This thesis expounds the current situation of rural human resources of Tianjin with the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis and the macroscopic and microscopic data under the research background of new-type urbanization. Then the paper summarizes the factors influencing rural human resources development by factor analysis method. Based on the study mentioned above, it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on rural human resources development.

The new pandemic times reveal, besides the dysfunctions of the health system, a profound and prolonged shortage of material and human resources, as well as psychical blockages, fears and all kinds of weaknesses that we are now forced to confront, being alone with ourselves and inside ourselves. And what is it that causes these meetings, these long adjourned encounters? If it is true that being political means integrating into the superstructure of political consciousness of a state, then solidarity can be considered the first political gesture of the Academic Artistic Community in Iasi. At the end of the pandemic, the main function of this facility will be to recover the memory of an event that took place on a global scale. Equally, it could be the beginning of the study in a new type of theatrical performance, addressing post-pandemically people massively affected mentally, emotionally, physically, and cognitively.

With the continuous economic growth, human resource service industry also plays an important role in the economic development. In order to explore the development of human resource service industry in Xinxiang, based on a survey of more than 50 enterprises and organizations in Xinxiang, Xinxiang's human resources service industry has a bright future, however, there are still some problems in the aspects of enterprise scale, personnel skills and agglomeration management. Therefore, different countermeasures are put forward for different roles to solve the development obstacles and promote the development of industry agglomeration, building a new type of human resources to serve the ecological industry chain.

The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted every aspect of life, in particular Ukrainian higher school, reinforcing the negative trends of recent years associated with a decrease in the number of applicants, the migration of school graduates to the Western countries to study, the deterioration of economic indicators of HEIs etc. In this regard, in some HEIs there are processes of the release of personnel, reducing the workload of academic staff, reducing the degree of services provided by HEIs. If the human resources potential of HEIs is excessive, there is a decrease in the workload of academic staff, in their motivation. On the contrary, the risks of losing their licenses, non-accreditation, staff turnover and other negative trends increase. In such conditions, innovative approaches become relevant to neutralize the negative trends in the process of the formation and preservation of the socio-economic potential of HEIs, the main component of which is human resources. The article identifies the essence of the excess socio-economic potential of HEI and outstaffing as an innovative mechanism for preserving and shaping the socio-economic potential. Outstaffing is the remote employment of staff for a project. A teacher at HEI can be an outstaffer and a university itself can act as an outstaffed company. The use of outstaffing as a new type of non-educational services will allow HEIs to maintain human resources, increase the workload, staff motivation, financial indicators and preserve the socio-economic potential of the institution as a whole.

The digital economy is a phenomenon that dictates to all states the standards for the development of new directions in the economy. With the development of the digital economy, the place and role of man in the conditions of a new type of economy are changing most significantly. The digital economy not only frees a person from routine and gives him the opportunity to develop creative potential, but also makes certain adjustments to the working person.

A new type of synthetic industrial diamond formed by an explosive shock process has been recently developed by the Du Pont Company. This material consists of a mixture of two basically different forms, as shown in Figure 1: relatively flat and compact aggregates of acicular crystallites, and single crystals in the form of irregular polyhedra with straight edges.Figure 2 is a high magnification micrograph typical for the fibrous aggregates; it shows that they are composed of bundles of crystallites 0.05-0.3 μ long and 0.02 μ. wide. The selected area diffraction diagram (insert in Figure 2) consists of a weak polycrystalline ring pattern and a strong texture pattern with arc reflections. The latter results from crystals having preferred orientation, which shows that in a given particle most fibrils have a similar orientation.

I. IntroductionThermionic electron gun with the Wehnelt grid is popularly used in the electron microscopy and electron beam micro-fabrication. It is well known that this gun could get the ideal brightness caluculated from the Lengumier and Richardson equations under the optimum condition. However, the design and ajustment to the optimum condition is not so easy. The gun has following properties with respect to the Wehnelt bias; (1) The maximum brightness is got only in the optimum bias. (2) In the larger bias than the optimum, the brightness decreases with increasing the bias voltage on account of the space charge effect. (3) In the smaller bias than the optimum, the brightness decreases with bias voltage on account of spreading of the cross over spot due to the aberrations of the electrostatic immersion lens.In the present experiment, a new type electron gun with the electrostatic and electromagnetic lens is designed, and its properties are examined experimentally.

After materials with superconducting temperatures higher than liquid nitrogen have been prepared, more emphasis has been on increasing the current densities (Jc) of high Tc superconductors than finding new materials with higher transition temperatures. Different processing techniques i.e thin films, shock wave processing, neutron radiation etc. have been applied in order to increase Jc. Microstructural studies of compounds thus prepared have shown either a decrease in gram boundaries that act as weak-links or increase in defect structure that act as flux-pinning centers. We have studied shock wave synthesized Tl-Ba-Cu-O and shock wave processed Y-123 superconductors with somewhat different properties compared to those prepared by solid-state reaction. Here we report the defect structures observed in the shock-processed Y-124 superconductors.
