Stress is one of suprasegmental feature in language and is included in the study of acoustic phonetics. Tontemboanese is a language spoken in several areas in Minahasa, and in this research, the word stress in Tontemboanese is done through the approach of experimental phonetics by employing the software Praat in data analysis. The data are collected through recording from interview, cut the recording into several one-word recordings, and then the data are analyzed with Praat to determine the pitch, duration, and intensity of each syllable. Through the data analysis, it is found that the Tontemboanese word stress is a fixed word stress, and the position of the stress is generally in the penultimate syllables. The result is still similar with the results by Schwarz (1908) and Tambuwun (1986) which states that the word stress in Tontemboanese is in the penultimate syllable. The purpose of this research was to know a significant correlation between the level of stress with the level of aggresive behaviour in unemployed housewives. This research is a correlation research. The population of this research were the unemployed housewives in Surabaya, with 100 person as the sample. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, that was a selection technique of the subject by using certain consideration. The collecting data method was questionnaire to expose the level of stress and the level of aggresive behaviour in unemployed housewives. The data analysis used Chi-Square (χ 2) analysis. After analyzed by the Chi-Square analysis (χ 2) obtained the correlation coefficient of 0.526 with a significance value of 0.000 (p<0.01) which means that there is a significant correlation between the level of stress with the level of aggresive behaviour in unemployed housewives. Thus, the hypotesis proposed in this research that “there is a significant correlation between the level of stress with the level of aggresive behaviour in unemployed housewives” was accepted. So if can be conclused that there were a positive and significant correlation between the level of stres and the level of aggresive behaviour in unemployed housewives .Keywords : Stress, Aggressive behaviour, unemployed housewives

Stress is a condition which produced by an environment alteration which received as a case challenging, threatening or damaging the equilibrium or dynamic state of a person. Stress experienced by humans can be derived from various sources from within of a person, family, and environment. On an elderly is not uncommon that stress can often occur. To overcome and relieve a stress, there are several ways can be do such as gymnastics, reflection, laughter therapy, aromatherapy, and meditation. The purpose of this study was to find out the meditation therapy (dzikir) effect to the stress levels of elderly. This study uses the analytical method with a One-Group Pre-Test-Posttest Design. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Population use all elderly at the Mojopahit Elderly Institution of Mojokerto at 2012 with a sample of 20 respondents, the data obtained from the dissemination of questionnaires. The result of the respondents study included to the middle criteria are about 2 people (10%) and the low criteria are about 18 people (90%). In the data analysis, researcher use a t-test with the provisions of p<a ( p=0.015; a=0.05). From the result of research known p=0.015 < 0.05, its mean there is an effect of meditation therapy (dzikir) implementation to the stress levels of elderly. So the meditation therapy (dzikir) should be applied at the elderly institution as a daily activity for the elderly, especially to relieve a stress. Keywords  : stress, meditation therapy, elderly

It is well established that unique physiological information can be obtained by rapidly freezing cells in various functional states and analyzing the cell element content and distribution by electron probe x-ray microanalysis. (The other techniques of microanalysis that are amenable to imaging, such as electron energy loss spectroscopy, secondary ion mass spectroscopy, particle induced x-ray emission etc., are not addressed in this tutorial.) However, the usual processes of data acquisition are labor intensive and lengthy, requiring that x-ray counts be collected from individually selected regions of each cell in question and that data analysis be performed subsequent to data collection. A judicious combination of quantitative elemental maps and static raster probes adds not only an additional overall perception of what is occurring during a particular biological manipulation or event, but substantially increases data productivity. Recent advances in microcomputer instrumentation and software have made readily feasible the acquisition and processing of digital quantitative x-ray maps of one to several cells.

Purpose The purpose of this study was to explore the perceptions of special education practitioners (i.e., speech-language pathologists, special educators, para-educators, and other related service providers) on their role as communication partners after participation in the Social Communication and Engagement Triad (Buckley et al., 2015 ) yearlong professional learning program. Method A qualitative approach using interviews and purposeful sampling was used. A total of 22 participants who completed participation in either Year 1 or Year 2 of the program were interviewed. Participants were speech-language pathologists, special educators, para-educators, and other related service providers. Using a grounded theory approach (Glaser & Strauss, 1967 ) to data analysis, open, axial, and selective coding procedures were followed. Results Three themes emerged from the data analysis and included engagement as the goal, role as a communication partner, and importance of collaboration. Conclusions Findings supported the notion that educators see the value of an integrative approach to service delivery, supporting students' social communication and engagement across the school day but also recognizing the challenges they face in making this a reality.

The communicative performance of 4 preoperational-level adolescents, using limited speech, gestures, and communication board techniques, was examined in a two-part investigation. In Part 1, each subject participated in an academic interaction with a teacher in a therapy room. Data were transcribed and coded for communication mode, function, and role. Two subjects were found to predominantly use the speech mode, while the remaining 2 predominantly used board and one other mode. The majority of productions consisted of responses to requests, and the initiator role was infrequently occupied. These findings were similar to those reported in previous investigations conducted in classroom settings. In Part 2, another examination of the communicative performance of these subjects was conducted in spontaneous interactions involving speaking and nonspeaking peers in a therapy room. Using the same data analysis procedures, gesture and speech modes predominated for 3 of the subjects in the nonspeaking peer interactions. The remaining subject exhibited minimal interaction. No consistent pattern of mode usage was exhibited across the speaking peer interactions. In the nonspeaking peer interactions, requests predominated. In contrast, a variety of communication functions was exhibited in the speaking peer interactions. Both the initiator and the maintainer roles were occupied in the majority of interactions. Pertinent variables and clinical implications are discussed.
