Teacher is always a key factor which determines training quality in general and vocational training quality of the Vocational Education System (VES) in particular. In face of strong influences from the fourth industrial revolution (IR 4.0), teacher is getting more important in training of human resources, especially qualification level and capacity to apply technology and innovate teaching methods. Based on the analysis for impacts of the IR 4.0 on VES, requirements for capacity of teachers and the reality on vocational education teachers (VETs) today, this article suggests some solutions to develop VETs to adapt to the IR 4.0 as a basis for development of teachers at vocational education institutions in Vietnam.

The fourth industrial revolution is associated with the ever-increasing requirements for vocational training. The important factors that are required for the qualitative change of vocational training include increasing the diversity of the vocational training programs, optimization of the school network, increasing the effectiveness and interaction between primary vocational training and the training systems of the labor market, and effective improvement of the qualification/competences of vocational teachers. The understanding of the changing role of vocational teachers and the expression of their competences are directly related to the learning motivation, self-education, striving for continuous education, and orientation towards the improvement of the acquired professional qualification among the learners of vocational training centers. This paper presents theoretical insights into the vocational teachers’ competences, comparing the documents that regulate European and Lithuanian vocational training, and presents the results of the interview of a focus group with vocational teachers of Kaunas city vocational training centers. The qualitative study aimed at revealing which competences were expressed among vocational teachers in the context of the fourth industrial revolution. The study showed that the vocational teachers regarded the group of functional (activity) competences as most important for the quality of their work and recognized the influence of the fourth industrial revolution on changes in their competences.

Good quality of human resources (HR) needs to be prepared in gacing the Industrial Revolution 4.0 in which one of the ways is by job training/vocational training. Vocational training needs to get important attention especially in Bali because it has flexibility in encouraging changes in community skills. The Provincial Government of Bali through the Unit Pelaksana Teknis Bidang Pelatihan yaitu UPTD Balai Latihan Kerja Industri dan Pariwisata, Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Energi Sumber Daya Mineral Provinsi Bali, conduct skills training for the workforce in various vocational fields, both in the industrial and tourism fields, which has the aim of forming a workforce skilled, competent, and productive and in accordance with the needs of the workforce. There are three important stages that must be done in improving the quality of human resources through training and development activities. The first stage is identification of training needs, the second stage is training and development, the third stage is evaluation.

Today, higher education is developing in a context of lots of changes and challenges. First, the fourth industrial revolution is having a huge impact on changing the operating model of higher education and higher education governance. Second, changes in the labor market and economic structure require workers to have lots of knowledge and skills to keep up with practical issues caused by social changes. Third, enterprises today are more and more interested in education and are heavily investing in this field. They also have higher and higher standards for human resources to meet business demands. Fourth, universities are increasingly being invested in to strengthen their competitiveness as well as to level up in international rankings. Fifth, Vietnamese education is also under pressure to compete with regional and Asian schools. So is the cross-border labor market, which also affects Vietnamese labor market and human resources. Quality outcomes from vocational education and training (VET) are fundamental to ensuring a skilled workforce and supporting a productive economy. The quality of vocational training from the demand’s perspective is defined as meeting the customer specification, needs or requirements. Using the method of Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Multiple Regression Analysis to get the analytical results of 275 respondents as graduates of University of Transport and Communication, University of Transport Technology (the two universities training on transportation in the North of Vietnam), the results show that factors are measured by the observed variables in the study that ensure reliability and relevance. The descriptive statistics result of vocational training quality is 3.28, while all independent variables are at average level (between 3.1 to 3.48) with the highest value related to the quality of the teacher and the lowest are facilities and training programs and management capacity of university. However, the regression results show that the qualification of the teacher, material facilities and training program, management capacity and job opportunities at the training school do not affect the quality of the training while “Learners-NH” have a great positive effect and the labor market information has a negative effect on the training quality of the school significantly. Base on those data, some policy recommendations have been given out in order to improve the training quality of transport technology universities in the north of Vietnam in particular and the vocational training quality of Vietnam in general.

