Siak Regency is one of the areas in Riau that has the potential to develop tourism in the region, precisely in Kecamatan Mempura include: natural potential, historical potential, socio-cultural potential, and the potential of agriculture and condensation. They are: Tangsi Belanda, Tomb of Sultan Buang Asmara, Kotler House and Office, Datuk Pesisir House, Dome of the Dome, Wedana Office at Lower Hilir. The tourism sector requires a good development of tourism. The potentials that are owned can be developed and get maximum results. From the explanation the authors use descriptive research type using qualitative research methods with the focus of research 1.Policy Ecotourism development in Siak District 2. obstacles in ecotourism development in Kecamatan Mempura Siak regency. The research results explained that the development of ecotourism area in Districk Mempura is still not yet Maximum because there are still many obstacles faced by local government Mempura

The Covid 19 pandemic has had a major impact on Indonesia's tourism sector, including Hulu Sungai Selatan (HSS) Regency in South Kalimantan Province. HSS Regency has a potential tourist attraction that is a mainstay of South Kalimantan, namely the Bamboo Rafting Loksado tour. After having stopped operating due to the pandemic for 8 months, this tour was reopened by making changes to its operational system. This study aims to describe the tourism promotion strategy carried out by DISPORAPAR HSS in maintaining Bamboo Rafting tourism objects during the pandemic using descriptive qualitative research methods. DISPORAPAR HSS, which houses this tourist attraction, has compiled strategic steps to promote safe tourism for visitors by socializing the implementation of national health protocol standards and health protocol standards based on the Indonesian Rafting Federation using educational videos on new normal tours, inviting local people to participate in supporting new normal tourism, using social media facilities as an effective and efficient means of promotion, and continuing to carry out evaluation stages to realize Bamboo Rafting tourism objects to attract visitors again.

The profile of God's servants is a very important teaching that God has entrusted to His church on this earth. God's servants often face enormous challenges in delivering the teachings of God's Word. Such as offers to compromise, participate in committing crimes, unhealthy ambitions to gain a position, engage in the business world and materialism.    In the use of wisdom it is not uncommon for God's servants to make their own decisions without involving God. In terms of ethics, God's servants experienced a fall by the temptation of wealth, throne and women. There is even a servant of God directly involved in business and politics so that it deviates far from the teachings of God's Word. Many of God's servants consider it more powerful and pretend to know because they have many congregations, and have spiritual gifts such as speaking in tongues.    To get maximum results, in this study the authors used qualitative research methods, historical research methods and descriptive research methods. Qualitative research methods by distributing questionnaires to congregants and to several servants of God who serve in the GPdI Rungkut church. This study collected data from the results of the distribution of questionnaire sheets to 175 eligible congregations to fill them.    The conclusions of this research are 1) The Apostle Paul is a servant of God who was called by God to carry out His mission, which is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ to all people; 2) First Corinthians describes the profile of the apostle Paul as a servant of God; 3) The Apostle Paul as a servant of God should be emulated by God's servants in Indonesia in general and in particular God's servants in the GPdI Rungkut Surabaya church; 4) God's servants must have knowledge about the profile taught by the apostle Paul so that they have a humble attitude, that is, an attitude that is not defensive when faced with resistance and a sincere attitude to help others; 5) Servants of God serve willingly and not accentuate their ministry so that praise is given from God not from humans; and 6) Servants of God have integrity and strict adherence to the spiritual laws contained in God's word.

This study discusses the strategy of strengthening religious education in Qurrota A'yun Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) in Marawola Subdistrict, Sigi Regency, with the problem is how the model of religious education learning in Qurrota A'yun Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) in Marawola Subdistrict, Sigi Regency. What is the strategy of strengthening religious education in the Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Qurrota A’yun Marawola District Sigi Regency ?. This study used qualitative research methods. The research results are a model of religious education learning in SDIT Qurrota A’yun is to implement an integrated curriculum, namely between religious and general subjects, where the curriculum is designed by integrating Islamic values ​​in learning activities. While the strategy of strengthening religious education at SDIT Qurrota A’yun was carried out in two activities namely learning and habituation. Learning activities are carried out through curricular learning and extracurricular learning.

Qualitative research methods have long set an example of rich description, in which data and researchers’ hermeneutics work together to inform readers of findings in specific contexts. Among published works, insight into the analytical process is most often represented in the form of methodological propositions or research results. This paper presents a third type of qualitative report, one in which the researcher’s process of coding, finding themes, and arriving at findings is the focus. Grounded theory analysis methods were applied to the interpretation of a single interview. The resulting document provides a narrative of the process one researcher followed when attempting to apply recommended methodological procedures to a single interview, providing a peek inside the black box of analysis often left unopened in final reports.

This study aims to find out how to study the Nani Wartabone statue in terms of visuals, to provide knowledge to the people of Gorontalo the meaning of the Nani Wartabone statue and to describe the background study and visualization of the Tilongolo Nani Wartabone monument statue. This research was written using descriptive qualitative research methods, the authors observed in detail the background and visualization of the Tilongolo Nani Wartabone monument, the results of this study allow the writer to know the historical background of the Tilongolo Nani Wartabone monument statue and the writer can also know the visual meaning of the Tilongolo Monument statue Nani Wartabone. The research results obtained by the author are quite good because there are two sources who are quite helpful in the process of writing this research, the conclusion or the final result of this study is that the writer and the public can find out the background of the Nani Wartabone statue made to commemorate his services in fighting the invaders and the meaning of the visualization of the statue of the struggle of Nani Wartabone, namely: (1) The pointing hand has a meaning, namely his birthplace, Bube Village, Suwawa District, Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Province; (2) Bayonet in the left pocket is made by Suwawa which has the mystical power to protect Nani Wartabone in certain situations; (3) The pistol in the right pocket is used as a helper for the main weapon in the left hand of Nani Wartabone; (4) The weapon in the left hand of Nani Wartabone is a long rifle (hunting rifle) that can be used on the battlefield; (5) The Safari uniform used by Nani Wartabone has patriotic meaning and strength; and (6) Base of 2 and the curve of base of 3 represents the number 23 celebrated as patriotic day by the people of Gorontalo.

