the use of secondary raw materials for the production of building materials is a modern trend in solving environmental problems. In the Republic of Crimea, dumps of secondary raw materials – phosphogypsum and lime dust – have accumulated in large quantities at various enterprises. The analysis of phosphogypsum, which has been in the dumps for more than 5 years, showed that by its quality indicators it can be attributed to the 2nd grade in accordance with GOST 4013-2019, and the specific effective activity of the material (Aeff) corresponds to the I class of materials, which makes it suitable for the production of gypsum binders. Prototypes-cylinders were made from a mixture of phosphogypsum with lime dust of 1:1 composition at a pressure of 30 MPa and then subjected to hardening according to three schemes, in order to separate the passage of various types of hardening and study each of them for the physico-mechanical properties of the resulting material. The analysis of experimental data made it possible to establish the effectiveness of simultaneous flow in the system of two types of hardening – carbonate and hydration for lime and phosphogypsum components of the raw mixture, respectively. As a result of the organization of a mixed type of hardening of gypsum-lime binder, samples with a compressive strength of 26.5 MPa and a softening coefficient of 0.63 were obtained within 90 minutes. The calcium carbonate formed in the process, which is the product of the reaction between calcium hydroxide and carbon dioxide, significantly increases the water resistance of the hydration products of gypsum binder. It is established that with an optimal combination of technological factors and hardening conditions, a significant increase in the physical and mechanical characteristics of the carbonized material is possible in a short time.

The current pace of construction leads to the use of large volumes of construction raw materials, which must meet the regulatory indicators, including radiation. High levels of natural radionuclide activity, both in construction and finishing materials, affect changes in the gamma radiation indicators in the premises, which can negatively affect the health of people living in such facilities. Ecological and radiation assessment of building materials for the content of natural radionuclides showed an increased natural activity of potassium-40. The maximum activity values were observed in samples of bricks and expanded clay, where they were 799,0 and 622,0 Bq/kg, respectively. The lowest specific activity of natural potassium was observed in the crushed stone sample (21,3 Bq/kg). The specific activity of thorium-232 in building materials ranged from 2,1 to 53,3 Bq/kg. The activity of radium-226 in all the studied samples ranged from 4,4 Bq/kg (crushed stone) to 55,6 Bq/kg (cement). The specific effective activity of natural radionuclides in the studied building materials does not exceed the standard values (370 Bq/kg), therefore, they can be used in all types of construction and reconstruction.

Animal husbandry is one of the main sectors of the country's economy, which can demonstrate significant results of import substitution shortly. In article dynamics of such relative indicators characterizing scales of industrial activity in the sphere of animal industries, as a share of the branch in the Kazakhstan economy and volumes of production of animal industries per capita of Kazakhstan is considered. For example, the average annual growth rate of this indicator is compared with countries with a high level of development of this industry. It was found out that the use of secondary raw materials of animal husbandry will promote the development of new industries and import substitution of both raw materials and finished products, which will attract innovative technologies in the agro-industrial complex. The article presents a step-by-step algorithm of research of the import-substituting potential of the industry, as well as its practical testing (by the example of the Republic of Kazakhstan). Volumes of production on branch "animal industries" are defined, connections of import dependence and the agrarian production made abroad are established.

The article is dedicated to the research and development of intensive methods for curing products by capturing and binding CO2. It aims to improve and increase the productivity of technologies for the production of artificially carbonated building materials and products. Soda production wastes, limestone dust and finely dispersed limestone dust were used as the research objects. Secondary raw materials have been investigated using modern methods of phase composition and granulometry test. Intensive methods of production of accelerated carbonation of systems consisting of soda wastes were tested using multi-parameter optimization methods. The effects of recycled lime materials on the strength and hydrophysical properties of the obtained material were determined. The secondary raw materials effect depended on the composition of the raw mixture, molding conditions, CO2 concentration applied to the carbonate curing chamber, and the duration of exposure to environments with high CO2 content. It was found that the most effective way of providing accelerated carbonation curing of construction materials and products is a combined carbonation method, combining the principles of dynamic and static methods. It was concluded that the optimal CO2 concentration in the gas-air mixtures used for carbonate curing is 30%–40%.

The materials are related to the research of issues of public support for the development of small forms of business (SFB) in Kazakhstan. The most important link in agro-industrial complex is agriculture, which provides the country with food products and industry with raw materials. The article examines the domestic and international experience of public support of commodity producers, which makes it possible to draw a conclusion about the need to improve government regulation measures, taking into account regional characteristics, and implementation of State and sectoral programs. The authors note that the availability of budget funds has a significant impact on the effective activity of small businesses. The analysis showed the limited possibilities of attracting loans and other financial sources by small businesses. The solution to these problems should be carried out on the basis of the purchase of a guaranteed volume of manufactured products, provision of loans at the expense of budgetary allocations, concessional lending and taxation, subsidies. The necessary measures of government assistance for the development of the industry as a whole have been determined, in particular, animal husbandry, intensive gardening, and sugar beet processing. Based on the results of the developments, it was concluded that with financial and property support of agricultural producers, including small categories of agribusiness, the tasks set for agricultural sector - increase in market share of domestic products, decrease in import dependence will be implemented. Small farms play an important role in the production of agricultural products, food supply, social stability in the countryside.

Siliceous-carbonate rocks are widespread on the territory of the Republic of Dagestan, in which the total content of zeolites and opal-cristobalite-tridymite phase (OCT) exceeds 45 %, and the content of calcite is above 30 %. The rocks, composing a productive stratum (at least, most of it), lithologically correspond to opoka-like and highly siliceous limestones, zeolite-containing (10–15 %) and zeolite (40 % or more), weakly quartz and weakly clayey. However, they are distinguished from pure limestones by a low value of actual calcite part — often less than 50 %. Therefore, in this case, the section of the productive strata is defined as «folded by siliceous-carbonate zeolite-containing rocks.» Such rocks, in accordance with the results of laboratory and technological study, are considered as raw materials for the production of building materials. Zeolite-containing rocks are suitable for use as an additive in Portland cement, which will save cement clinker in the production process and improve the quality of cement. Prospecting works for zeolites and zeolite-containing rocks in the Levashinskaya (Levashinsky district) and Rubaschayskaya (Tabasaran and Kaitagsky districts) areas of Mountainous Dagestan were carried out by the non-metallic party of JSC Sevkavgeologiya in 2007–2009. The resources of siliceous zeolite-containing rocks are in the P1 category — 49.308 million tons, in the P2 category — 69.470 million tons. The predicted resources, their laboratory and technological properties (physicochemical, chemical, technological) indicate the possibility of creating a solid mineral resource base and construction of large complexes for the extraction and processing of zeolites and siliceous rocks in Levashinsky (Levoberezhny and Pravoberezhny areas) and Tabasaran (Dyubek area) regions of the Republic of Dagestan.
