ABSTRACT This study aims to test and analyze empirically the effect of tax authority service quality, justice dimensions and taxpayer awareness on individual tax compliance. A common problem in this study is that the level of mandatory compliance in Tax Service Office in Depok has fluctuated every year. The population in this study is an individual taxpayer in Tax Service Office Depok. Until the end of 2015 there were 241,518 active taxpayers. Sampling is done by proportional sampling method. The number of samples is determined by 110 people. The primary data collection method used is the questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, evidence was obtained that the quality of service of the tax authorities, the dimensions of justice and awareness of taxpayers had a significant positive effect on individual tax compliance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis secara empiris pengaruh kualitas pelayanan fiskus, dimensi keadilan dan kesadaran wajib pajak terhadap kepatuhan pajak orang pribadi. Permasalahan umum dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat kepatuhan wajib di KPP Depok mengalami fluktuatif naik turun setiap tahunnya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para wajib pajak orang pribadi yang ada di KPP Depok. Sampai dengan akhir tahun 2015 tercatat sebanyak 241.518 wajib pajak aktif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode proportional sampling. Jumlah sampel ditentukan 110 orang. Metode pengumpulan data primer yang dipakai adalah dengan metode angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan diperoleh bukti bahwa kualitas pelayanan fiskus, dimensi keadilan dan kesadaran wajib pajak memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pajak orang pribadi. This research was conducted at the Joint Office of SAMSAT Denpasar. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents with a sampling technique that is proportionate stratified random sampling method. Data collection in this study was conducted by a questionnaire method with data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that SAMSAT corner service, taxpayer awareness, tax socialization, and service quality had a positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. This means that the better SAMSAT corner service, awareness of taxpayers, tax socialization, and quality of service will also increase motor vehicle taxpayers compliance in terms of meeting their tax obligations. The objectives of this research to empirically analyze the influence of independency, objectivity, job experience, knowledge, integrity, of audit quality. The population in this research are all auditor’s who worked on the Inspectorate of the city/ county in north Sulawesi. Sampling was conducted using a purposive sampling method and number of samples of 112 respondents. Primary data collection method used is questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used in This research is the technique of multiple regression analysis. The result showed that the independence, knowledge and integrity of the variables do not have a significant impact on audit quality. While the objectivity and job experience have a significant impact on audit quality

The number of taxpayers is increasing from year to year but there are still obstacles that can hinder efforts to increase the tax ratio, which becomes an obstacle is tax compliance. Several factors that can affect taxpayer compliance taken in this study are fiscal services and taxpayer attitudes. This research was conducted to assess the level of taxpayer compliance, especially individuals in the city of Bandung by using this independent variable. Fiscal service variables and taxpayer attitudes were chosen because they tend to be more in line with individual taxpayers than other variables. Because these two variables are directly related to how individual taxpayers will determine the attitude of taxpayers on taxpayer compliance and individual taxpayers with tax authorities, in this case taxpayer services on taxpayer compliance. The population in this study is an individual taxpayer who is in the city of Bandung. Based on data obtained from five Primary Tax Offices in Bandung until 2016, there were 749,929 people who were personal taxpayers. Not all effective individual taxpayers obey the existing rules, so that the research is carried out because of their large number, therefore for time and cost efficiency sampling is carried out. Sampling was conducted on 400 people using probability sampling methods. The primary data collection method used was a questionnaire method, while the data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, it is concluded that fiscal services and taxpayer attitudes have a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance either simultaneously or partially. Jumlah wajib pajak dari tahun ke tahun semakin meningkat tetapi masih ada kendala yang dapat menghambat upaya peningkatan rasio pajak, yang menjadi kendala adalah kepatuhan pajak (tax compliance). Beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kepatuhan wajib pajak yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah pelayanan fiskal dan sikap wajib pajak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menilai tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajak, terutama orang pribadi di kota Bandung dengan menggunakan variabel independen ini. Variabel pelayanan fiskal dan sikap wajib pajak dipilih karena cenderung lebih sesuai dengan wajib pajak orang pribadi dibandingkan dengan variabel lain. Karena kedua variabel tersebut berhubungan langsung dengan bagaimana wajib pajak orang pribadi akan menentukan sikap wajib pajak pada kepatuhan wajib pajak dan wajib pajak orang pribadi dengan otoritas pajak dalam hal ini layanan wajib pajak pada kepatuhan wajib pajak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah wajib pajak orang pribadi yang berada di Kota Bandung. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari lima Kantor Pajak Pratama di Bandung hingga 2016 tercatat sebanyak 749.929 orang yang merupakan wajib pajak pribadi. Tidak semua wajib pajak perorangan yang efektif tunduk pada aturan yang ada, sehingga pada penelitian yang dilakukan karena jumlah mereka yang besar, oleh karena itu untuk efisiensi waktu dan biaya dilakukan pengambilan sampel. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada 400 orang dengan menggunakan metode probability sampling. Metode pengumpulan data primer yang digunakan adalah dengan metode kuesioner, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa jasa fiskal dan sikap wajib pajak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak baik secara simultan maupun parsial.

