenantiTerawan, majas

The purpose of the study is to uncover the meaning of profits for businesses in the Big Bananas franchise. The phenomenon of franchise business in Indonesia is increasing which was previously dominated by foreign franchise businesses. The study uses qualitative research methods and one key person to uncover profits in the Big Banana franchise business. The results of this study indicate that so far earnings have only been reviewed based on mere earnings material. While profits are also about other contributions from the conduct of business enterprises, such as the highest level of responsibility for the natural environment around the business, including those related to company resources, leadership aspects, and competition aspects in the business world. Economic behavior has been formed since humans began to need other individuals who have goods or services that they do not have. The form of buying and selling has developed following society and social changes. Advancements in communication and information have impacted progress in the business world. Long-distance buying and selling have become a prevailing habit in today's business world. Feel disadvantaged because the goods received do not match the picture or the goods received also turn out to be defective or the goods do not arrive at the buyer, and many other cases. Islamic law itself has regulated this buying and selling activity quite strictly, both in the arguments of Al -Qur'an, Hadith, Ijma', and also Qiyas. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the practice of buying and selling online is according to Islamic Law. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The results found that buying and selling online is allowed as long as the goods or products being traded follow the specifications or characteristics of the goods that have been determined. Moreover, the type and nature of the goods to be bought are known. Islam is consensual. There is no coercion from any party to buy an item. If the buying and selling transaction online does not follow the provisions of Islamic law, which has established the terms of the contract and buying and selling, the online buying and selling transaction is unlawful or invalid.
