The article analyzes the dynamics of the indicators of target enrollment and education at the Federal State Budget Educational Institution of Higher Education of the Far Eastern State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Russia for the period from 2013 to 2018, a comparative assessment of the passing score for the places of targeted enrollment and the main places depending on the specialty (training direction) was made, average mark of a unified state exam (USE) was analyzed; the agreements on targeted training with the assessment of measures of social support were analyzed, as well as proposals were formulated to improve the activities of targeted training of medical personnel.

The authors attempted to create an integrated picture of the contribution of the sailors of the Siberian Navy to the establishment of a resort system in the Far East of Russia. The article contains historical information since the creation of the Russian military flotilla in theFar Eastfrom the XVIII to the end of the XIX century. The contribution of outstanding historical figures, the will of fate turned out to be the first on mineral springs or contributed to their discovery and development is described. The contribution of the staff of the Far Eastern State Medical University to the study of the mechanism of action of mineral water and the expansion of indications for its application.

The article presents a set of general rules for organizing sanitary and anti-epidemic measures for the prevention of new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in students living in the hostel of an educational organization). The work assesses the psychological readiness to provide first aid in everyday life, assesses theoretical knowledge on cardiopulmonary resuscitation and assesses practical actions for providing first aid in simulated conditions on the basis of the Far Eastern State Medical University.The study involved 44 people. 59.09% were trained at various stages of their life in providing first aid. According to the respondents, 27.27% are confident in the skills of first aid. Complex correct mastery of first aid techniques was demonstrated only by 4 people (9.09%).

The article is devoted to the questions related to the study of professional development of the university graduates and analysis of the features of professional self-identification, taking into account specifics of the profession being acquired. The study conducted among the graduates of universities in the city of Khabarovsk (future specialists in the socioeconomic professions) took place in the context of pandemic (COVID-19), during a period of increased public and state attention to representatives of such professions as the social work specialists, medical and pedagogical workers. The article illustrates empirical results describing the professional plans of respondents through the eyes of the graduates themselves in the next 5 years (graduates of the Far-Eastern state medical university, the Far-Eastern state university of physical culture). The obtained data actualize the need to pay special attention to the social programs of regional level aimed at consolidating and professional development of specialists in the helping professions.

In accordance with “Specialized sections of affine, projective and computational geometry” syllabus for Master’s degree program in “Multimedia systems and computer graphics” developed at the Far Eastern State Transport University, the subject “Projective theory of the second-order curves” is considered [4; 14; 18]. Both at the sources mentioned and the textbook [11] projective method of the second-order curves formation as a range of the second order and its dual form – a second-order cluster (with regard to well-known theorems and relations, including Pascal and Brianchon theorems) is discernible. However, the graphical interpretations represented at the sources mentioned have general abstract character: to form the secondorder range two projective clusters of the first-order with the corresponding right lines are defined, and to design the second-order range – two projective series with the corresponding points. Techniques of high value can be observed when constructing outlines with the second-order curves; in this case, depending on engineering discriminant values, these curves can be constructed both using Pascal lines and qualities of the engineering discriminant itself, that is paying attention to the fact that tangents to the second-order curves makes the second-order cluster. Naturally, intent arises not to set the corresponding points on projective ranges, but to get them by elaboration, disclosing upon that regularities when constructing different second-order curves (the first aspect of research). The second aspect is in the consider - ation of the particular cases which would have definite secondorder clusters. In this case the task would be to model the secondorder range as a dual form of cluster. Thus it would be possible to get the interconnection of the definite cluster and the second-order cluster.