Computer systems and technologies are changing our society significantly. These changes are interconnected with both social and production spheres. Innovative digital technologies have a huge impact on the labor market and professional activity, contributing to their transfer to the electronic environment. Using digital technologies, modern people set new goals and solve problems with an increasing speed of problem solving, capitalizing on the possibilities of collaborative distributed actions within networks. In this regard, new competencies of specialists are in demand. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to establish the impact of the fourth industrial revolution on the education system and the development of skills and thinking for learning. Methods: When conducting scientific research, economic and statistical methods were used. These methods were also used in comparative analysis, as well as in assessing data and indicators of the higher education system, taking into account the impact of the fourth industrial revolution. The analytical method was used to consider the characteristics and factors influencing the development of skills and thinking for learning in modern conditions. The abstract-logical method is used to identify problems affecting the development of the labor market under the influence of digital technologies. Results and their value: The result of the study is that conclusions are drawn about the upcoming changes. Automation and digitalization are likely to lead to significant unemployment in most countries, so adaptation innovation policies are needed to help offset unemployment due to digitalization. Governments need to invest heavily in higher education as an economic development tool for their citizens. Lifelong learning should be identified as a critical element of success in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. Curricula should develop digital skills and address workforce disruptions due to automation.

This article states that the clear formulation of teaching methods is a key factor in improving the quality of lessons. It is emphasized that the combination of non-traditional and practical training with educational materials, along with mass education technologies, will serve to improve the quality of education. The effective result obtained by changing the methods of connecting the coils of electric motors is shown by examples and by the solution of the examples.

This research is basically focused on how to improve classroom interaction in Bhutanese classroom. Classroom Interaction is a practice that enhances the development of the two very important language skills which are speaking and listening among the learners. This device helps the learners to be competent enough to think critically and share their views among their peers. It is based on the notion that classroom interaction plays vital role in enhancing effective teaching and learning, improve academic performance, moreover to make learning atmosphere lively. Constructive teaching method, use of technology in the classroom, assessment and evaluation are some of the methods used to see the findings of the study.  There was a time when the traditional approach of teaching was adopted by most of the teachers, where the learner used to be dependent only on the lecture delivered by the teacher. They were not exposed to enough practice of speaking on their own and hence the interaction among the students in the classroom was almost absent. But as the education system changed with time so have the teaching methods. The education system now demands more student interaction rather than just listening to the instructor. Hence Classroom Interaction is very essential in today’s education system. There have been some researches done in the context of Bhutan. Nevertheless, on order to contextualize the discussion to the Bhutanese audience, the author has reviewed a few research studies done in the context of particular school. Classroom Interaction is a practice that enhances the development of the two very important language skills which are speaking and listening among the learners. This device helps the learners to be competent enough to think critically and share their views among their peers. Interaction is needed in the classroom activity. It helps the teaching and learning process run smoothly and it can increase learners' communication. It tells how the students have interaction among them and teacher even with the whole class. This study aims to give the teacher some suggestions to achieve classroom interaction in the teaching and learning process. It offers some strategies to improve the interaction in the classroom. Several studies show that classroom interaction is important in the teaching-learning process. Some studies show that the students' interaction happens in the classroom. By using classroom interaction, the students are more active in the learning process. The result of the study concludes that classroom interaction has an important role in the teaching and learning process. The purpose of this study is how to improve the quality of interactive classroom learning for the student’s academic achievement and learning outcomes. The teachers play an important role in imparting a student’s learning and creating quality classroom interaction. An interactive classroom learning environment is considered as one of the effective methods of learning which help the students learning process. Teachers’ main role is to design and plan his/her lesson in such way that students love sharing their learning with other because all learning development takes place in classrooms. As a teacher, we must carefully examine all the factors in mind which will help to enhance the students learning outcome. A warm and homely classroom environment improves academic performance, learning outcome, and a sense of pride and belonging of the students and as well the teachers.  “A good teacher is like a candle, it consumes itself to light the way for others”. Mustafa Kamal Ataturk. A Teacher plays a very important role and depending upon the teacher for student learning and academic achievement. As a teacher, teaching and learning is an important process, good teaching methods, strategic, Active involvement in learning, Interaction techniques, and a conducive environment will help students to learn things more rapidly. The research is design for a qualitative research approach. Participants will consist of 10 students and 6 teachers. Qualitative data will be collected through semi-structured interviews, observations, and descriptive. The interviews will be video record and transcribe. Data collected will be analyzed and present in descriptive form.
