The article is devoted to the formation of the moral attitude to their own health and the health of others in the future teachers of natural sciences in preparation for the implementation of health-technology in schools. Analyzes the major types of health and characteristics of the formation of moral values among students. It is pointed out that it is the moral and moral values are the basis for the development of creative cooperation towards discovering new ways to improve the psycho-physiological characteristics of the person who will be the basis in the formation of positive motivation is morally justified in the direction of "simulation" of their own health. That is what determines the urgency of the problem of raising the level of health of a modern person and necessitates the formation of an ethical attitude of youth towards solving issues related to the strengthening and preservation of health. The basis for the introduction of effective technologies in educational institutions is the ethical attitude towards their own health and the health of others. In this regard, the more relevant is the question of the formation of organizational and pedagogical conditions of health preservation in the preparation of the future teacher of natural sciences. The need to introduce health-saving technologies into the practical activities of higher educational institutions and determine the purpose of the article, the essence of  which is to determine the pedagogical conditions and methodical means for the implementation of activities that contribute to the formation of ethical values orientations among students of the pedagogical institution of higher education in the field of healthcare.

The future of higher educational institutions is in need of innovators, creative thinkers, problem solvers, and people who can envision transcending across disciplines into a transdiciplinarity environment that by its nature requires institutions of learning to identify the challenges that affect humanity and investigate and implement solutions throughout the life of those challenges, working continuously to iteratively improve upon yesterday's solutions. Allowing the coexistence of old and new, being able to deal with change and disorder while explaining persistence and order requires practices that connect contextually things, people, and events that are distant and only partially congruent. Transdisciplinarity as a construct or framework can guide institutions of higher learning to break from outdated models and structures to form new ways of being that are fluid, heuristic, and holistic. Transperformative education can serve as a model to operationalize transdisciplinarity at the curricula, instructional, operational, and strategic level.

It is characterized that a specialist-innovator is the bearer of specific innovations, their creator, modifier, it has wide possibilities and has an unlimited field of activity, since in practice it is convinced of the efficiency of existing technologies and teaching methods and can correct them, carry out research work, develop new methods and technology. The focus of this activity is the innovative potential of a future specialist. The directions of introduction into the educational process of modern technologies are revealed, where the teacher becomes more and more the functions of a consultant, counselor, mentor, since in professional activity not only special subject knowledge is realized, but also modern knowledge in the field of pedagogy and psychology, acmeology, technology of education and upbringing. In the course of scientific research, the preconditions for creating a concept for forming the readiness of future specialists for the implementation of innovation as the basis for improving the educational process, the essence of which is the introduction of modern tools and methods into the traditional system of education, is outlined. the pedagogical conditions of effective use of health-saving technologies are formulated, essential characteristics and stages of training of future specialists in educational institutions are highlighted; substantiated the basic provisions, the observance of which provides the training of specialists of the new formation to the implementation of healthcare-saving technologies. The paper presents a theoretical analysis of approaches to the definition of the concept of “psychological and pedagogical” conditions in educational institutions for shaping the moral-value field of students. The attention of educators and psychologists to the problem of the presence of the necessary conditions conducive to the formation and development of the personality of students has led to the fact that this concept is studied from different points of view, makes it possible to highlight certain characteristics, to get away from the parameters of uncertainty in the scientific and practical aspects. Today, every educational organization is obliged to create conditions conducive to the shaping a personality, spiritual and moral values, socialization of the younger generation. The theoretical analysis of this concept enables to determine and to highlight the most effective conditions in the future, to compare the degree of their effectiveness among the selected ones.

The article highlights the problems of forecasting the entrance of university entrants into higher education institutions in connection with the constant fluctuations of the labor market and socio-demographic processes, which completely violate the results of the predictions of classical statistical methods, therefore the author studies the necessity of developing a software tool for forecasting the entrance of entrants to higher education institutions , which will operate on the basis of the neural network and will be able to adapt to the conditions of constant chaotic oscillations. The author emphasizes that neural networks are a modern and leading area of research and program development, and proves that the use of neural networks in the prediction of educational processes will allow obtaining results with a much higher level of accuracy and less time. The article contains analysis of theoretical information about neural networks and analysis of existing algorithms of neural networks operation. The author mentions the advantages and disadvantages of each algorithm, provides a comparative analysis and concludes that it is expedient to use each of the methods in a software tool for forecasting the entrance of entrants to higher education institutions. In the course of the work, the author carried out software modelling of the various methods of teaching neural networks, conducted testing, received and disclosed the results of each method, carried out an analysis of their actual effectiveness in predicting small and large volumes of information with different inputs and made the conclusion that the expediency of their use in the future software. The mathematical features of the construction of neural networks, their training and further use are revealed, the basic requirements for the future of the software product, namely the method of work, input data, the method of displaying the results and the layout of the future software, are revealed. The main blocks of the software for forecasting the entrance of entrants to higher education institutions are shown. It was concluded that it is expedient to use neural networks and work on a software tool for forecasting the entrance of entrants to higher educational institutions has been started, vectors of further researches and developments have been selected.

One of the leading tendencies in the development of contemporary education is the informatization of society. The informatization process requires a constant improvement of the professional level of both an individual and a team, encourages being able to work with information and communication devices, requires further training of masters of natural sciences, new content and quality of education. It is important to have a system where the sections of natural sciences, ICT, areas of technological progress and various issues of applied biology, chemistry and physics are interconnected. It is STEM education that can be used as such a system. This article is dedicated to using ICT at the classes of natural sciences at higher educational institutions. The main problems on the way to the implementation of STEM education have been analyzed.

The article addresses the expediency of creating and maintaining information-educational environment at higher educational institutions. The views of scholars on the definition of the “information- educational environment of higher educational institutions” are analyzed. The information-educational environment of Khmelnytskyi National University is described and the peculiarities of the future foreign language teachers training in the conditions of the information-educational environment of higher educational institutions are revealed. It is proved that the information-educational environment has considerable potential for improving the quality of education of the future foreign language teachers. It promotes students’ awareness of the specifics of their future professional activities, develops personal and professional qualities necessary for their future career; gives the possibility to construct individual educational paths and develop students’ creative abilities. A model of the future foreign language teachers training system in the conditions of the information- educational environment of higher educational institutions is theoretically grounded. The model contains the following blocks: target; theoretical and methodological; content and technological; control-productive. The target block of the model reveals the purpose of training and social requirements for a competitive future foreign language teacher. The target block generates other elements of the model necessary to achieve the expected result. The theoretical and methodological block includes the fundamentals of the concept of the future foreign language teachers training for professional activities; methodological approaches, didactic and specific principles. The content and technological block contains organizational and pedagogical conditions describing the main methods and forms of professional training, means and technologies for its implementation. The educational content of the model includes: compulsory and elective courses of the curriculum and practical training sessions aimed at the professional training of the future foreign language teachers. The other element of the model is the identification of stages of its implementation: theoretical and practical, correction and stabilization, reflexive and fixing. The control-productive block determines the formation of components that ensure the readiness of the future foreign language teachers for professional activity (motivational and axiological, cognitive and communicative, pragmatic and practical, functional and personal, evaluative and reflexive), criteria (motivational, educational, operational, personal, reflexive) and levels(low (reproductive), middle (productive) or high (professional).
