The application of smart campuses (SC), especially at higher education institutions (HEI) in Indonesia, is very diverse, and does not yet have standards. As a result, SC practice is spread across various areas in an unstructured and uneven manner. KM is one of the critical components of SC. However, the use of KM to support SC is less clearly discussed. Most implementations and assumptions still consider the latest IT application as the SC component. As such, this study aims to identify the components of the KM model for SC. This study used a systematic literature review (SLR) technique with PRISMA procedures, an analytical hierarchy process, and expert interviews. SLR is used to identify the components of the conceptual model, and AHP is used for model priority component analysis. Interviews were used for validation and model development. The results show that KM, IoT, and big data have the highest trends. Governance, people, and smart education have the highest trends. IT is the highest priority component. The KM model for SC has five main layers grouped in phases of the system cycle. This cycle describes the organization’s intellectual ability to adapt in achieving SC indicators. The knowledge cycle at HEIs focuses on education, research, and community service.

This study aims to be able to provide recommendations in the decision-making system related to the best lecturers at the Jakarta Chapter of the Indonesian Management Lecturer Forum. It is hoped that the research results can be used as input in the Best Lecturer decision making system with a more systematic system. This research was conducted through interviews, questionnaires and literature study related to the Lecturer profession. In the field, the assessment criteria are still rough, therefore this study must include all the criteria into the mechanism, rules, and codes. Analysis, each criterion is analyzed using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method in weighting. The cumulative results of the recapitulation of scores show that teaching is still a top priority in the implementation of the Tridaharma of Lecturers, after that the second priority is research, then community service and finally support in the form of participation in supporting activities and scientific development.

Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan bagian pembelajaran yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa sebagai pengabdian kepada masyarakat atas adanya Perguruan Tinggi (PT) yang berada diindonesia untuk memberikan kontribusi keilmuan didalam masyaraka. Penilaian dilakukan baik bersifat individu maupun kegiatan kelompok oleh Ketua LPPM sebagai evaluasi diakhir kegiatan, guna mengetahui sejauh mana ilmu yang mereka miliki. Namun pada kenyataannya penilaian yang dilakukan masih bersifat fuzzy (Kabur), karena penilaian dilakukan dalam skala subyektif di mana setiap penilai berbeda satu dengan yang lainya tentang suatu objek,  unutk itu perlu dibangun sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) berbasis logika Fuzzy dalam membantu  mengolah data dari hasil evaluasi penilaian. Dengan metode metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) berbasis Logika Fuzzy  diharapkan mampu melakukan penilaian tepat sasaran guna mencari nilai rekomendasi yang tepat sebelum dirangking dalam mencari kelompok terbaik. Logika fuzzy yang digunakan dalam merekekomendasikan kelompok terbaik pada permasalahan ini yaitu dengan fuzzy tahani, dengan hasil fuzzyfikasi data dengan ketentuan bahwa nilai kelompok tidak boleh kurang dari 1 pada setiap variabelnya. Pengujian pertama dilakukan untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi kelompok terbaik menggunakan logika fuzzy selanjutnya di rangking menggunakan metode AHP sehingga didapatkan urutan yang sistematis dengan urutan  (1) Pengalihan (Kelompok 54) Rangking Pertama dengan total Nilai 0.364,  (2) Tembilahan Hulu II (Kelompok 1) Rangking Kedua dengan total Nilai 0.275. (3) Tanah Merah (Kelompok 38) Rangking Ketiga dengan total Nilai 0.199, (4) Kuala Sebatu (Kelompok 16) Rangking Keempat dengan total Nilai 0.161.   Kata kunci: SPK, AHP, Logika Fuzzy, Tahani, Penilaian KKN   Abstract The Community Service Program (KKN) is a part of learning given to students as a service to the community for the existence of Universities (PT) that are located in Indonesia to provide scientific contributions in the community. Assessment is carried out both individually and in group activities by the Chairperson of the LPPM as an evaluation at the end of the activity, in order to find out the extent of their knowledge. But in reality the assessment carried out is still fuzzy because the assessment is carried out on a subjective scale where each appraiser is different from one another about an object, for which a decision support system (SPK) needs to be built using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method based on Fuzzy logic in helping process data from the evaluation evaluation results. The Fuzzy Logic-based Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is expected to be able to assess the target in order to find the right value of the recommendation before ranking in finding the best group. Fuzzy logic used in the best group recommendations on this problem is fuzzy tahani, with the results of data fuzzyfication provided that group values cannot be less than 1 in each variable. The first test was carried out to get the best group recommendations using fuzzy logic then ranked using the AHP method so that a systematic sequence was obtained in the order of (1) Transfer (Group 54) First rank with a total value of 0.364, (2) Upstream II (Group 1) Ranking Second with a total value of 0.275. (3) Tanah Merah (Group 38) Third Rank with a total value of 0.199, (4) Kuala Sebatu (Group 16) Fourth Rank with a total value of 0.161.  Keywords: SPK, AHP, Fuzzy Logic, Tahani, Assessment of Community Service