<p>The purpose of this study is to find out a significant influence between Knowledge and Understanding of Taxation, Tax Service Quality, and Tax Awareness on the Compliance of Individual Taxpayers registered at the KPP of Jakarta Penjaringan. The research method used is multiple regression analysis. The data used are primary data; a sample is determined by convenience sampling method, data collected using a questionnaire. Respondents in this study amounted to 100 people. The results of this study are knowledge and understanding of taxation, tax service quality, and tax awareness have a significant positive effect on the compliance of individual taxpayers. This study also proves that tax awareness, knowledge, and understanding of taxation, and tax service quality are jointly influential towards individual taxpayer compliance.</p>

This study aims to examine the influence of knowledge of taxpayers, taxpayer awareness, motor vehicle tax sanctions, and samsat drive thru system of tax compliance on motor vehicles in samsat south jakarta.The data that is this study are “primary data from the results of questionnaires. respondents in the system samsat drive thru”. The questionnaire was distributed to 125 respondents and data that can be processed are 100 questionnaires.. the sampling method used accidental sampling. The data analysis techniques in this study used “multiple linear regression techniques”.The result of regression analysis shows that “the knowledge of taxpayers, taxpayer awareness and samsat drive thru system have a positive effect on motor vehicle tax compliance while motor vehicle tax sanction has no significant effect on vehicle tax compliance”.

This study aimed to examine the effect of knowledge of the taxpayer, the taxpayer awareness, motor vehicle tax penalties, and the system of samsat drive thru on tax compliance in the motor vehicle in samsat Bantul. The data that is used in this study are primary data from the results of questionnaires. Respondents in this study are the taxpayer automobiles that make tax payments in the system samsat drive-thru. The questionnaire was distributed to 110 respondents and data that can be processed are 100 questionnaires. The sampling method used accidental sampling. The data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression techniques. Results of regression analysis showed that the awareness of taxpayers and system of samsat drive-thru has positive effect on tax compliance motor vehicle while knowledge of taxpayers and tax penalties vehicle had no significant effect on tax compliance vehicle.   Keywords: Knowledge taxpayer, taxpayer awareness, tax penalties motor vehicles, and drive-thru samsat systems, motor vehicle tax compliance.

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.

The purpose of this research is to know, the influence of e-samsat program to the satisfaction of service quality, the influence of the satisfaction of service quality to the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayer, the influence of e-samsat program to the compliance of the motor vehicle taxpayers, and to know the effect of e-samsat program on compulsory compliance motor vehicle tax through satisfaction of service quality as intervening variable in Special Region of Yogyakarta. We use primary data. The sample of research is 75 taxpayers but the sample that can be processed only 74.The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used path analysis, t test, F test, and R2 test. Based on result of research by using path analysis that, e-samsat program have a significant positive effect to service quality satisfaction, service quality satisfaction has a significant positive effect to vehicle taxpayer compliance, e-samsat program has a significant positive effect on vehicle taxpayer compliance and program e-samsat has a significant positive effect on the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers through the satisfaction of service quality.Keywords: e-samsat program, service quality satisfaction, and taxpayer compliance

The purpose of this research was to obtain empirical evidence on the influence of audit experience, knowledge of detecting errors, independence and audit tenure on audit judgment. This research was conducted at Public Accountant Office in Bali area and registered in IAPI year 2017 with primary data collection method that is questioner. The number of samples analyzed by 44 respondents, and using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The final result of the research states that the higher the audit experience the more accurate audit judgment. Increasing the knowledge detecting errors an auditer so audit judgment is more accurate. The higher the independence of an auditor the audit judgment is more accurate. The more audit tenure an auditer the audit judgment more accurate.
