Abstract. Mobile Payment has developed quickly and easily. One of them by using a QR Code by scanning the Bar Code through the Smartphone camera. Unfortunately, there is inherent risk especially in the aspect of theft of financial and non-financial data. Therefore, this study aims to examine user acceptance in terms of the ease and risk of QR Code Payments. The target of respondents in this study were all users of Payment methods using QR Codes in Indonesia with 100 respondents with a simple random sampling method through online distribution and structured interviews. The method used in this study used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) - Partial Least Square (PLS). The findings in this research show that there is a contribution to the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) model, especially Perceived Ease of use factor that further strengthens the acceptance of Pay by QR. While risk perception does not have a significant impact on intention to use the Pay by QR system. Keywords: Behavioural Intention; Pay by QR; Perceived Ease of use; Perceived Risk; TAM. Abstrak. Model pembayaran mobile telah berkembang secara signifikan dan semakin mudah. Salah satunya adalah pembayaran dengan menggunakan kode QR dengan men-scan kode QR melalui kamera Smartphone. Sayangnya dibalik kemudahan penggunaan pembayaran QR, terdapat resiko yang melekat terutama dalam aspek pencurian data keuangan maupun non keuangan. Atas dasar inilah penelitian ini diadakan dengan tujuan untuk menguji penerimaan pengguna yang dilihat dari sisi kemudahan dan resiko pembayaran kode QR. Target responden riset ini adalah seluruh pengguna metode pembayaran menggunakan kode QR di Indonesia dengan jumlah responden sebayak 100 dengan meteode simple random sampling melalui penyebaran online dan wawancara secara terstruktur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Struktural Equation Model (SEM) – Partial Least Square (PLS). Temuan dalam riset menunjukan adanya kontribusi terhadap model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) terutama faktor kemudahan yang semakin memperkuat penerimaan penggunaan Pay by QR. Sementara persepsi resiko tidak memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap niat menggunakan sistem Pay by QR. Katakunci: Behavioural Intention; Pay by QR: Mobile Payment; Persepsi Kemudahan; Persepsi Resiko; TAM;

Introduction: Digital mental health interventions are on the rise; yet people with intellectual disabilities are not generally seen as their potential users. This study aims to explore the accessability of two mainstream online mood-management programmes.Methods: Using a qualitative study design, 12 adults with intellectual disabilities were interviewed while accessing moodgym and iFightDepression®. Thematic analysis was used to explore the programs’ accessibility according to the technology acceptance model. Results: The programs’ ease-of-use was considered in terms of visual appeal, support needs, and essential skills for independent program use. Perceived usefulness concerned participants’ understanding of the purpose and expected personal benefits associated with the interventions. Finally, intention to use and motivation to interact with the interventions were key aspects of participants’ attititudes towards them. Conclusion: Improving intervention accessibility is a first important step to ensure people with intellectual disabilities can understand the purpose and content of digital mental health interventions.

The m-Governance framework of auniversity aims to utilize the massive reach of mobile phones and harness the potential of mobile applications to enable easy and round the-clock access to the services of its affiliated institutions.  In the current mobile age there is need for transforming e-governance services to m-Governance as m-Governance is not a replacement for e-Governance rather it complements e-Governance. With this unparalleled advancement of mobile communication technologies, universities are turning to m-governance to realize the value of mobile technologies for responsive governance and measurable improvements to academic, social and economic development, public service delivery, operational efficiencies and active stakeholder engagement. In this context the present study, aims to develop and validate a m-governance framework of a university by extending Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with its prime stakeholders so called the Heads of the affiliated institutions. A survey instrument was developed based on the framework and it was administered with 20 Heads of the affiliated Institutions. The results also showed that the Heads of the affiliated Institutions expressed their favorableness towards m-governance adoption.
