This study aims to determine the effect of fundamental factors on the stock prices of companies that are consistently listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) during the 2014-2018 period, either partially or simultaneously. Fundamental factors consist of financial ratios, namely Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Return On Equity (ROE), as well as macroeconomic variables represented by Inflation and Bank Indonesia Interest Rates ( BI Rate). The results showed that partially the ROE variable had a significant effect on JII's stock price, while CR, DER, EPS, Inflation, and BI Rate had a negative and insignificant effect on JII's stock price. Simultaneously the variables CR, DER, EPS, ROE, Inflation, and BI Rate have a significant effect on JII's stock price.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial ratios on stock prices. Financial ratios used in this study is the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Total Asset Turnover, Earning Per Share, and Price to Book Value. The type of research used is quantitative to observe the effect of financial ratios on stock prices. This study used a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 20 companies registered in the LQ45 index for the period 2013-2017 and fulfilling the research criteria. The statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis The results of this study indicate that partially, the variable debt to equity ratio, return on equity, total asset turnover, earnings per share, and price to book value have a significant partial effect on stock prices, while the current ratio variable does not have a partial significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously the current ratio variable, debt to equity ratio, return on equity, total asset turnover, earnings per share, and price to book value have a significant simultaneous effect on stock prices. The purpose of this study is to determine the financial effect proxy through Current  ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Return On Investment and Net Profit Margin Against Stock Price of the Company and the like mentioned in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in the study amounted to 16 companies from a total of 18 companies, for the techniques used in the study using multiple regression analysis. The test results show the variable Current Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Return On Investment and Net Profit Margin simultaneously affect the stock price of metal companies and the like listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with the results obtained F- count as 5,948 with  significant 0.000 < 0.05. Which means the relationship between the independent variables Current Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Return On Investment and Net Profit Margin together have a close relationship to stock prices.

This research was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Net Profit Margin and Return on Equity on stock prices in food & beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2019. The population is the Food & Beverages sector companies listed on the IDX in 2013-2019. The sample was taken using purposive sampling method, so that the sample becomes 70 observation. This research was classified as quantitative research and the type of research is descriptive. The data analysis technique was carried out by using multiple linear regression test using the SPSS ver 25 analysis tool. The results showed that Current Ratio partially has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices. Quick Ratio partially has a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices. Net Profit Margin partially has a positive and significant effect on stock price. And, Return on Equity partially has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, simultaneously, Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Net Profit Margin and Return on Equity have a positive and significant effect on stock prices in food and beverages sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2019.

This articel is aimed to inform the effect of profitability, capital structure and liquidity to  stock price on transportation company sub sector listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange within period 2012-2017. The research method in this study is an causal comparative. The population amounts to 32 companies with amount 192 data. Based on sampling technique purposive sampling researcher used 9 companies with amount 37 data that meets the criteria with variabel Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Current Ratio (CR). All the data analyze using statistical descriptive analysis and regression analysis with SPSSs.The results showed that simultaneous ROE, DER, and CR significantly influence stock prices. Partially, ROE is a variable that has positive and significant impact on stock prices, while the DER and CR is partially has negative but not significant effect on stock prices.Keyword: profitability, capital structure, liquidity,  and stock price

Abstract. This research aims at determining the performance of hospitality and tourism industry in Indonesia based on the analysis of financial ratios using the Benjamin Graham’s perspective. The total number of samples is 9 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. The analysis of financial ratios includes Earning Per-Share (EPS), Price to Earnings Ratio (PER), Price to Book Value (PBV), Return on Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). First, this research examined the effects of those six financial ratios on stock prices either partially or simultaneously. Afterwards, only financial ratios that had a significant effect on stock prices are analyzed using Benjamin Graham. Hypothesis testing was conducted using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results point out that: (1) EPS, PER, PBV, ROE, CR and DER simultaneously affect the stock prices; (2) EPS, PER, PBV and DER partially affect the stock prices; (3) Seven companies that meet 2 of 4 determined criteria are ARTA, BAYU, JIHD, JSPT, KPIG, PDES and SHID. The results of this research are expected to provide recommendations for investors in selecting companies’ shares with good performance based on 4 financial ratios.Keywords. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja industri hotel dan pariwisata di Indonesia berdasarkan analisis rasio keuangan menggunakan perspektif Benjamin Graham. Jumlah sampel adalah 9 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2012-2016. Analisis rasio keuangan termasuk Earning Per-Share (EPS), Price to Earnings Ratio (PER), Price to Book Value (PBV), Return on Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) . Pertama, penelitian ini menguji pengaruh dari enam rasio keuangan terhadap harga saham baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Setelah itu, hanya rasio keuangan yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham yang dianalisis menggunakan Benjamin Graham. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa: (1) EPS, PER, PBV, ROE, CR dan DER secara simultan mempengaruhi harga saham; (2) EPS, PER, PBV dan DER secara parsial mempengaruhi harga saham; (3) Tujuh perusahaan yang memenuhi 2 dari 4 kriteria yang ditentukan adalah ARTA, BAYU, JIHD, JSPT, KPIG, PDES dan SHID. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi bagi investor dalam memilih saham perusahaan dengan kinerja yang baik berdasarkan 4 rasio keuangan.Kata kunci : industri hotel dan pariwisata, rasio keuangan, kinerja keuangan, harga saham, Benjamin Graham

