Consumers are paying close attention to green products to reduce the environmental impact on health issues. As the scope of this research, this current study focuses on determining consumers’ purchase decisions regarding green products using a survey conducted in a fast-growing developing country. This research was descriptive and considered a conceptual framework for extending the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), which was selected as the primary theoretical model. The significant contributions and main objectives of this study are as follows—to explore the present scenario of green marketing in Bangladesh with previous studies, and to fill a research gap regarding green purchase decisions by applying the TPB model with adding additional constructs, such as environmental concerns, green perceived quality, and future green estimates. A range of qualitative and quantitative techniques were adopted to collect data from the target groups, where a sample of young educated Bangladeshi consumers (n = 638) was used to consider the measurement and structural models by applying a partial least squares-structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) method. The empirical findings show that consumers’ environmental concern (EC), green perceived benefits (GPB), green awareness of price (GAP), green willingness to purchase (GWP), and future estimation of green marketing (GFE) have a strong positive influence on consumer’ green purchase decision (GPD). Still, the green perceived quality (GPQ) has a negative influence on green purchase decisions (GPD). To inform consumers about green or eco-friendly products, this study provides valuable suggestions to companies, marketers, and policymakers for designing green marketing tools such as green advertising, green branding, and eco-labels. Based on these findings, it gives some managerial insights for the promotion of green products and green marketing.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to identify the relevant antecedents of willingness of Indian consumers to pay a premium for green products and empirically validate the relationship between these antecedents and willingness to pay (WTP). Design/methodology/approach Data were generated from 515 students enroled in various educational institutions approved by the All India Council for Technical Education and located in New Delhi and National Capital Region region of India. A combination of researcher-controlled and systematic sampling techniques was employed for the purpose of identifying the sample. Structural equation modelling was used to analyse the data using AMOS 20.0. Findings The study revealed that attitude towards green products (ATGP) has a significant and positive influence on WTP. Additionally, collectivism and environmental concern emerged as predictors of ATGP. Practical implications Marketing practitioners are expected to get deeper insights into reasons that contribute to the formation of positive attitude among Indian consumers towards green products. This understanding may greatly assist proactive marketers in developing appropriate strategies to increase the propensity of WTP a premium for such products. Originality/value The study is pioneering in the sense that the construct WTP for green products had relatively been less explored in the Indian context. The construct WTP is important for Indian consuming class which is dominated by middle and lower middle income groups for whom spending extra from their regular expenditure is a critical and sensitive issue.

Global warming and depletion of the environment are more than a hunch; they are irrefutable facts. While caring for the environment seemed like a luxurious hobby twenty years ago, it has become a crucial necessity these days. However, the sustainable demand for eco-friendly products seems to be less than it should be. In other words, the consumers seem to lack the intent to purchase green products. Therefore, studies on factors affecting sustainable green purchasing intent seem to be crucial now more than ever. This study attempts to shed some light on the matter using structural equation modeling. After receiving the answers of 357 respondents from Thai Generation Y participants, the estimations reveal that attitude towards green packaging and green marketing awareness have the strongest effects on purchasing intention. On the other hand, environmental concern seems to have the weakest effect on purchasing intention. The findings suggest that the producers must pay more attention to packaging and other novel forms of marketing to increase the customers’ intent for purchasing green products.

This study aims to identify the technological readiness variables associated with the quality perceived by customers who use digital services offered by banking institutions operating in Brazil. Descriptive quantitative research, in cross-section, with a sample of 958 clients of financial institutions operating in Brazil. The data were analysed using Structural Equation Modelling and multigroup analysis using SmartPLS. Given the growth of Fintech driven by disruptive technologies, traditional banking segments are looking for a competitive advantage to retain their customers. The findings showed that optimism and innovativeness have a positive influence on perceived quality. In contrast, discomfort with functional and physical risk, discomfort with embarrassment, and insecurity with information have a negative influence on perceived quality. Insecurity due to lack of contact does not influence the quality perceived by customers. There are also no differences regarding the gender and income of customers and the type of bank with whom they have a relationship, only in the group between public and private banks in the relationship between innovativeness and perceived quality. However, the explanatory power of the model indicates that other factors also impact this relationship. Although Fintech is growing at an accelerated pace, traditional bank customers seek other factors that impact perceived quality. In this way, it shows that traditional banks can consider other organisational actions to retain customers in addition to disruptive technologies.

The rise of pro-environmental awareness has promoted a new innovative local brand that considers sustainable society life. This study analyses how the green marketing claim of new local cleaner products influences the brand image, perceived value, and consumer purchase decisions. The respondents of this study are consumers of local shoe cleaner products claimed as green ones. The setting is a new brand of shoe cleaner introduced in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This brand is a green product developed with a green marketing program. Using the purposive sampling method, we chose one hundred fifty respondents. The data analysis is using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) of AMOS 21. Our result shows that green marketing significantly impacts brand image, perceived value, and purchase decisions. Brand image and perceived value affect purchase decisions substantially.

In this study, we examined South Korean residents’ travel-related behavioural intention for mainland China post-COVID-19 using an extended model of goal-directed behaviour. To do so, we integrated South Korean residents’ perceptions of country image (PCI), mass media, and concerns about travel into the framework of the original model of goal-directed behaviour (MGB). Structural equation modelling was used to identify the structural relationships among the latent variables. The results show that mass media had a positive influence on South Korean residents’ perception of China’s image, a negative influence on residents’ concerns, and a positive influence on residents’ behavioural intentions for travel overseas. Meanwhile, PCI had a positive influence on residents’ attitude towards travel overseas. The theoretical and practical implications of the study are discussed.

