ABSTRACTAt this time, often encountered many students who feel wrong in choosing majors and the university even when they are already enrolled, it majors selected not according to their talents and interests. Early education of students and students will minimize the potential that they will feel disappointed with their choice when they are educated in college. Therefore, through community service activities is intended to provide education about how and step in selecting or determining the most appropriate option to continue their studies to pursue higher education. This study aims to be able to provide recommendations in the decision-making system related to the best lecturers at the Jakarta Chapter of the Indonesian Management Lecturer Forum. It is hoped that the research results can be used as input in the Best Lecturer decision making system with a more systematic system. This research was conducted through interviews, questionnaires and literature study related to the Lecturer profession. In the field, the assessment criteria are still rough, therefore this study must include all the criteria into the mechanism, rules, and codes. Analysis, each criterion is analyzed using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method in weighting. The cumulative results of the recapitulation of scores show that teaching is still a top priority in the implementation of the Tridaharma of Lecturers, after that the second priority is research, then community service and finally support in the form of participation in supporting activities and scientific development.

The Institute for Research and Community Service at the University of Lancang Kuning has the mandate in research and service activities which are the two dharmas of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The purpose of this study is to predict the determination of the budget amount for the University Income and Expenditure Budget (APBU) proposal approved at LPPM Unilak for the following year. Thus, it will make it easier for the LPPM leadership to make decisions on the acceptance of APBU proposals that are approved quickly and optimally. The data used in this research is APBU research and service proposal data approved in 2018 to 2020 which is processed using the monte carlo method. The APBU proposal budget prediction will be carried out every year. Based on the results of tests that have been carried out with the monte carlo method, it is found that the system used to predict the amount of APBU proposal budget approved in 2019 with an average accuracy of 84% and in 2020 with an average accuracy of 73%. Then with a fairly high level of accuracy, the application of the Monte Carlo method is considered to be able to predict the amount of the APBU proposal budget that is approved by each faculty each year.

The University

Implementation of community service activities for Higher Education Institutions is a necessity and an obligation. This is the breath of an academic activity in the Tri Dharma College. This service was attended by representatives of academics, students and service partners of the University of Nahdlatul Wathan Mataram, namely Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Wathan Lenek Lauk, the purpose of this service was to foster independence in applying science in the community. The solution offered by the service team is to provide ongoing assistance for partners, namely student organizations in the target schools. The method used is to provide assistance during activities, and continue activities that have not been completed with further activities. The activity began with the introduction of each member of the service, and introduced the aims and objectives of the service itself, namely for training, development, and challenges in community development in the fostered partner school of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Nahdlatul Wathan University, Mataram. In this dedication activity, it gives a pretty good hope, especially for partners, namely learning how to become an agent or pilot location in each service held by the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Nahdlatul Wathan University, Mataram

The problem with many alternative decisions in the areas of management and administration commonly referred to as multi-attribute decision problems. For example, the decision problem with many variables so that the target decision can not always be determined easily. Well-known method of approach, to overcome this kind of problem is called the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP technique is given by arranging alternative levels of decision, so as to provide a structured quantitative description. Application of multi-attribute types ofproblems such as problems in the selection of software, car, project proposal, the university, the best employees, and so forth. Carrying out community service activities for educators in one of the effort to carry out their duties as the implementation of the Tridarma of Higher Education. With this service, it is an effort by the University of West Sulawesito implement the Tridarma of Higher Education to contribute science and technology to the community, Based on this, we carry out service activities at Majene Port, Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province with the aim of increasing knowledge, understanding regarding the problem of prevention ang spread of COVID-19 by implementing health protocols for passengers, crew members, and especially for workers (port workers). The expected output targetsfrom this activity are : 1) protocol development for preventing the spread of COVID-19 in the port of Majene 2) Forstering precautions for the spread of COVID-19 infection in the Majene port environment 3) Forstering risk communication and community empowerment in the form of participation and concern for public.

Grant scholarships to students are conducted by the University based on the achievements achieved. Since the last few years Bhayangkara University has run a Joint Degree Program scholarship in cooperation with Thailand, India, and plans to continue to the Netherlands. In scholarship grants, the Universityoften finds it difficult to determine the scholarship recipients, so it is found that scholarships are not accurate due to the manual system for the awarding of scholarships. The decision support system is an information system aimed at assisting the University in solving the problem of awarding Joint Degree Program scholarship. One method that can be used in decision support systems is Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP). The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method takes into account the extent of validity to the extent of inconsistency tolerance of the various criteria and alternatives chosen by the decision maker. In this research, the data used is UBHARA student data 3 last generation. The criteria used are GPA, TOEFL score, TPA Test Score, and Value of Communication Skill Test. From the results of experiments carried out the results of manual calculations of the application and manual calculations from the Institute of Cooperation get a presentation 100% equation in determining scholarship recipients. So as to produce the ranking of students, two students with the highest score in each department that will get a Joint Degree Program scholarship.Keywords: Scholarship, Student, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Decision Support System.
