The state of the bottomhole formation zone (BHZ) is very important for the stimulation of the inflow. As the well is operated, the reservoir properties gradually deteriorate. Mechanical impurities (quartz sand, salt crystals, resins, asphaltenes, loose propant, particles of drilling mud, etc.)can be used as a bridging agent. The authors proposed technologies and technical means for carrying out treatment of the formation

Introduction. The efficiency of matrix acidizing of the bottom-hole formation zone depends on many factors, the chief being the reservoir properties. The research aim is to assess the effect produced by the formation reservoir properties on the result of hydrochloric acid treatment. Experiments simulating carbonate formation acid treatment were carried out. Methods. The experiments were carried out using the UIK-1 core analysis apparatus. Carbonate cores with different porosity and permeability were selected. Some of the experiments modeled permeability reduction as a result of bottom-hole formation zone contamination with drilling mud. Results. The research has shown that during low permeability reservoirs acidizing, permeability increases to a greater extent than during high permeability cores acidizing. In low permeability cores, the acid solution mainly forms new channels, while in high permeability cores the expansion of existing ones mainly occurs. In the present paper, the equivalent surface area of the acid-formed channels was estimated. When acidizing low permeability cores, the equivalent area of the channels is larger than when acidizing high permeability cores. The outcome of acidizing of the core samples with impaired porosity and permeability and contaminated with model drilling mud is comparable to acidizing of low permeability samples not contaminated with drilling mud. Conclusions. Acidizing of low permeability reservoirs leads to a greater increase in permeability. The equivalent area of acid-formed channels is larger than that of high permeability cores treatment. This reveals that the impact of acid on low permeability reservoirs is more effective.

Currently, the treatment of the bottomhole formation zone with acidic compositions is one of the most common methods to intensify the oil inflow. The use of various modified acid compositions increases the efficiency of acid treatments on the bottomhole formation zone. Acid compositions, including those containing hydrocarbon solvents, which contribute to more efficient removal of organic colmatants, affect the reaction rate of the reagent with the rock and processing equipment, change the reservoir properties, etc.The article presents the results of experimental studies, which are aimed at establishing the effect of the composition of hydrocarbon-containing acidic emulsions consisting of an aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid, toluene and Neonol AF 9-10 on their dispersed and rheological properties, as well as their efficiency in removing paraffin deposits.

AbstractA description is given of the sexual behaviour of 16 longicorn beetles of the subfamily Lepturinae. The following points have been investigated:- 1. Stimulation of the female performed by the male either as a "licking" or combined "licking and tapping" of the female elytra or the grasping of an antenna of the female. 2. Movements of the antennae of the male, which seem to be an expression of the "state of excitement" of the male. These movements are in principle thought to be one of the behaviour patterns originally present in the order Coleoptera. 3. A "round dance", one of the methods for the female to throw off the male after copula, is described. 4. A selection of partner according to size is described in the genus Rhagium. 5. A comparative analysis is attempted for some species and systematic conclusions of such comparisons are proposed.

Catur Purusa Artha Lens of Deconstruction Equitable Tax Definition. The study aims to deconstruct the definition of tax with Catur Purusa Artha (CPA) lens. Research using postmodern paradigm focused on modernity disagreement of tax definition based on act. Tax definition for the result of deconstruction namely Dharma in the form of funds contribution that conducted sincerely from individual’s or entity’s Artha to the state which will be distributed based on Kama for the purposes of the state for the welfare of the people. The essence of the deconstruction definition provide a sense of equitable and stimulation of tax compliance.

Aim. To investigate the effect of consumption of diets with different content of fat and sugar on the state of the periodontium of rats.Methods. The rats received a semi-synthetic fat-free diet (FFD), a fat diet (5 % sunflower oil), and a sucrose diet (50 % sucrose) for 30 days. Determined the degree of periodontal atrophy, tooth decay and in the gum homogenate - the activity of elastase, catalase, urease, lysozyme and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA).Results. Sugar diet increases the degree of periodontal atrophy and tooth decay, but decreases elastase activity in the gums and increases catalase activity.  Fat diet does not affect periodontal atrophy and tooth decay, but it reduces catalase activity.Conclusion. The increase in the intensity of caries and periodontal atrophy under the influence of a sucrose diet is probably due to the stimulation of the formation of lactic acid. Fat nutrition does not affect the intensity of dental caries and the degree of periodontal atrophy.

Treatment of human muscle myotube cultures with 2 microM-cytochalasin D (CD) for 6 h stimulated synthesis of both the (muscle-specific) alpha-actin and the (non-muscle) beta and gamma-actins usually expressed by these cells. In non-muscle (HEp-2) cell cultures, CD enhanced synthesis of beta and gamma-actin, but did not induce synthesis of alpha-actin, which is not normally present in these cells. Thus, synthesis of both muscle and non-muscle actins can be increased by CD, but enhancement of actin synthesis results from increases in the isoactins usually present, rather than induction of new isotypes. Comparison of CD-treated (fused) myotube cultures with (unfused) myoblast cultures indicated that beta and gamma-actin synthesis was similarly enhanced in both cultures, but that alpha-actin synthesis was stimulated to a greater extent in the myoblast cultures. Desmin synthesis was also stimulated in the myoblasts but not the myotubes, suggesting that the effect of CD on synthesis of these developmentally regulated cytoskeletal proteins (alpha-actin, desmin) might be modulated by fusion or the state of differentiation of the muscle cell.