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling, di dapatkan tiga sampel perusahaan dari sembilan perusahaan pertambangan sub sektor logam dan mineral. Data diolah dan dianalisis menggunakanan alisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan koefisien korelasi keempat variabel bebas mempunyai hubungan yang sangat kuat terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan pertambangan sub sektor logam dan mineral yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara simultan penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa variabel yaitu Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, Suku Bunga, dan Inflasi secara bersasma-sama mempunyai pengaruh terhadap harga saham, sedangkan secara parsial dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari keempat variabel tersebut Inflasi berpengaruh dominan terhadap Harga Saham pada prusahaan pertambangan sub sektor logam dan mineral yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Based on correlation coefficient by four independent variabels has a very strong relation on stock prices Mining Companies Sub-Sector Metals and Minerals listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the results of the simultaneous analysis of this study explained that the variables of Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, Interest Rates, and Inflation together have an influence on Stock Price. By the partially can be concluded that from the four variables Inflation has a dominant influence on stock prices Mining companies sub-sector metals and minerals listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study discusses the stock price and financial ratios based on the financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2008-2011. The purpose of this research was to determine whether the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin and Earning Per Share has an influence on the stock price. The company sampled as many as 20 of the 136 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2008-2011. Using regression analysis, it can be seen that the variable current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity, net profit margin and earnings per share to simultaneously have a significant influence on stock prices. Test results partially, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and earnings per share positive and significant effect on stock prices. Return on equity has a negative effect on stock prices. Islamic stocks in implementation are not contrary to the principles of sharia. Before investing their money investors should pay attention to advance the company's performance. One of its attention is fundamental analysis based on financial ratios. This research aims to analyze the effect of Current Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Return on Equity of stock price companies that listed on Jakarta Islamic Index in 2009-2013. The subject is the consistent companies listed on Jakarta Islamic Index during the research period. Selection method of the population is purposive sampling. Analysis method is multiple linear regression with significance level 0.05. The results indicate theese variables as a partially and simultaneuously insignificant influence on the stock prices. The value of coefficient determination 0.144 shows that 14.4% the stock prices is influenced by these variables, while for 85,6% are affected by other variables that are not included in this research.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the effect of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity to dividend payout ratio and stock price. This study uses secondary data in the form of financial statements and stock price. The population in this study are all companies that had been registered in the LQ45 index during 2012 to 2017. By using the purposive sampling method, then obtained amount of sample counted 17 companies. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate current ratio and debt to equity ratio have significant negative effect on dividend payout ratio. Return on equity have significant positive effect on dividend payout ratio and stock price, while the current ratio, debt to equity ratio and dividend payout ratio have no effect on stock prices. This study is expected to be a reference and material consideration of company management in managing the company and for investors in making investment decisions.

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity (Current Ratio), leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio), profitability (Return on Equity) to the price of shares of mining coal companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2016. The dependent variable used is the stock price, while the independent variable is liquidity (Current Ratio), leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio), and profitability (Return on Equity). The population in this study is a coal mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 22 companies and then taken as many as 8 companies. The analysis technique used is the classic assumption test, panel data regression analysis with a 5% confidence level, hypothesis testing is performed using the t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that liquidity (Current Ratio) has no significant effect on stock prices, with a probability value of 0.980 is greater than α 0.05. leverage (Debt to Equity) has no significant effect on stock prices, with a probability value of 0.386, greater than α 0.05. and profitability (Return on Equity) have no significant effect on stock prices with a probability value of 0.343 greater than α 0.05. While simultaneous variable liquidity (Current Ratio), leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio), and profitability (Return on Equity) have no significant effect on stock prices with a prob value (F-statistic) of 0.662 greater than α 0.05. The coefficient of determination of 0.050 or 5% means the stock price is influenced by liquidity (Current Ratio), leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio), and profitability (Return on Equity) by 5% while the remaining 0.950 or 95% is influenced by other variables outside the research variable.
