Introduction. During the implementation of the project "Transdisciplinary Intelligent Information-Analytical System for Supporting Rehabilitation Processes in a Pandemic (TISP)", all the capabilities of the basic cognitive information technology were focused on the implementation of the strategy of rehabilitation measures, which consists in taking into account the pathogenetic features of the development of the disease. In the subsystem of information and analytical support of the complex of diagnostic procedures, the central is the assessment of the effectiveness of rehabilitation based on the indicators of the electrocardiogram (ECG) and heart rate variability (HRV), control of the patient's condition using psychophysiological (PF) and psychological testing, the use of biological feedback (BF) to improve the efficiency of rehabilitation, as well as the use of PF testing for the implementation of BF. The purpose of the article is detailing the composition and functionality of a complex of diagnostic procedures for supporting rehabilitation processes in a pandemic. Results. The composition and functionality of the complex of diagnostic procedures are presented. It includes three components: first, an innovative technique for scaling electrocardiograms and heart rate variability (Universal Scoring System) with software and a miniature electrocardiograph (with the ability to use on-line mode). Secondly, the study of psychophysiological testing tools based on the software-hardware complex "Psykholot-1" with the prospect of its addition by means of Biological Feedback (BF). Thirdly, the analysis of existing means of BF therapy and their application for rehabilitation with the proposed method of rehabilitation based on BF using artificial intelligence tools that are being developed within the framework of this project. In the future, it is planned to monitor patients undergoing rehabilitation in order to develop new rules specially adapted for assessing and monitoring the current state of patients undergoing rehabilitation, as well as the effectiveness of BF for rehabilitation. To implement the BF, the Psykholot-1 complex should be used in a trainer mode with a visual presentation of PF tests to the patient in real time. Conclusions. Hardware and software systems of biomanagement must be present at every workplace of a doctor, psychologist, coach, teacher. They can not only help in the treatment of patients, but also can change motivation, mobilize personal resources, and this is what many of us lack today. Keywords: rehabilitation, diagnosis, psychophysiological testing, electrocardiogram, heart rate variability, biological feedback.

Purpose: to evaluate the change in heart rate variability (HRV) indicators during treatment with trimetazidine in patients with coronavirus pneumonia after coronavirus pneumonia using a fixed respiratory rate test (FTD). Material and methods. A comparative analysis of anamnestic, clinical, laboratory and microbiological indicators of 50 men with stable exertional angina of II functional class (NYHA FC) after suffering coronavirus pneumonia using hardware and software systems was carried out. Results. When using a test with PTD in patients with coronavirus pneumonia after suffering from coronavirus pneumonia during therapy with trimetazidine, two types of reaction were revealed: the first was a positive significant increase in heart rate variability parameters, the second was a U-shaped type of change in HRV parameters: a decrease in 6-second breathing and further growth with 12-second breathing. Conclusion. The practical significance of the test with FTD is quite large, it allows the doctor, by the type of change in HRV parameters: SDNN - the total effect of autonomic regulation of blood circulation, SVVR - the average weighted variation of the rhythmogram, to talk about the adequacy of the rehabilitation process of postcovid patients with IHD and to correct the treatment tactics. Trimetazidine is an effective antianginal agent in the complex treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris after suffering from coronavirus pneumonia. Against the background of therapy, there is a decrease in the number of episodes, the time of ischemic depression, which is a favorable factor. With an initially low value of SVVR, the addition of trimetazidine to the complex therapy of ischemic heart disease may indicate the restoration of a disturbed vegetative balance

Introduction: Heart rate variability is a highly informative non-invasive method of research not only for the functional state of the cardiovascular system and also for the integrative regulatory activity of the autonomic nervous system. The positive effect of diaphragmatic breathing is positive in the mode of biological feedback using portable devices, but there is little evidence of the use of yoga breathing gymnastics in order to influence the heart rate variability. The aim: To compare the possibilities of using courses of breathing gymnastics of yogis and diaphragmatic breathing sessions in the mode of biological feedback using a portable device. Materials and methods: The study involved 70 practically healthy foreigners, who were divided into 2 groups of 35 people. Participants of the 1st group daily engage in respiratory exercises pranayama for 15 minutes in 1 month. Participants in the 2nd group used the MyCalmBeat portable device. Heart rate variability was registered by using the computer diagnostic complex “CardioLab” (“KhAI-Medika”, Ukraine). Results: In both groups there was similar dynamics of heart rate variability indices, but its severity was different. The common integral effect was a significant growth of heart rate variability both according to statistical and spectral indicators – total power increased, as well as high-frequency component. The power of the very-low frequency waves has probably decreased only in the group with the device. In the percentage structure of the cardiac rhythm spectrum, the specific weight of very-low frequency component and the percentage of high-frequency component increased. Conclusions: Respiratory gymnastics yoga for 15 minutes daily contributes to the growth of heart rate variability through the suppression of the central link (very-low frequency component) of regulation of cardiac rhythm and increased activity of parasympathetic influences (high-frequency component), as well as the redistribution of regulatory activity of the central nervous system between the central and peripheral links of regulation of the cardiac rhythm in favor of the latter.
