Результаты опытно-экспериментальной работы по формированию коммуникативной компетентности преподавателей в процессе повышения квалификации

Аннотация: В статье рассматриваются результаты опытно-экспериментальной работы по формированию коммуникативной компетентности преподавателей педагогических направлений в процессе повышения квалификации. Представлены основные этапы, направления, база и методы исследования опытной работы. Описывается диагностический инструментарий по определению уровня сформированности коммуникативной компетентности преподавателей. Проводится анализ данных констатирующего и формирующего экспериментов по формированию коммуникативной компетентности преподавателей в процессе повышения квалификации. Ключевые слова: преподаватель, коммуникативная компетентность, повышение квалификации, опытно - экспериментальная работа. Аннотация: Макалада квалификациясын жогорулатуу процессиндеги педагогикалык багытындагы мугалимдердин байланыш компетенттүүлүгүн калыптандыруу боюнча тажрыйба ишинин жыйынтыктары жөнүндө айтылат. Эксперименталдык иштин изилдөө ыкмалары, базасы, негизги этаптары, жана багыттары берилет. Мугалимдердин байланыш компетенттүүлүгүн калып- тандыруу көлөмүн аныктоо үчүн диагностикалык каражаттар айтылат. Квалификациясын жогорулатуу процессиндеги мугалимдердин байланыш компетенттүүлүгүн калыптандыруу боюнча аныктоо жана калыптандыруучу эксперименттериндеги алынган маалыматтардын анализи келтирилет. Abstract: The article discusses the results of experimental work on the formation of communicative competence of teachers of pedagogical areas in the process of advanced training. The main stages, directions, base and research methods of experimental work are presented. The diagnostic tools for determining the level of formation of communicative competence of teachers are described. The data of ascertaining and formative experiments on the formation of communicative competence of teachers in the process of advanced training are analyzed. يعدّ عبد الحميد بن باديس أحد العلماء الجزائريين البارزين بالإصلاح الاجتماعي، حيث كان حافزًا له للقيام بتفسير عصريّ لآيات قرآنية مختارة، ملائمة لكل فئات، وطبقات المجتمع الجزائري يومئذ. ولقد فرض الواقع الجزائري المرّ إبّان فترة الاحتلال الفرنسي على ابن باديس سلوكَ سياسة تغيير الخطاب الإسلامي الإصلاحي من حين لآخر قاصدا بذلك مواجهة الاحتلال الفرنسي الغاشم الذي كان يسعى إلى طمس ثوابت الأمّة الجزائرية، وخرق تاريخها، وهُويّتها، وثقافتها، ووحدتها الدينيّة، واللّغوية من خلال عدّة جبهات ومجالات. يهدف هذا البحث إلى استنباط وجوه خطاب الإمام ابن باديس الإصلاحي في التفسير، فيبدأ أوّلاً بالحديث عن مفهوم الخطاب وأهميّته في الإصلاح؛ ثم يتناول بالدراسة والتحليل خطاب ابن باديس الإصلاحي على وجوه رئيسة ستة وهي: الخطاب العقدي، والخطاب الفقهي، والخطاب التهذيبي، والخطاب التذكيري، والخطاب التاريخي، والخطاب الاجتماعي؛ مستعينا بالمنهج الوصفي والتحليلي والاستقرائي.   الكلمات المفتاحية: عبد الحميد بن باديس، وجوه الخطاب الإصلاحي، الإصلاح الاجتماعي، الخطاب الإسلامي، الثوابت.***********************Abdelhamid bin Badis is a prominent Algerian scholar known for his social reformation. He contributed to social reformation by taking up modern interpretation of selected verses of the Qur’an in a way suitable for all types of groups and sections of Algerian society at that time. The bitter Algerian reality during the period of French occupation led Ibn Badis to carry policy of changing Islamic reformist discourse from time to time with intention of confronting brutal French occupation which was attempting to obliterate foundations of Algerian nation; and tearing its history, identity, culture, and religious and linguistic unity, through several fronts and areas. This research aims to excogitate faces of the reformist message of Imam Ibn Badis in his exegesis discusses the concept of the message and its importance in the reform under six main aspects: doctrinal discourse, jurisprudential discourse, ethical discourse, reminder discourse, historical discourse, and social discourse. The research methods applied in the study include descriptive, analytical, and inductive. The results of experimental work carried out on culvert inlet efficiency at the University of Saskatchewan are reported in this paper. Efficiency is reported in terms of coefficient of discharge when the culvert operates with inlet control, and in terms of the coefficient of entrance loss when the culvert operates with outlet control. A larger coefficient of discharge or a smaller coefficient of entrance loss represents a higher efficiency. Seven different culvert inlets were tested for both inlet and outlet control, and for the headwater level both above and below the elevation of the crown of the pipe at the inlet. The results are reported in nondimensional charts. Key words: culvert flow, inlet control, outlet control, efficiency, head losses, capacity.

