ABSTRACT The research objective is to prove and explain the effect of earnings per share, debt to equity ratio, interest rates and inflation on the price to book value (corporate banking in Indonesia in 2007-2012. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. The data required in research this is obtained of Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD), Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and Bank Indonesia (BI). the method of data analysis used is multiple linear regression. the study concluded that there is influence of earning per share, debt to equity ratio, interest interest and inflation to price to book value in banking in Indonesia Stock Exchange. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian adalah membuktikan dan menjelaskan pengaruh earning per share, debt to equity ratio, suku bunga dan inflasi terhadap price to book value (perusahaan perbankan di Indonesia tahun 2007-2012. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD), Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan Bank Indonesia (BI). This study aims to analyze the effect of return on assets, debt to equity ratio, and return on equity to earnings per share. This study took as many as 41 companies in the basic and chemical industry sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period determined by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using the robust least square (RLS) method. The results of the study prove that partially return on assets and return on equity have a significant effect on earnings per share, but the debt to equity ratio has not been able to provide a significant effect on earnings per share. This finding also proves that simultaneous return on assets, debt to equity ratio and return on equity have a significant effect on earnings per share. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh return on assets, debt to equity ratio, dan return on equity terhadap earnings per share. Penelitian ini mengambil subjek yaitu sebanyak 41 perusahaan sektor industri dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dalam periode 2014-2018 yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode robust least square (RLS). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa secara parsial return on assets dan return on equity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap earning per share, namun debt to equity ratio belum mampu memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadan earnings per share. Temuan ini juga membuktikan bahwa secara simultan return on assets, debt to equity ratio dan return on equity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap earning per share.

