Abstract: The implementation of da'wah must be designed and packaged properly so as to produce an effectiveness and efficiency in da'wah. Therefore, there needs to be good management in the process of implementing da'wah starting from planning, organizing, mobilizing, controlling, and evaluating da'wah. The process of implementing da'wah must have a good strategy, method and management in order to produce quality da'wah and achieve the stated preach goals. Key Words : Management, da’wah

Good management is the process of finding permanent solutions to the dilemma of balance and achieving effectiveness and efficiency, differentiation and low costs, financial goals and long-term vision, consistency and flexibility. Modern approach corporate governance requires a new understanding of management in relation to one of its internal and external elements. The paper deals with the application of the Theory of Constraints in the environment of Supply Chain. The main goal is to present the Theory of Constraints approach with basic five steps focusing process in the area of the supply chain management. Specifically it shows how the TOC can be used in many others areas of application.

ABSTRACT   The effort to manifest the growing church in the ministry of every servant of God is a calling as well as a demand for every servant of God in their ministry. However, not a few have failed in this case due to several factors. Some of these factors come from outside the church, but some come from within the church itself. To deal with this, good management is needed to handle it. The purpose of this study was to determine the dynamics of church growth for the ministry of the Servant of the Gereja Kristen Setia Indonesia in the Karama Sector, Kalumpang sub-district, Mamuju district, West Sulawesi. The approach used is observation with the interview method and providing outreach to the authorities then providing guidance to God's servants. As a result, there is a need for guidance for God's servants to uphold the dynamics of church growth both in quality and quantity towards the growth of congregational faith.   Key words: growth; Church; Coaching; Congregation   ABSTRAK   Upaya perwujudan gereja yang bertumbuh dalam pelayanan setiap hamba Tuhan merupakan panggilan sekaligus tuntutan bagi setiap hamba Tuhand alam pelayanan mereka.  Namun tidak sedikit yang menemui kegagalan dalam hal ini karena disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor.  Beberapa faktor itu ada yang datang dari luar gereja, namun ada juga yang bersasal dari dalam gereja itu sendiri.  Untuk menghadapi hal ini maka perlu manajemen yang baik untuk menanganinya.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana dinamika pertumbuhan gereja bagi pelayanan hamba Tuhan Gereja Kristen Setia Indonesia di Sektor Karama, kecamatan Kalumpang kabupaten Mamuju Sulawesi Barat.  Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan adalah observasi dengan metode wawancara dan memberikan sosialisasi kepada pihak yang berwewenang kemudian mengadakan pembinaan kepada para hamba Tuhan.  Sebagai hasil bahwa sangat diperlukan pembinaan bagi para hamba Tuhan untuk menunjung dinamika pertumbuhan gereja baik secara kualitas maupun secara kuantitas menuju pertumbuhan iman jemaat.   Kata kunci: Pertumbuhan; Gereja; Pembinaan; Jemaat

Zusammenfassung. Ausgehend von einem Good-strategy-user-Modell wird die Wirksamkeit eines Trainings allgemeiner Lernkompetenzen untersucht. 23 lernschwache, jedoch durchschnittlich intelligente Grundschüler (2., 3. und 4. Klasse; Altersdurchschnitt 9.5 Jahre), erhielten ein Training, das ihnen Lernstrategien und die dafür notwendigen Voraussetzungen (Begriffsbildung, Textverständnis, Gedächtnisstrategien) vermittelte. 15 Kinder blieben als Kontrolle ohne jede Behandlung. Vor und nach dem Training wurden die Schulleistung, die kognitiven Lernvoraussetzungen und das Lernverhalten aus Sicht des Klassenlehrers, der Eltern und der Kinder selbst ermittelt. Die Trainingsgruppe verbesserte sich gegenüber der Kontrollgruppe in allen Variablen; es werden hochsignifikante Interaktionseffekte zugunsten der Trainingsgruppe mit jeweils großen Effektstärken (d zwischen 0.8 und 2.2) erreicht. Im Einzelnen verbesserte sich die Schulleistung substanziell (d = 1.3) und das Lernverhalten der Kinder wird von Eltern, Lehrern und den Kindern als deutlich verbessert eingeschätzt. Die Ergebnisse werden als Beleg für die Wirksamkeit des allgemeinen Lerntrainings und als indirekte Bestätigung des Good-strategy-user-Modells interpretiert.

Successful weed control in small grains involves using good management practices in all phases of production. In Florida, winter weeds compete with small grains for moisture, nutrients, and light, with the greatest amount of competition occurring during the first six to eight weeks after planting. Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) are the most common mesenchymal tumors of the digestive tract (1%). These tumors express the CD 117 in 95% of cases. The stomach is the preferential localization (70%). Diagnosis is difficult and sometimes late. Progress of imaging has greatly improved the management and the prognosis. Computed tomography (CT) is the gold standard for diagnosis, staging, and treatment follow-up. The increasing recognition of GIST’s histopathology and the prolonged survival revealed some suggestive imaging aspects. Key words: gastro-intestinal stromal tumors; computed tomography; diagnosis

This article aims at describing the obseroance of wasiat wajibah (compulsory bequeathment) in the Islamic court of Banten, analyzing the provision of the substitute heir and adopted children in the Compilation of  Islamic Law (KHI). In addition, the ideal laws to manage the innheritance rules in Indonesia. This article is library research by using doctrinal approach and using case study and survey methods. The data was, then, analyzed by using analytical descriptive and analytical correlative methods. The result showed that the observance of wasiat wajibah in the Islamic court of  Banten employed by judges is by using the Mawali Hazairin’s Doctrine. The criteria of the adoption of substitute heir and adopted children in the KHI is the attempts of Ulama and many judgees junst in giving legal justice and certainty to the society.   Key Words: Islamic Inheritance Law, Compilation of Islamic Law, Islamic court of  Banten
