The general objective of this work is to analyze the quality factors of the supply chain service in the western regional direction of the company Cervezas Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma - Heineken México. The analysis was framed in a model proposed by Gohain, Thambiah and Hong (2018) which measures six dimensions of service quality: the object, the process, the infrastructure, the interaction, the environment and social responsibility. A survey was applied as an instrument to collect the responses of active providers in the western region of Mexico. The results were estimated by using STATA 14 to evaluate the relationship between the proposed factors. The results highlight that the quality of the supply chain is influenced by the quality criteria of the product, the process and the interaction. In this way, this research contributes with relevant information that allows them to make quick and practical decisions to use those responsible for the company's supply chain, as well as other economic sectors.

Suppliers are important members of the agricultural product supply chain, and their behavior decisions may have a certain impact on the sustainable development of the agricultural product supply chain. From the perspective of agricultural product supplier trust, this paper studies the direct impact of agricultural product supplier trust on relationship quality and the indirect impact of supplier fairness perception on relationship quality. Based on the survey data of agricultural product suppliers, this paper uses the structural equation model method for empirical analysis. The analysis results show that fairness perception and trust perception have a significant positive impact on the quality of agricultural supply chain relationships, among which trust perception has a positive direct impact on the quality of agricultural supply chain relationships, while fairness perception has indirect influence on the quality of agricultural supply chain relationships through trust. In addition, information sharing, price satisfaction, income level and environmental certainty have a significant positive impact on suppliers’ fairness perception. Therefore, sellers comprehensively consider the fairness perception and trust perception of suppliers, which will help improve the relationship quality of the supply chain.

Due to the dilemma of “new entry defects” in the newly established enterprises, they are limited in developing new resources and cannot meet the increasingly fierce competition needs. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a stable strategic partnership by seeking external organizations, so as to obtain the necessary resources for the growth and development of the enterprise itself. Based on Penrose’s theory of enterprise growth, this paper analyzes the relationship between the quality of supply chain relationship and the growth performance of start-ups from three aspects, in order to reveal the internal logic that the quality of supply chain relationship affects the growth performance of start-ups.

In the late 1950s, the National Archives of Ghana (NAG) began a decentralizaton programme which has progressed to the point where there is now a NAG regional depository in eight of the country's nine regions, the only exception so far being the Upper Region. Furthermore, unlike many of the efforts at bureaucratic decentralization in Ghana, which have been more de jure than de facto -- archival decentralization in Ghana is a reality. As a result, the historical researcher who limits his efforts to the Accra branch of the NAG is risking the loss of considerable richness of detail, as a recent trip to Sekondi made abundantly clear to me.Sekondi houses the Western Regional Branch of the NAG. The Western Region is, in many respects, one of Ghana's most interesting areas. Until relatively recently it was, at one and the same time, the major center of foreign business activity in the country, and one of the country's most backward and underdeveloped areas. While ironic, this juxtaposition is certainly not surprising. But more importantly, from the point of view of the researcher into Ghana's history, it affords the opportunity for a more detailed micro-level historical examination of, for instance, the relationship between “modernity” and “tradition,” or between the “capitalist mode of production” and the “pre-capitalist mode of production.” The Western Region has been almost an ideal type in this respect, and as a consequence is virtually a laboratory, not only for the historian, but also for the historically-minded sociologist, economist, and political scientist.

The theoretical and empirical literature on the relationship between prayer and health is critically reviewed. Although empirical research partially confirms that prayer promotes a variety of health outcomes, the empirical literature is characterized by weak methodologies that may contribute to the inconsistency of some findings. Recommendations are made for improving the quality of prayer and health research. An agenda for further empirical investigation of the relationship between prayer and health is proposed.

(1) Background: Different sources of information are used by the population regarding skin cancer prevention. The pertinent quality of information that can be retrieved via an internet search engine needs assessment; (2) Methods: Four topical searches in common language were entered into Google™. The first 200 “hits” were stored for further use. Eligible websites were evaluated using content-based criteria based on the current German medical guideline “Skin cancer prevention” and employing generic (DISCERN, HONcode) quality criteria. (3) Results: Overlap between the four search results was between 0 and 7 of 200. The completeness of relevant content was scored with a median of 10 points (first quartile (Q1):6; Q3:14) and thus, it was much lower than the theoretical maximum of 43 points. Global quality, with a maximum of 10 points, was 3 in median (Q1:2; Q3:4). Quality and completeness, respectively, were somewhat higher in the higher ranks of search results. The generic quality was moderate. (4) Conclusions: A direct comparison with other sources of information (print, audio-visual, presentation, or personal counselling) is not possible, but important deficits concerning the quality and scope of relevant information on the internet are demonstrated.

In the tourism sector, where competition conditions are getting stiffer, some of the essential factors to hotels stay operational include the need to achieve a sustainable structure and meet the needs and expectations of customers. One of the ways to ensure that the customer expectations and needs are met at the desired level is through service quality factors which are considered to increase customer satisfaction.This study aims to establish the service quality criteria in three-star hotels in Erzurum and to rank the importance levels of the determined criteria. The MAUT method was used to weight the determined criteria. The results of the MAUT method show that the “Quality of Housekeeping” was the most important service quality criteria in three-star hotels. This was followed by "Front Office Service Quality", "Cleanliness", "Reliability", "Restaurant Service Quality" and "Service and Process Flexibility" respectively. The criteria considered as the least important include "Courtesy and Respect Level" and "Price Availability".

The adoption of green initiatives in supply chains is fundamental in the relationship among companies that have the obligation to assume the principles of environmental management. Packages take part in this scenario and they are fundamental in guaranteeing the quality of the products and their commercialization, bringing about the concern with their final destination and impacts caused to the environment. The aim of this research was to verify if the adoption of green initiatives in the packaging supply chain affects the environmental, economic and operational outcomes of companies participating in this chain, according to the perception of professionals who work in these companies. The study was conducted by means of a survey directed to professionals of various hierarchical levels working in Brazilian industries of the packaging supply chain. It is a quantitative study, and responses were analyzed through statistical techniques. The results have pointed out that only the environmental outcomes of companies in this supply chain were influenced by the adoption of green initiatives.

Suppliers play an important role in the agricultural product supply chain and their behavior could influence significantly relationship quality of supply chain. However, the role performance of agricultural product suppliers is usually ignored, which affects the decision-making establishment of relationship quality among supply chain members. In addition, fairness perception by agricultural product suppliers will also affect the quality of supply chain relationships. This work takes the agricultural product supply chain as the research object and investigates how the supplier role performance affects the relationship quality of supply chain. An empirical study is conducted through questionnaire-related data based on the model. The research results show that supplier role performance has a significant positive effect on the relationship quality, and the distributive fairness of supplier has a significant intermediary effect on both supplier role performance and relationship quality of the supply chain. In addition, price satisfaction has a positive impact on commitments when considering the fairness perception of suppliers.