This study aims to 1) analyze the implementation of learning organization in PD ABC; 2) analyze the influence of learning organization towards performance improvement of PD ABC; 3) analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture towards learning organizations, 4) analyze the influence of learning organization, leadership and organizational culture towards performance improvement of PD ABC, and 5) formulate a sustainable learning organization strategy to improve the performance of PD ABC. Methods in this research were Structural Equation Model (SEM) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results showed that 1) information systems and sharing of knowledge, organizational relationship, strategic leadership, collaboration and team learning need to be improved; 2) leadership has a positive influence and significant effect with learning organization but organizational culture has insignificant effect towards learning organization; 3) learning organization has a positive influence and significant effect towards improving PD ABC performance; learning organization has a positive influence and significant effect towards organizational performance, although leadership and organizational culture have a negative influence but insignificant effect towards performance organization; 4) in order to develop sustainable learning, PD ABC has to provide measurable evaluation and monitoring systems, transparent rewards and punishment, as well as competent people. Purpose: This study aims at investigating and testing the mediated effect of Hedging on the effect of profitability and liquidity toward share price at shares of LQ-45, listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange from2011 to 2015. The current research was conducted because the phenomenon and the fluctuations in price of shares were unavoidable. Methodology: The Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) by Amos was used to analyze the 110 observations of data. Main Findings: The result of analysis shows that; (1) the liquidity gives not significantly negative influence to share price, (2) the liquidity gives  significantly negative influence to hedging, (3) the profitability gives significantly positive influence to share price, (4) the profitability gives significantly negative influence to hedging, (5). Hedging gives significantly positive influence to share price. Implications/Applications: The present study provides new evidence that the mediated effect of Hedging on the influence of liquidity and profitability toward share price has more strength compared to the direct influence of liquidity but not for profitability.

<p>O objetivo com a presente pesquisa foi avaliar a relação da preocupação ambiental do consumidor com sua efetiva declaração de compra de produtos verdes no varejo. Orientado por uma linha de pesquisa que busca explicar o fato de o comportamento ter como precedente a intenção e não a atitude, foi avaliado se a preocupação dos consumidores com o meio ambiente está sendo convertidas em intenção de compra e posterior declaração de compra. O problema que orientou a pesquisa pode ser expresso pela seguinte questão: a preocupação ambiental está relacionada com a intenção de compra para se tornar compra declarada de produtos verdes no varejo? Para responder a essa questão e atender ao objetivo proposto, foi realizada uma pesquisa de natureza quantitativa por meio de um <em>survey</em> com 1.233 consumidores reais de quatro capitais brasileiras, avaliando-se a percepção que eles possuem de si mesmos e dos outros. A análise de dados foi feita utilizando-se a modelagem de equações estruturais por meio do <em>software</em> SmartPLS 3.0. Os resultados indicam que os consumidores pesquisados não demonstram relacionar diretamente sua preocupação ambiental com a compra declarada de produtos verdes, que revelou ser formada pela intenção de compra. Guided by a line of research that seeks to explain the fact that the behavior has as a precedent the intention and not the attitude was assessed to consumer concern about the environment and these are converted into purchase intent and purchase later statement. The problem oriented research can be expressed by the following question: Environmental concern is related to the purchase intention to become declared purchase of green products at retail? To resolve this matter and meet the proposed objective, a quantitative research through a survey with the 1233 actual consumers of four brazilian capitals assessing his perception as an individual was carried out and as he watches others. Data analysis was performed using the structural equation modeling through SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results indicate that consumers surveyed do not demonstrate directly relate their environmental concerns with the purchase declared for green products, which were shown to be formed by purchase intent. Customer behavior of environmentally friendly products becomes marketing attention by implementing a green marketing strategy to improve customer’ green trust. The study concentrates on the correlation of eco-label attribute, perceived innovation, perceived quality, and green trust of a customer. The study was conducted in 2020 with a survey of supermarket’s customers who were familiar with green products. There were 200 customers who were selected randomly; data from a customer was taken by questionnaire. Then, data from the questionnaire was processed by using SEM approach through SmartPLS. The research finding determined that the implementation of an eco-label attribute may influence on customer’ green trust directly through customer perceived quality. Furthermore, it was determined that customer perceived quality could play the mediation role between eco-label attributes and green trust. Besides, it has known that the value of innovation of green products could not be affected by eco-label attributes and it could not affect customer’s green trust. The study provides a recommendation from the model of green customer behavior with mediation focuses on customer perceived quality. The finding can provide important information for marketers and producers who use the environmental issue, and it is implemented to green marketing strategy.

Whilst globalisation has offered a fertile ground for businesses to offer several services from all sides of the compass, it appears that this landscape has attracted new avenues for service provisions and transactions. All these aspects have resulted in dramatic shift in consumers' purchase decision making process. This research presents some insights of customers' perception of quality offered by intermediaries working in networked environments. The principal hypotheses are that, after experiencing services delivered by an intermediary, customers synthesise their perceptions, in terms of the quality perceived. Furthermore, this assessment will determine its image and the perceived value. A quantitative survey was conducted in an airline alliance context, to verify if the hypotheses are acceptable. A structural equation modelling tested using the PLS-SEM method demonstrates the influence of alliance wide perceived quality on airline alliances' image and perceived value.