Abstract: Education as an important aspect, in improving the quality of education needs to be done innovatively. Learning Models are examples of student learning patterns or structures that are designed, implemented, and systematically evaluated by teachers in order to achieve learning objectives. The Industrial Revolution 4.0 currently has an influence in various fields, one of which is the world of education, with IoT presenting an industrial revolution in the world of education in finding ways to implement learning systems so that they are not outdated. STMIK Royal is one of the computer high schools in Kisaran that wants to develop a better learning model for its students. In choosing the development of learning models requires a decision support system method in choosing the best using the AHP method. This method can analyze a number of criteria and alternatives in choosing the best learning model development which is determined through the calculation process. This model is easier and more effective to produce the best. The AHP method is able to produce the selection of learning model development with several selection criteria and influential alternative choices. The result of the highest ranking is a priority on criteria and alternatives in achieving the goal of choosing a learning model at STMIK Royal Kisaran. Keywords: alternative; analytical hierarchy process; criteria, development; learning models  Abstrak: Pendidikan sebagai aspek penting, dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan perlu dilakukan secara inovatif. Model Pembelajaran adalah contoh pola atau struktur belajar siswa yang dirancang, dilaksanakan, dan dievaluasi secara sistematis oleh guru dalam rangka mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Revolusi Industri 4.0 saat ini telah memberikan pengaruh di berbagai bidang salah satunya dunia pendidikan, dengan IoT menghadirkan revolusi industri di dunia pendidikan dalam mencari jalan mengimplementasikan sistem pembelajaran agar tidak ketinggalan zaman. STMIK Royal merupakan salah satu sekolah tinggi komputer di Kisaran yang ingin mengembangkan model pembelajaran yang lebih baik bagi mahasiswanya. Dalam memilih pengembangan model pembelajaran memerlukan metode sistem pendukung keputusan dalam memilih yang terbaik menggunakan  metode AHP. Metode ini dapat menganalisis sejumlah kriteria dan alternatif dalam memilih pengembangan model pembelajaran terbaik yang ditentukan melalui proses perhitungan. Model ini lebih mudah dan efektif untuk menghasilkan yang terbaik. Metode AHP mampu menghasilkan pemilihan pengembangan model pembelajaran dengan beberapa kriteria seleksi dan alternatif pilihan yang berpengaruh. Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) adalah salah satu penggerak perekonomian suatu daerah, termasuk Kota Sorong. UKM di Kota Sorong belum berkembang secara optimal. Ada beberapa penyebab diantaranya adalah mengenai finansial, lokasi, bahan baku dan lain-lain. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalah tersebut peneliti terdorong untuk melakukan pengembangan Aplikasi yang dapat membantu menentukan prioritas UKM yang sesuai dengan kondisi pelaku usaha. Pada penelitian ini akan digunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP), untuk pengambilan keputusannya. Metode AHP dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi dan menentukan alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif yang tersedia. Dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksudkan yaitu UKM terbaik yang dapat dipilih oleh pelaku usaha sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu UKM. Aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dikembangkan berbasis Android, dimana pengguna akan mudah menggunakannya sewaktu-waktu jika terjadi perubahan bobot pada kriteria atau intensitas.  Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa metode AHP berhasil diterapkan pada Aplikasi Penentuan Prioritas Pengembangan UKM.

The fire incident in karaoke buildings in Indonesia which claimed many lives has occurred several times. According to the National Academy of Science US, the smoke toxins that come out of the fire disaster cause 50-80% of deaths. Refers to the data, it is necessary to check further about the building material response to fire during a fire incident. Masterpiece Signature Karaoke is a karaoke building that classified as large and magnificent in the city of Medan which has various material so that it is necessary to study the interior material as passive fire protection. The purpose is to find out how to assess the reliability of fire passive protection regard to the interior materials and recommendations or descriptions of right interior material planning using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This method is efficacious to solve the problem of reliability in using interior materials as passive fire protection in Masterpiece Signature Family KTV Medan building with the results of an Adequate Level of reliability. Then, design recommendations were given for the use of interior materials in karaoke building to improve the reliability results to be better.The results are useful as information for other researchers and karaoke buildings regarding passive fire protection systems at the Masterpiece Signature Family KTV Medan.

Pengkajian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan desain eksploratori dalam penentuan prioritas terhadap peran dan alternatif strategi pengembangan P2MKP didasarkan atas bobot prioritas atau kepentingannya dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Keterpaduan antara program pelatihan P2MKP dengan penyelenggaraan penyuluhan” merupakan strategi yang paling diprioritaskan dalam membangun sinergitas P2MKP dengan penyelenggaraan penyuluhan perikanan, dengan bobot 31,52%, kemudian strategi “pengikutsertaan koordinator penyuluh daerah sebagai pembina P2MKP”, dengan bobot 28,56% sebagai prioritas kedua, dan strategi “sebagian instruktur berasal dari penyuluh perikanan” dengan bobot 24,17% sebagai strategi prioritas ketiga dalam membangun sinergitas P2MKP dengan penyelenggaraan penyuluhan perikanan. Dari beberapa strategi pengembangan P2MKP yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka mendukung proses peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia kelautan dan perikanan: Strategi “pengikutsertaan/ peningkatan peran penyuluh perikanan” merupakan strategi pengembangan P2MKP yang paling diprioritaskan, kemudian strategi “optimalisasi penyelenggaraan pelatihan” sebagai prioritas kedua, dan strategi “pembangunan kemitraan strategis” sebagai strategi prioritas ketiga.
