As part of the ecological system, humans have a dominant role in determining the good and bad of the environment. The stability and comfort of the environment depend on the positive behavior around the elements of the ecosystem in it, including humans. The emergence of various environmental problems is also inseparable from human indiscipline in protecting and preserving them. An environment that is maintained properly, will respond positively by providing great benefits to humans. Otherwise, an environment that is treated badly will repay with damage and disaster. The leadership of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Da'wah at IAIN Kediri was fully aware of this, especially the Hadith Science Study Program. This awareness forms a religious construction based on an understanding of religious texts, particularly Hadith. Through qualitative research, this reality will be described descriptively and analytically. The results illustrate that the epitome construction of environmental conservation activities is manifested in participation in the Green Campus program. The sociological construction contestation was seen in the leadership of the Hadith Science Study Program and the academic community for the absorption of religious teaching, thus generating practices in the form of involvement in tree and flower planting activities in the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Da'wah

This paper aims to explain the position and role of Indonesian Women's Ulama in responding to the social problems of women in the patriarchal culture of Ulamā’ which is dominated by male Ulamā’ in Indonesia. Using Peter L.Berger and Luckmann's (1966) social construction theory, this paper seeks to explore the capacity of Indonesian Women’s Ulama in solving socio-religious problems, especially in the field of female law and social issues in Indonesia. Law-making in Indonesia cannot be separated from the patriarchal construction built by the intellectual hegemony of male Ulamā’ (Islamic scholars) and the existence of social inequality between men and women in the dominance of social interpretations which results in the dominance of masculinity in the public sector. This paper uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation and documentation. The conclusions of this paper are 1) the intellectual ahistorism of women socially constructed through verbalization, visualization, and adaptation in the socio-cultural scientific tradition; 2) the cultural backwardness experienced by women when men step forward in their socio-cultural intellect in the public sector such as law, education, politics and economics.

This study discusses the potential of Islamic boarding schools in the deradicalization of Indonesian society through a balanced education system between religion and the state. This study tries to look at the strategy of deradicalization of religious extremism in Indonesia, especially in Islamic boarding schools. Even though the Islamic Boarding School is a place for studying Islam, it does not mean that it cannot be separated from extreme understandings that sometimes act in the name of religion. Allegedly, one of the causes is an unbalanced education system. A cohesive, directed and planned/organized education system can produce responsible citizens, whereas if a fragmented education system naturally results in confused citizens and without direction, and even tend to be apathetic. This study aims to analyze the influence and education system in several pesantren to prevent radicalism for students at the High School level in Indonesia. The method used in this research is a field study with a qualitative approach using purposive sampling in recording pesantren which has a salafiah and modern curriculum. Data collection is done through observation. The analysis is done by collecting, presenting, reducing, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study prove that the education system and the role of the Kiai have a positive impact on counteracting religious radicalism by combining Islamic and state education. This research implies that the management system in Islamic boarding schools can establish intensive partnerships with the government in various aspects of politics, culture, and economy. It should be ruled out that boarding schools are included in education which is sometimes marginalized by the government because sometimes it is considered inclusive. Therefore, every effort to overcome the problem of radical understanding in the name of religion is not possible to achieve significant results, unless there is a cohesive education system between the institution and the government.

The purpose of this study is to explain the meaning of work rationality for Alfamart employees (Crew, ACOS, COS) while serving at PT. Sumber Alfaria Tri Jaya, TBK (Alfamart). The benefits of research are criticizing the workings of capitalism in the objective reality of Alfamart employees. Meaning was analyzed using the perspective of C. Wright Mills about Cheerful Robots. Rationality in Mills's perspective that ratio work must precede objective reality, because objective reality is the exploitation of the human ratio. The present social reality is not the work of ratio work, but the work of technology. Accordingly, Alfamart employees understand their work as technological work, not ratio work. Alfamart makes the reproduction of excited robots that are workers who are ready to run Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) from PT. Sumber Alfaria Tri Jaya, TBK.The method used is qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach.  The results of this study indicate: 1. Alfamart employees do not have the creative power to speak out about the discomfort they get, because all of that is covered with sweet promises from the company. Though the promise is not certain, and the income obtained by Alfamart employees is very far from the owner of PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya and structural position holders (Korwil, Inventory Collection / IC, Directors, President Commissioners, etc.). 2. Without realizing by this Alfamart employee that they become Cheerful Robots that are driven by PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk. They consider this work to be fine, even though they know there is a loss they are getting, but it is considered fairness and responsibility. They lose their reason and autonomy of mind.
