[Background]: Improvement of synergies in medical and nursing services can help governments to optimize the allocation of medical resources; however, an appropriate evaluation method is critical for a suitable decision process in this regard. [Method]: To assess the medical and nursing service combination (MNSC) at a regional level, this study applied a five-dimension evaluation index composed of 28 basic response areas related to the MNSC development status in China, determining its respective weight through the Delphi and entropy methods. [Result]: This empirical exercise analyzed the MNSC supply system by interviewing nine heads of medical and nursing institutions and eleven healthcare-related government personnel during August of 2020 in Xinxiang City, Henan province, P.R China. Results showed: (1) public satisfaction with the fees charged by Medical and Nursing service Institutions (MNSI); (2) Medicare and supply services’ policy publicity; (3) the external financing situation of MNSI; (4) the medical staff’s professional quality; (5) the medical facilities and supply of MNSI; and (6) that the recognition level of the development plan of MNSI scored the highest effect on the synergy of MNSC supply among the assessed factors. [Conclusion]: These results showed that an evaluation based on the Delphi and entropy methods can effectively integrate the opinions of experts and related institutions to evaluate synergies on the medical and nursing service supply.

According to the characteristics of human resources managers’ competency and the research of relevant literatures at home and abroad, a competency evaluation method of human resources managers based on multi-granularity linguistic variables and VIKOR method is proposed. Firstly, the evaluation indicator system based on the competency of human resources managers is constructed. Then, by converting the evaluation information of different experts in different granularity to the same granularity by two-semantics, the comprehensive evaluation values can be obtained by integrating information of different experts. Further, the objective weights of the evaluation indexes were determined by the entropy method and an evaluation method were proposed based on the VIKOR method. Finally, an application example is given to illustrate the evaluation procedures of the developed approach and to demonstrate their practicality and effectiveness.

Nursing is a part of health services that serves individuals, groups and communities. In this 21st century the need for nursing services has changed rapidly and in a complex manner. Physical limitations, is on should to be considered, while the implementation and maintenance of patient-centered service infrastructure still have to be recked. The aim of this literature review is to identify the role of telenursing in nursing services for patients. This language method uses literature reviews which are summaries of 10 articles in the publication years of 2019, 2020, and 2021 on 3 search databases, namely Scopus, Science Direct, and SAGE. This review used the new Joanna Briggs Institute and Prisma. The eligibility of these studies were from its title, abstract, research methodology, results, and discussion. The results of the review were presented in narrative form. The results of a review of 10 articles found that the form of nursing services with telenursing could prove long-distance service, time efficiency and funding allocation, but in terms of quality it had been not satisfactory related to its physical implementation of nursing service. Conclusion: The nursing paradigm in the 21st century global era has been developed with the help of technology to meet the needs of distance efficiency and cost limitations. Thus, telenursing is a solution to answer these challenges.

Two of the greatest weaknesses of school health programs are involved in serious controversies that have interfered with obtaining federal legislation for meeting needs where state and local funds are inadequate for satisfactory services. First, there has been a failure in team work between educators and public health personnel, "Doctors are told what they should do by people who do not know what a doctor can do." Medical and nursing services have failed in their educational objectives. Educators and medical personnel have worked independently on the same children as if each child was sharply divided into mind and body. Very little joint planning has been done by the two professions to solve the problems of children and their development. This failure in team work has been the result largely of a continued rivalry over jurisdiction as to who will spend the money, who will have the power, and who will receive the credit. The two great professions of education and medicine have only occasionally, here and there, learned how to use the great resources of the two professions to serve children. Second there has been the frequent failure to get something done for the children in need of medical service. Often the trouble is merely a failure to use the medical facilities that are available in the community. Not infrequently the trouble has had its origin in inadequate education as to how to use those facilities. But the big controversy has been over the question of whether all medical services will be free to all children regardless of ability to pay, or whether a prepayment plan for medical care will be compulsory or voluntary, and whether the federal government will control the funds and pay the physician or whether each community will work out their own plan for making medical service available to all. These problems, of course, can not be divorced from the aims and efforts of the medical profession to improve the knowledge and skill of the physician and the development of laboratory and special diagnostic facilities so that they may be available as needed. Any progress made in extending medical facilities to care for those who might benefit and in the improvement of the quality can come only through agreement rather than through continuing the controversy. Your Committee on School Health has indicated one important way that the work of the physician in the schools can contribute to pediatric health supervision and post graduate medical education.

To improve the accuracy of the multiple channel integration quality (MCIQ) evaluation, this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation method using the nonlinear autoregressive exogenous model (NARX) and constructs an index system. First, the entropy method is used to determine the objective weight of each indicator. The indicators used in this paper are process consistency, information consistency, emotional value, procedural value, service structure transparency, online result value, business relevance, and online purchase intention. Second, an improved gray relational analysis (GRA) algorithm is used to obtain the comprehensive gray relational degree between the above eight indicators’ standard samples and the tested samples. Then, this study uses the dataset preprocessed with the GRA algorithm for training the NARX model. Then, this study uses the trained model to evaluate the quality of multiple channel integration comprehensively. Next, this study uses standardized methods to quantify the evaluation results to provide new ideas and theoretical guidance for teaching traditional retailers to use the advantages of multiple channels to expand their online business. This paper uses 50,000 consecutive samples of a product for 3 months as a dataset in the experimental part. Through the GRA method and the NARX model, the comprehensive gray relational degree between the test sample and the ideal sample is obtained, and the results are quantified. Experiments show that, compared with the GRA method, this paper’s method has a higher degree of fit between the output value and the target value.

Infrastructure construction plays an important role in socio-economic development and urbanization level promotion. For the development of suburban infrastructure in Shanghai, the paper establishes the system of evaluation index and introduces the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. To make up for the insufficient of identification ability for determining the index weight by the AHP, the article uses the entropy method to make the results objective, scientific and reasonable.

A hospital is said to be successful in providing health services if it is supported by several factors, one of which is quality nursing services. service quality. One form of nursing service that can be applied is the caring behavior of nurses because nurses are the people who interact with patients the most. This paper aims to provide the Implementation of Caring Behavior for Implementing Nurses on Patient Satisfaction in the Inpatient Room at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital. The method of implementing activities using questionnaires that are targeted in PKM activities are implementing nurses and inpatients. From the results of the activities carried out there was an increase in patient satisfaction up to 64.3%. With this PKM activity, it is hoped that it can improve the quality of health services at Grandmed Hospital and can further increase the satisfaction of visiting patients.
