Operating in a dynamic and competitive global market, railway companies have realized many years ago that better management of their logistical operations will enhance their strategic positions on the market. The financial component of daily operations is of utmost importance these days and many companies concluded that maximizing the profit relies on the integration of logistical activities with better income management. This paper presents a system consisting of three components: Ferodata BOX, Ferodata MOBILE, and Ferodata SYS, used to transmit to a web-server the status and operating information of an electric or diesel train. Train information includes data from locomotives, wagons, train driver, route, direction, fuel or electric consumption, speed, etc. All this information is processed in real-time and can be viewed in the web-server application. Additionally, the web-server application could manage and report details that are coming from the wagons, such as valuable information regarding the bogie wear, the identification of the wagons attached to a gasket, and identification the situations in which a wagon or group of wagons comes off the gasket configuration. All information about the status of trains is available on-line and at any moment the person responsible for management can use these data in their work.

Environmental controls, especially for temperature and humidity, are essential to maintain the safety, purity and effectiveness of drugs. The measurement of humidity can be particularly difficult and important in climatic and thermostatic chambers (warehouses, ovens, cold rooms, fridges, drying rooms, insulated boxes, etc.).The old method of monitoring and qualification of climatic and thermostatic chambers requires placing a defined number of recorders, then programming and store them. After that, to examine the values recorded to revolve the status of the climatic and thermostatic chambers, if they are compliant or not-complaint at any time, so all that goes to waste time and efficiency of values.We can do the monitoring and qualification of climatic and thermostatic chambers; we can verify the status of our chambers compliant or not-compliant, and this in favor to an original system that we developed.Our system can be used to allow staff to qualify and receive warnings or to autonomously regulate our physical quantities when environmental parameters do not meet specifications.Our work consists of 3 distinct steps:1. Collecting data from the sensors;2.  The transfer of these data to a database;3. Data recovery through the web page [1].

A plat form independent embedded web server and its integration into a network of wireless sensor nodes is implemented here. The embedded web server is designed and built as an expansion module for one of the nodes in the Wireless Sensor Network (WSN). It allows authorized Internet users to establish two-way communication with the sensor network. The server uses limited available hardware resources to implement an interface to the WSN node. This allows the user to monitor the operation of the WSN remotely, to periodically download the sensed data and to change the operation mode of the network. In this project, by typing the IP-address of LAN on the web browser, the user gets a web page on screen; this page contains all the information about the status of the devices. The user can also control the devices interfaced to the web server by pressing a button provided in the web page.

By eliminating MMseqs2’s runtime overhead, we reduced response times to a few seconds at sensitivities close to BLAST. Availability and implementation The app is easy to install for non-experts. AbstractStarting from 2000, the Academic Information System (SIAKAD) could be accessed on-line by the entire academic community of the University of Lampung. SIAKAD used for academic purposes at the University of Lampung, such as card-making Plan Study (KRS), and Study Result Card (KHS). Faculty of Engineering, University of Lampung, which is one of the faculty who are in the shade of the University of Lampung also been wearing SIAKAD on-line for academic administration for its students. But in reality, SIAKAD on-line that used still had some shortcomings, namely, the absence of a recapitulation of how many students pass a graduation period, the average GPA of a graduation, the average GPA per class, how many students graduate, active, Drop Out (DO) a generation in one department, and the average of study period per period graduates. Therefore, in this study there had been made academic information system contains solutions to some of the shortcomings of the SIAKAD on-line used by the University of Lampung and were focused only on the Faculty of Engineering, University of Lampung. The information system was built using the programming language PHP version 5.3.5 and MySQL version 5.0.7 as its DBMS. At first the information system was created on the local host server and then uploaded to the web server of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Lampung. Once the information system was built, the system tested. Testing was done by two scenarios, namely offline scenario and online scenario. In the offline testing, information system that was built could show how average GPA per class, average GPA per period of graduation, student statistics, as well as how many students were active, graduated, not graduated, dropped out (DO), and resigned themselves. Online scenario was done after the system information uploaded to the web server of the Faculty of Engineering. All existing features were also working as intended.Keywords: SIAKAD, information system, modified waterfall, localhost server.

The forecasting process is essential for determining air quality to monitor NO2 gas in the air. The research aims to develop prediction information system of NO2 gas in air. The method used is Fuzzy Time Series Cheng method. The process of acquiring NO2 gas data is integrated with Multichannel-Multistasion. The data acquisition process uses Wireless Sensor Network technology via broadband internet that is sent and stored in an online database form on the web server. Recorded data is used as material for prediction. Acquisition result of  NO2 gas data is obtained from the sensor which is sent to the web server in the data base in the network by on line, then for futher it is predicted using fuzzy time series Cheng applying re-divide to the results of intervals the first partition of the value of the universe of discourse by historical data fuzzification to determine Fuzzy Logical Relationship dan Fuzzy Logical Relationship Group, so that is obtained result value prediction of NO2 gas concentration. By using 36 sample data of NO2 gas, it is obtained that the value of root of mean squared error of 2.08%. This result indicates that the method of Fuzzy Time Series Cheng is good enough to be used in predicting the NO2 gas.

The development of a wireless sensor network system for temperature and humidity monitoring is described. The system is composed of two main parts, namely an end device and a coordinator. The end device consists of an SHT10 sensor, an XBee Pro RF module, an ATMega8535 microcontroller, and a battery. The coordinator consists of an XBee Pro RF module and an SIM900 GSM module. The temperature and humidity data were sent by the end device to the coordinator and they were forwarded to the web server via GPRS communication using the SIM900 GSM module. In order to the data stored in the database can be accessed in real time via the internet, a web server is developed by using CodeIgniter (CI). It was shown that each end device can communicate very well with the coordinator. Moreover, the data are received in accordance with the timing of delivery was given.

String searching is a common process in the processes that made the computer because the text is the main form of data storage. Boyer-Moore is the search string from right to left is considered the most efficient methods in practice, and matching string from the specified direction specifically an algorithm that has the best results theoretically. A system that is connected to a computer network that literally pick a web server that is accessed by multiple users in different parts of both good and bad aim. Any activity performed by the user, will be stored in Web server logs. With a log report contained in the web server can help a web server administrator to search the web request error. Web server log is a record of the activities of a web site that contains the data associated with the IP address, time of access, the page is opened, activities, and access methods. The amount of data contained in the resulting log is a log shed useful information.

The identification of sequence (amino acids or nucleotides) motifs in a particular order in biological sequences has proved to be of interest. This paper describes a computing server,SSMBS, which can locate and display the occurrences of user-defined biologically important sequence motifs (a maximum of five) present in a specific order in protein and nucleotide sequences. While the server can efficiently locate motifs specified using regular expressions, it can also find occurrences of long and complex motifs. The computation is carried out by an algorithm developed using the concepts of quantifiers in regular expressions. The web server is available to users around the clock at http://dicsoft1.physics.iisc.ernet.in/ssmbs/.