Abstract : This research aims to know the influence of Current Ratio, Inventory Turnover Ratio, Cash Turnover and Debt To Equity Ratio against the Return On Investment. The population in the study, namely the production of industrial companies listed on the stock exchange of Malaysia Year 2016 totalling 233 companies. Type of this research is quantitative research. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples as many as 131 research company. Methods of data analysis used in the study are using multiple linear regression test. Data analysis using SPSS 17 assistance. The results of this study indicate that a variable Inventory Turnover Ratio effect on Return On Investment. While the Current Ratio, variable Cash Turnover and Debt To Equity Ratio has no effect against a Return On InvestmentAbstraksi : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio, Rasio Perputaran Persediaan, Perputaran Kas dan Rasio Hutang terhadap Ekuitas terhadap Return On Investment. Populasi dalam penelitian, yaitu produksi perusahaan industri yang terdaftar di bursa efek Malaysia Tahun 2016 berjumlah 233 perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 131 perusahaan penelitian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Analisis data menggunakan bantuan SPSS 17. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Inventory Turnover Ratio berpengaruh terhadap Return On Investment. Sedangkan Current Ratio, variabel Cash Turnover dan Debt To Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return On Investment.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling, di dapatkan tiga sampel perusahaan dari sembilan perusahaan pertambangan sub sektor logam dan mineral. Data diolah dan dianalisis menggunakanan alisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan koefisien korelasi keempat variabel bebas mempunyai hubungan yang sangat kuat terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan pertambangan sub sektor logam dan mineral yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara simultan penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa variabel yaitu Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, Suku Bunga, dan Inflasi secara bersasma-sama mempunyai pengaruh terhadap harga saham, sedangkan secara parsial dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari keempat variabel tersebut Inflasi berpengaruh dominan terhadap Harga Saham pada prusahaan pertambangan sub sektor logam dan mineral yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Kata kunci :  Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, Suku Bunga, Inflasi   ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of simultaneously and partially by using Purposive Sampling technique, found three companies from nine mining companies of metal and mineral sub sector. Data was processed and analyze by multiple linear regression analysis method. Based on correlation coefficient by four independent variabels has a very strong relation on stock prices Mining Companies Sub-Sector Metals and Minerals listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the results of the simultaneous analysis of this study explained that the variables of Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, Interest Rates, and Inflation together have an influence on Stock Price. By the partially can be concluded that from the four variables Inflation has a dominant influence on stock prices Mining companies sub-sector metals and minerals listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. ABSTRACT   This study aims to determine the effect of exchange rates, Interest Rates Sertificates of Bank Indonesia and inflation on the Composite Stock Price Index in the  Indonesian stock exchange. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The samples obtained were 60 samples. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the exchange rate has a negative and significant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index. Interest Rates Certificates of Bank Indonesia and Inflation has a negative and unsignificant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index. Collectively exchange rate, Interest Rates, Certificate of Bank Indonesia and inflation have a positive and significant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index.   Keywords: Exchange rates, Interest Rates Certificates of Bank Indonesia, inflation and Composite Stock Price Index. ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Nilai Tukar, Suku Bunga SBI dan Inflasi terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Sampel diperoleh sejumlah 60 sampel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa Nilai Tukar berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan, Suku Bunga SBI dan Inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan. Secara bersama Nilai Tukar, Suku Bunga SBI dan Inflasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan. Kata Kunci : Nilai Tukar, Suku Bunga SBI, Inflasi dan IHSG.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Price Earning Ratio (PER) on the movement of stock prices in the Sri Kehati Index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2016-2018. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, with the criteria that the company was listed consecutively in the Sri Kehati index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018 and submitted audited financial information published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange data base during the 2016- 2018. From purposive sampling according to the criteria that have been determined in this study, it was found 22 companies as the research sample from a population of 25 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results show that Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Price Earning Ratio (PER) have a positive effect on stock prices, Earning Per Share (EPS) has a positive effect on stock prices, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) ) has a positive effect on stock prices, Price Earning Ratio (PER) has a positive effect on stock prices. This study aims to determine the effect of debt to equity ratio and profitability on company value with dividend policy as a moderating variable in Consumer Industry Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2018. The population in this study is a Consumer Industry Companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, in order to obtain 17 companies with 4 years of observation to 68 observations. The data analysis tool uses SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the analysis show that the debt to equity ratio has a positive and significant effect on company value, profitability has no effect on company value, dividend policy is able to moderate the effect of debt to equity ratio and profitability on company value and dividend policy is not able to moderate the effect of profitability on company value. Debt to equity ratio and profitability can explain the value of the company value by 62.7% while the remaining 37.3% is explained by other variables. Suggestions for company value to be able to pay attention and regulate as well as possible the level of utilization of the profits obtained and the determination of dividends to be distributed to investors in making decisions related to increasing company value. A B S T R A C T This study aims to examine the effect of return on equity, debt equity ratio, earnings per share, interest rates and the Exchange Rate To return under common control. Sample is the company-consumer goods industry sector company listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange 2008-2011. Testing is done by multiple linear regression. Test results showed that the earnings per share and interest rates showed a significant influence under common thing against return. Return on equity, debt to equity ratio, Exchange Rate indicates the findings of no effect. Results showed that the accounting information is a prayer One That information is used to review adopted a decision to invest. Future research is recommended to review conduct tests with samples of different industries and adding new accounting information in addition to that already examined. A B S T R A K Penelitian bertujuan menguji pengaruh return on equity, debt equity of ratio, earning per share, suku bunga dan nilai tukar terhadap return saham. Sampel adalah perusahaan-perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2008–2011. Pengujian dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa earning per share dan suku bunga menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap return saham. Return on equity, debt to equity ratio, nilai tukar menunjukkan hasil tidak berpengaruh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa informasi akuntansi merupakan salah satu informasi yang digunakan untuk mengambil keputusan berinvestasi. Penelitian mendatang disarankan untuk melakukan pengujian dengan sampel industri berbeda dan menambahkan informasi akuntansi baru selain yang telah diteliti. JEL Classification: G14, G10

This study was conducted to examine the effect of Earnings Per Share, Net Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio toward Stock Price on manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the years 2009-2012. The population consists of 36 companies and are used as a sample of 17  ompanies. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method. Data were tested by using multiple regression analysis and hypothesis test with 5% level of confidence. The research results that the variables Earnings Per Share (EPS) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) gives significantly positive effect on Stock Price. The other variables Debt to Equity Ratio is not significantly to Stock Price. We suggest for investors in Indonesia Stock Exchange that paying attention other factors that regards Stock Price because with those information they can make the best decision for their investments

The research aims to analyze the effect of  Return On Equity (ROE ), Return On Asset (ROA), Net Income (NI) and Debt to Equity  (DER) on partially and simultaneously to Return Investment (RI) in property companies. Data were collected from secondary data in the financial documentation of Indonesian Capital Market  Directory ( ICMD ) and also can download in the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange www. IDX.co.id. Data analysis was using Eviews version  7.1. The results show that: ROE, ROA, NI, and DER simultaneously significant effect on the property company’s stock return, but partially only ROE and DER variable that significantly effects on stock return.