The Village

The purpose of this research is to analyze the experience and understanding of village officials with respect to accountability in village fund financial management. Qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach were used in this study through interviews with the village government in Tlogosari Village, Malang Regency, East Java Province, Indonesia. The results show that the accountability of village fund financial management is realized through the behavior of carrying out duties and responsibilities, greatest utilization of village discussions, and the overall activeness of village communities in supporting the village welfare. This understanding is considered to be in accordance with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 20 of 2018. Supporting parties of the implementation of village fund financial management, namely the village government, local government, and local inspectorates should increase their commitment and consistency in order to create accountable management of village funds. At the inspection stage, particularly, the regional inspectorate is required to make improvements in the inspection process to maximize targeted development in fulfillment of the village needs.

The Post-It® procedure: a meaningful and manageable interview method The interview is one of the most important data collection instruments that used in qualitative research methods. However, doing an interview and using the data correctly is less straightforward than it may seem. Too often, especially while doing interpretative-descriptive research, during the phase of analysis important questions surface with regard to the validity of the instrument and the gathered data. At that stage, such questions sometimes prove difficult to resolve. The Post-It interview method is an alternative way of interviewing that tackles these questions by giving more structure to the interview beforehand. In addition, it offers the opportunity to do the so-called ‘member check’ during the interview itself. This leads to an interview procedure that is at the same time more meaningful to interviewer and interviewee, and more feasible to carry out. This article describes the proposed procedure and discusses some preliminary experiences in using the method.

The aim of this research is to evaluate implementation of Accrual based accounting of local government in Kota Semarang and Kota Bandar Lampung. The research finds that Government Act (PP) No. 71 Year 2010 as amendment of Section 36 ayat (1) Regulation No 17-2003 and Pasal 70 section (2) Regulation No.1-2004 has instructed government to apply Accrual accounting by the year 2008. However, the regulation for implementing this Accrual based accounting has just established since 2010 in PP 71-2010. The establishment of this governmental act, all governments both local and central, must apply Accrual based accounting by the year of  2015. The years from 2010 until 2014 can be identified as the transition from cash based accounting to Accrual based accounting. In December 2013, Central government has set Regulation of Internal Affairs Ministry (Permendagri) No. 64 in 2013 which can be identified as the regulation for controlling the implementation of PP 71 in 2010 at local governments. Local government of Kota Semarang is the only region in Indonesia which has applied Accrual based accounting since 2008. In 2013, government of Bandar Lampung start implementing this financial policy informally, but actually they still use PP 24-2005. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods with library research technique. The result of implementation accrual accounting in two public governments is appropriated to conceptual framework.

<strong>Abstract</strong><br />Creative Journal Design as the Dream Setting Canvas Supporting Media. Dream Setting Canvas is a dream achievement media for young people’s dream achievement, which has been applied to several empowerment programs in several non-profit organizations such as Wahana Visi Indonesia and East Bali Poverty Project. In its application, Dream Setting Canvas has weaknesses, of which the target audience has difficulty in analyzing dreams, strategies, and time without assistance. Moreover, without understanding the true essence of analyzing dreams, strategies and time, this method is not completely effective in helping young people achieve and realize their dreams. This research used qualitative research methods. Data collection used literature study, exploration, interviews with interviewees as well as distributes surveys both offline and online. The research results showed that the creative journals design could support<br />the target audience to understand the topic and definition of each block in the Dream Setting Canvas.<br /><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><strong>Abstrak</strong><br />Perancangan Creative Journal sebagai Media Pendukung Dream Setting Canvas. Pengumpulan data menggunakan studi literatur, eksplorasi, wawancara dengan narasumber serta membagikan survei baik secara offline maupun online. This research aims to determine the interaction of actors (Local Government and Regional Budget/APBD) Sinjai District in the discussion and determination of the Budget District Sinjai Fiscal year 2018. This reseach is also aimed to know the process of discussion of the draft of regulation about APBD of Sinjai Regency 2018 based on the regulation of Minister of Home Affairs No. 33 the year 2017 about Guidance of Budget formation of fiscal year 2018. This research was conducted in DPRD of Sinjai Regency with a research base used in this research is qualitative research by using descriptive research type. This research illustrates in depth the interaction between DPRD members and the Regional Government of Sinjai District along with their staffs in the process of discussion and determination of the Sinjai District Budget for Fiscal Year 2018. Research data obtained from the members of the Regional House of Sinjai, Chairman of The Commission of DPRD Sinjai and leaders of the Organization of Regional Devices. The results of the research indicate that the process of deliberation on the draft of Regional Regulation concerning APBD of Sinjai Regency is inconsistent with the regulation of the Minister of Home affairs No. 33 year 2017 Concering Guidelines for the Preparation of APBD for Budget year 2018. The agreement between DPRD and Local Government of Sinjai Regency toward the draft of Local Regulation Concerning APBD of Sinjai Regency Budget Year 2018 on November 30, 2018 is in accordance with Regulation of Minister of Home Affairs No.33 year 2017 about Guidance of Depreciation of APBD of Fiscal Year 2018.