This study aims to describe the meaning of sexy uniforms for female GAS STATION operators. The phenomenon is there, operational standards and grooming at the GAS STATION 54.801.50 Denpasar, incompatible with the generally happens. The existence of rules for wearing sexy lingerie for women operators became one of the requirements for workers. This research uses qualitative research methods with types of case studies. The phenomenology of theories about the construction of self dissect the motives of the purposes and motives because the property of Alfred Schutz was chosen to analyze this research. The results of this study showed a dar motive cause and motive of the purpose for the operators of the woman who wears sexy uniforms at the time of work. There are three things the motive cause that is educational, economic and social conditions. The objective: rising of efficiency of expeditious treatment of women with anomalies of development of uterus on the basis of scientific justification and introduction of advanced algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. Materials and research methods. We surveyed 50 women of genesial age with anomalies of development of uterus (the main group) and 30 women of genesial age without anomalies of development of a uterus (control group). The complex of the conducted researches included clinical, ehografical, endoscopic, laboratory and statistical methods. Results. Results of the conducted researches testify that use of the algorithm improved by us allows to normalize condition of all links of systemic hemostasis that frequency depression is promoted by the trombogemorragical of complications and to improvement of recovery treatment after laparoscopic gynecologic operations of women with anomalies of development of uterus. Conclusion. Use of the differentiated approach to expeditious treatment of anomalies of development of uterus in combination with advanced algorithm of treatment-and-prophylactic actions allows to reduce duration of operation by 7.5% and an operational hemorrhage for 10.0%, and also to prevent development the trombogemorragical of complications. This chapter presents research on language learning abroad and its influence on the development of oral expression. By using biographical-narrative research methods, specifically linguistic life stories, this work examines the experiences and beliefs of a Japanese student of Spanish who has studied this language in Spain on several occasions. This study attempts to determine how study abroad has influenced his language training and the development of his communicative competence, in particular oral expression. At the same time, it describes how the length of each stay abroad has helped or hindered the language learning process, the interaction with native speakers, and the practice of speaking skills.

This study examined the degree to which psychology students accept popular psychology myths that are rejected by mainstream researchers (e.g., “people use only 10% of their brain's capacity”), and the effect of psychology courses on myth acceptance. Using a 20-item, true-false myth belief questionnaire, it examined the levels of gullibility among 94 undergraduates at different stages of their education, and related these to their educational and demographic backgrounds. High overall levels of myth acceptance (71%) were found, in line with earlier research. Myth acceptance decreased with the number of psychology courses that students had taken in university, but increased with the number that they had taken in junior college. Belief in myths was lower among students who were majoring in psychology, were older, had higher grades, and had advanced training in research methods, but it was not related to gender, geographical origin, or university year. It is concluded that university courses appear beneficial in encouraging methodological skepticism, whereas taking specialized psychology courses in junior college may hinder rather than promote critical thinking among undergraduates.

The article presents one of the modern trends in the development of the education system - the organization of student-centered training. Extrapolation of this type of training into the system of additional education of adults will allow to prepare a specialist with modern thinking, focused on innovation, continuous self-development. The purpose of the research is to explore the possibilities of implementing student-centered training tools into the practice of realization retraining programs for educational specialists. Research methods: a theoretical analysis of the essence of the concept of “student-centered training”, analysis of the characteristics of adult education, experimental work on testing methods of student-centered training in the system of additional education of adults. The main results of the research: methods of student-centered training of adults have been adapted to the specifics of organizing retraining programs, conditions for organizing student-centered training in institutions of additional education of adults have been identified, methodical recommendations have been developed. The use of these recommendations will optimize the implementation of retraining programs for education specialists.
