Badan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu (BPPT) Jawa Barat that have an address at Jl. PHH Mustofa No. 22 Bandung. Is a govermment agency that is engaged in licensing services. Problems that occur is a recording system that is still done manually so in the execution of recording to the financial statements do relatively long because it susceptible to errors in recording data. So that the problems that occur can be minimized, the authors take the title research “Accounting Information System Design Actual Budgeting on Badan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu (BPPT) Jawa Barat by Using Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 and MySQL Database Server”. The type of research use an academic research, the types of data use the qualitative data, the type of study design use descriptive, surveys, and primary secondary data, survey research method, data collection techniques use is a field research, consisting of interviews, system development method use process-oriented methodology, data and output. The structure of the development of the system use was iterations. Information system use context diagram, data flow diagrams, and flowcharts.

KSP.Kopdit Borromeo is a company engaged in the service. In KSP. Kopdit Borromeo who is responsible for the performance of employees in a company which is part of the manager. The author conducted research on the treasurer in charge of payroll employees. But the company still uses KSP.Kopdit Borromeus payroll manually, ie by using Microsoft Excel. To reduce the existing problems, the authors take the title "Payroll Accounting Information System Design in KSP.Kopdit Borromeus by using Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 and MYSQL. The research design is the design of the study authors use primary data and secondary data. The method used is descriptive research methods, survey. This type of research is academic research. The type of data used is qualitative and quantitative. Data collection techniques used were interviews. System development method used is output-oriented methodologies, processes and data. The structure of the development of the system used is the waterfall. The design of the information system used context diagrams, data flow diagrams, and flowcharts. The author makes the design of the payroll accounting information systems, to assist the transaction processing and financial reporting to the KSP. Borromeus well be computerized.

Organizations to achieve sustainable position and possible opportunities requires efficient information systems. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the implementation an internal control in accounting information system cash receipt in Big Fish hotel (Piere Tendean Number. 107-108 Boulevard Manado). This research approach is qualitative descriptive with the type of case study research. Types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data were collected through a preliminary survey, field research, observation, interviews, and documentation. The result show that accounting informations systems cash receipt at this hotel has been have well internal control. Although there were many problem has found, that there is no a job rotation to maintain employee independence in carrying out their duties, he absence of an internal supervisory unit that can guarantee security and finances, there is no surprising audit to check accurately.Keywords : Accounting Information System, Cash Receipt, Internal Control

<p><em>BMT is a sharia microfinance institution that can reach all levels of society and has the potential to develop into a professional, healthy, and sharia Islamic microfinance institution. However, based on observations in several BMTs domiciled in Kudus, Pati, Jepara and Rembang areas, it still seems that employee performance is poorly demonstrated by marketing that cannot reach the targets set by BMT, even many fictitious sales agents are very detrimental to BMT. This is due to the low internal control in the BMT. In addition, there are still many BMT employees who are professional with accounting so employees need sharia accounting training. This research is a field research with a quantitative approach. The data used are primary and secondary data with survey methods through questionnaires. There are three independent variables in this study, namely (X1) training in Islamic accounting, (X2) accounting information systems, and (X3) internal control. The dependent variable (Y) in this study is employee performance. A sample of 94 respondents, using the purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that: 1) sharia accounting training has an effect on employee performance indicated that the PAS direct effect coefficient on KK (path c) in model (1) is 0.12 and significant (&lt;0.02); 2) accounting information system influences employee performance by 0.19; 3) internal control has an effect on employee performance indicated by direct effect coefficient of 0.35.</em><em></em></p>

The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of user participation, accounting information system’s user training education program, top management support, system development formalization, and information technology sophistication towards the performance of accounting information system. The object in this research is retail company in the Tangerang, Tangerang Selatan, Jakarta, and Bogor which use accounting information system. Data used in this research was primary data from questionnaires. There were 153 respondents consists of employees at retail company that already use accounting information system. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression. The results of this research are: (1) user participation had significant and positive affect toward the performance of accounting information system, (2) accounting information system’s user training education program had no positive affect toward the performance of accounting information system, (3) top management support had significant and positive affect toward the performance of accounting information system, (4) system development formalization had no positive affect toward the performance of accounting information system, and (5) information technology sophistication had no positive affect toward the performance of accounting information system.   Keywords: Accounting Information System’s User Training Education Program, Information Technology Sophistication, System Development Formalization, Top Management Support, User Participation.

Improving our understanding of the accounting information system development in a specific Egyptian context, this case aims to investigate the development of a redesigned automated accounting system in a privately owned Egyptian company that was planning material changes in its accounting systems and organizational structure through integrating ICT systems. In other words, this case attempts to explore the company’s strategic decisions regarding computerized accounting information system implementation choices, problems met during the implementation process, and the actions taken to takeover these problems to gain the potential accounting system redesign benefits. Tracking the automated accounting system redesign highlights some implementation success key factors and emphasizes that obtaining top management commitment to the process of an automated accounting system implementation is a prerequisite for success.

The advancement in technology has enabled companies to generate and use accounting information system.  Accounting information system (AIS) is a computer-based application which conveys a new inclination of change from the conservative method of accounting to a computerised method. These advances in information and communication technology (ICT) have reduced the time and cost of transactions by aiding increased and improved transactions and communication for business dealings. It has also improved and advanced the efficiency of businesses by computerising existing operations to improve the performance of their operations. Accounting Information Systems (AIS) can be used by the organizations as a device for achieving a stronger, reliable, and more corporate culture to survive in this competitive environment. Accounting information systems also assist companies to gauge the risk of some operations or predict future warnings using sophisticated statistical software applications. The main objective of this paper is to examine the usage of Accounting Information System for effective decision making and improvedinternal control system on firm performance in which the qualitative data was used reviewing various literatures and other secondary data. This study aims to examine both the application and the accuracy of the accounting information system on outpatient and inpatient service at Medan General Hospital of Mitra Sejati. The research method used is a descriptive method using secondary data, in which the obtained data come from existing sources such as the profile of Medan General Hospital of Mitra Sejati, organizational structure, flowchart, and reports of outpatient and inpatient service at Medan General Hospital of Mitra Sejati. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the accounting information system for outpatient service at Medan General Hospital of Mitra Sejati has not been effectively executed. There are a great number of mistakes made by medical staff in inputting patient data. Accordingly, in the future, Medan General Hospital of Mitra Sejati can provide training for employees in using the accounting information system effectively and is expected to improve outpatient and inpatient service to avoid errors that will impact the quality of service in the hospital.

The purpose of the research is to; 1) Generating a customer information system on Telkomsel GraPARI Banda Aceh, 2) To find out the application of the information system that has been built, and 3) Apply the system that was built using Visual Basic. This research was conducted at Telkomsel GraPARI Banda Aceh and conducted for 9 (nine) months of 2015-2016. The method used for system development, researchers use the methodology Rapid application development (RAD) and Data Flow Diagrams (DAD). This research has succeeded and completed the design of information systems for recording customer data at Telkomsel Grapari Banda Aceh, the application was built using the stages of the Rapid application development (RAD) model. The application was built using Visual BASIC and as a database using Microsoft Office Access. The application of the information system that has been built is still in the prototype and there is still a need for study and development of current technologies such as the use of mobile and cloud databases involving interconnection to make it easier for GraPARI units to connect.Keywords:Information Systems, Customer Data, Telkomsel
