Post-partum pubic symphysitis is an exceptional pathology. Its diagnosis is difficult, based on a high clinical semiological finesse complemented by imaging examinations, the most specific of which are CT and pelvic MRI. The earlier the diagnosis, the better the evolution. We report a case of pubic symphysitis occurring in the aftermath of a low-pathway delivery discovered in a septic shock table. Evolution was good under antibiotic and heparin therapy.

Introduction: Post-partum mothers experience an inadequate sleep quality, either because of new roles or changes during postpartum. The use of drugs in the postpartum period requires consideration because it is risky for both mother and baby, so non-pharmacological interventions are safer alternative choices. During the postpartum period, the mother also carries out her own care so that non-pharmacological interventions are needed because they can be doing by self. This literature review aims to know the types of non-pharmacological interventions to improve the sleep quality of postpartum mothers. Methods: This literature review search uses the database of Science Direct, PubMed, Google Scholar, EBSCO using the keywords "sleep quality, postpartum, intervention, nonpharmacology". Background: Breast milk is the best food that babies need in the first 6 months of life. The success of exclusive breastfeeding is determined at the beginning of offering ASI on the first day of birth. Exclusive breastfeeding can be constrained by the limited production of breast milk. The SPEOS methods is an alternative to help increase breastfeeding. The SPEOS (Endorphin, Oxytocin, and Suggestive Massage Stimulation) methods is a combination of endorpine, oxytocin, and suggestive massage stimulation carried out sequentially which will feel relaxation that stimulates the brain to release endorphin, prolactin and oxytocin hormones, so that breast milk becomes smooth. In addition, it provides comfort to mothers, increases mother's confidence and removes blockages so that obstacles in breastfeeding can be resolved properly. Objective: To determine the effectiveness of the SPEOS methods in increasing breast milk production in post partum mothers. Method: A literature review through a review of nursing articles to identify SPEOS methods in increasing breast milk production. The databases used are Scopus, Medica Local Update, One Search and Google Schoolar. The journal source is obtained using a prism flow diagram as the database search flow. The article inclusion criteria used were articles related to the SPEOS methods and breast milk production in post partum mothers, articles in English and Indonesian, articles published in 2010 to 2020, and full text articles while the exclusion criteria were articles published over the past 10 years, the use of foreign languages other than English and Indonesian, not intervention studies and articles that are not full text. There were 7 articles that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria requirements. Results: This literature review shows that the SPEOS methods (Endorphin, Oxytocin, and Suggestive Massage Stimulation) effective in increasing breast milk production in post partum mothers. Conclusion: the SPEOS methods (Endorphin, Oxytocin, and Suggestive Massage Stimulation) effective in increasing breast milk production in post partum mothers.

Spontaneous coronary artery dissection is a rare but important cause of acute coronary syndrome. Its relevance for women during the puerperium mandates awareness and understanding amongst obstetric healthcare professionals. The aetiology of the increased risk in pregnancy has not been fully elucidated, but include medial eosinophilic angitis, pregnancy-induced degeneration of collagen in conjunction with the stresses of parturition, and rupture of the vasa vasorum. The risk of mortality necessitates prompt diagnosis, usually by angiography. There is no one-size-fits-all treatment; management must be individualised according to haemodynamic status and affected vessel(s) and includes conservative management, percutaneous coronary intervention, or bypass grafting. Recovery complications include extension of the haematoma or false lumen, valvular pathology secondary to ischaemia, and sudden cardiac death. Close post-operative surveillance is mandatory. We present a 41-year-old lady with post-partum spontaneous coronary artery dissection, complicated by ischaemic papillary rupture and mitral regurgitation requiring valve replacement. Additionally, we present a literature review, including guidance on management and critical analysis of potential complications.
