Starting from a reflection on the emergencies caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, the article analyzes the role of the sustainability in education, based on the international recommendations and documents in this sense. Today more than ever it makes it necessary to live our common good world, promoting an ecological transition towards more inclusive, democratic and resilient communities.To achieve such a condition, it is necessary to invest in the training of future citizens. The family, as an educational agency, is called in this sense to support the new generations in the acquisition of a sustainability mindset and a planetary awareness that can help them interact in a conscious, responsible and reflective way in the current global world.

The article describes the logic of the development of the model SKQIiSPEC (“Personality diamond”), including basis of its construction and approach to practical implementation.The relevance of the article is based on the problem of reveal and support of the development of educational agency, the formation of system competencies of self-determination, goal setting, productive action and reflection.The purpose of the research described in the article is to develop a model of the educational personality profile for managing educational activity and the development of personal potential, adequate for supporting educational agency.Novelty of the suggested approach is represented by developed structure of educational profile of a student SKQIiSPEC and its specially selected elements. The model is synthesized on the basis of the following key ideas: (1) model of personality competence iSPEC, (2) model of “education” via semiotic systems, (3) distinguishing of competences via types of solved tasks and (4) distinguishing of main activity type. The model integrates selected ideas with qualitative differences opposite to comparing evaluations. Therefore, “Personality dimond” provides sufficient depth and conciseness for monitoring of navigation of a student on its individual/collectively-individual educational track as well as for creation of possibility to be used in various systems for assessing educational results.Practical significance of model SKQIiSPEC is based on potential usage for mapping of educational ambitions and demands of personality, creation of educational strategies for collective-individual and individual tracks, organization of personal educational logistic. The usage of digital technologies enables automatisation of educational profile model for educational activities’ management.

The chair "Women, family and Guantanamo society" in the Guantánamo province as part of its functions intends the following investigation that addresses the theme of the prevention of violence against women from its management. This has the purpose of contributing to the educational preparation of agencies and social agents as an effective response to the demands of today's Cuban society. The study assumes the methodological-materialist and historical dialectical conception with the use of general research methods, with references, aspects of historical and theoretical-methodological evolution in the sociological, psychological, pedagogical and legal areas. The diagnostic results of the study made it possible to design as a methodological proposal a management strategy for the prevention of violence against women, which is strengthened from the integration of agencies and social agents, which places the University as the most important educational agency of the community.

AbstractCharacteristic of Notarial as an esoteric science brings consequence which makes this science cannot be taught to person who does not possess knowledge within this field.  In order to produce high quality candidates of notary public, Some University as educational agency of notarial science provides structural position for notarial practitioner to become lecturer in Notarial Master Program at the University. This approach is conducted to adjust between learning curriculum of notarial science and learning outcome of the graduates as notary public. But this approach is obstructed with rules that are enacted in Regulation of Notary Public (Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris) which prohibit notary public to hold double positions as lecturer coupled with practitioner. Keywords: Notary Public, Double Positions, Structural Position. AbstrakKarakteristik ilmu Kenotariatan sebagai ilmu yang esoterik membawa konsekuensi bahwa ilmu tersebut tidak bisa diajarkan oleh orang yang tidak memahami seluk beluk dunia kenotariatan. Demi menghasilkan calon Notaris yang berkualitas beberapa Perguruan Tinggi penyelenggara program Magister Kenotariatan memberikan jabatan struktural kepada praktisi Notaris yang menjadi Dosen pengajar di Perguruan Tinggi tersebut agar mampu menyesuaikan kurikulum pembelajaran dengan kebutuhan praktek nantinya. Kondisi tersebut dihadapkan dengan ketentuan dalam Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris yang mengatur larangan rangkap Jabatan Notaris. Kata kunci : Notaris, Rangkan Jabatan, Jabatan Struktural

Minat berkoperasi mengandung pengertian keinginan yang tinggi yang diwujudkan dalam perasaan senang, perhatian, konsentrasi, sadar, dan mempunyai kemauan terlibat dalam kegiatan koperasi sehingga mendorong anggota koperasi untuk berpartisipasi aktif. Oleh karena itu untuk menyalurkan minat dalam berkoperasi di setiap instansi pendidikan didirikan sebuah koperasi yang mampu memberikan pembelajaran secara nyata agar memiliki jiwa kemandirian, kewirausahaan dan gotong royong. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh pendidikan koperasi dan motivasi berkoperasi mahasiswa secara simultan dan parsial terhadap minat berkoperasi mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi koperasi angkatan 2015.Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 110 orang dan jumlah sampel 110 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Metode analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaaan regresi berganda yang selanjutnya disingkat dengan Mb = 0,8036 + 0,329PK + 0,373MB+ e. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial variabel pengetahuan koperasi dan motivasi berkoperasi berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berkoperasi.   The definition Cooperative learningis of high will manifested in feelings such as pleased, paying attention, concentration, conscious, and has the will to actively participate. Therefore, to channel interest in Koperasi participation, cooperative that gives realistic learning in order to have the students gains independence, entrepreneurship, and mutual cooperation is established in every educational agency. This research aims to understand the presence of cooperative education influence and students’ motivation in cooperative participation simultaneously and partially to economic education 2015 generation students’ interest in cooperative participation. Population of this research is 110 people and with the sample of 110 people. The technique of collecting sample is using saturated sampling and data collecting method used is questionnaire and observation. Data analysis method in this research is using multiple regression analysis and percentage description. The result of research obtains multiple regression equation which further abbreviated as Mb = 0,8036 + 0,329PK + 0,373MB+ e. the result of this research shows that simultaneously and partially, variable of Koperasi knowledge and motivation is positively affecting interest of cooperative participation

The article is devoted to the formation of the moral attitude to their own health and the health of others in the future teachers of natural sciences in preparation for the implementation of health-technology in schools. Analyzes the major types of health and characteristics of the formation of moral values among students. It is pointed out that it is the moral and moral values are the basis for the development of creative cooperation towards discovering new ways to improve the psycho-physiological characteristics of the person who will be the basis in the formation of positive motivation is morally justified in the direction of "simulation" of their own health. That is what determines the urgency of the problem of raising the level of health of a modern person and necessitates the formation of an ethical attitude of youth towards solving issues related to the strengthening and preservation of health. The basis for the introduction of effective technologies in educational institutions is the ethical attitude towards their own health and the health of others. In this regard, the more relevant is the question of the formation of organizational and pedagogical conditions of health preservation in the preparation of the future teacher of natural sciences. The need to introduce health-saving technologies into the practical activities of higher educational institutions and determine the purpose of the article, the essence of  which is to determine the pedagogical conditions and methodical means for the implementation of activities that contribute to the formation of ethical values orientations among students of the pedagogical institution of higher education in the field of healthcare.
