This study aims to identify the factors that influence the digital literacy competence of students in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics, Kadiri University the sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with one hundred students as respondents. The analysis used Confirmatory Factor Analysis, the results of the study show that there are three factors that affect the level of digital literacy competence of students, including: 1) environmental support factors consisting of campus environment and family roles, 2) socio-economic conditions which include individual financial conditions critical of the media, and 3) the intensity of media use which consists of the use of digital media in daily activities and work on academic assignments.

Creativity has an important role for organizations to implement new services and processes. This implies that employees in the organization must be creative to maintain organizational growth and to face today's business challenges.This Study aims to determine the relationship between humble leadership, creative process engagement, intrinsic motivation, and employee creativity. The study is quantitative with data collection methods using a questionnaire on 145 employees of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk in the Customer development department and processed using analysis tools Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 3.0). The results show that humble leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee creativity when a leader applies the humble leadership style it will be able to increase the creativity of the employees. Creative process engagement mediates the relationship between humble leadership and employee creativity partially and intrinsic motivation partially mediates the relationship between humble leadership and employee creativity

This study aims to validate the effect of online review and application of virtual reality on attitudes towards destinations and canceling intentions to visit destinations. The research approach uses quantitative data and data with survey methods. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling which is part of nonprobability sampling. The research sample is a consumer who is active in online activities and can use a website, with a minimum age of 19 years as many as 160 samples. The analysis technique used is anova analysis and regression. The results showed that online reviews and the application of virtual reality had a positive effect on attitudes towards destinations and intention to visit destinations. Then online positive and negative reviews have a significant effect on attitudes towards destinations and intention to visit destinations. Meanwhile, the application of virtual reality also has a significant effect on attitudes towards destinations and intention to visit destinations. This research also shows that the level attitude towards the purpose of visiting tourism can review and weaken the intention to visit the destination. With these results, the perceived attitude of tourist destinations towards tourism can assess or weaken the intention to visit tourist destinations

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Kurva Pembelajaran pada industri pengolahan nonmigas skala besar dan menengah di Indonesia periode 2008-2018. Data sekunder untuk pooled type dikumpulkan dari Badan Pusat Statistik Indonesia periode 2008-2018. Data diolah menggunakan POM-QM for Windows versi 5.3 yang diproduksi oleh Pearson Education. Analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Rata-rata Kurva Pembelajaran industri pengolahan nonmigas di Indonesia periode 2008-2018 sebesar 58,20 persen.

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of OCB on Employee Engagement, OCB on Organizational Commitment, Employee Engagement on Organizational Commitment, and whether there is evidence that Employee Engagement as mediation effects Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Organizational Commitment. With the help of literature, the current study develops four hypotheses regarding Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Commitment. The distribution of questionnaires was used for data collection at the Pasuruan City Financial and Asset Management Agency and the Pasuruan City Regional Revenue Agency with 59 employees and a sample of 50 employees. Using Partial Least Square as a data analysis method, the results show that OCB has a significant effect on Employee Engagement, OCB has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Employee Engagement has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment and OCB indirectly through Employee Engagement as an intervening variable has no significant effect on Commitment. The purpose of this research is to show the fraud pentagon perspective on academic cheating in accounting students. The independent variabels in this research are pressure, opportunity, rationalization, capabilities, and personal ethics, while dependent variabel is academic cheating. This research used primary data on online questionnaire. The sample of this research used purposive sampling with criteria of STIE Perbanas Surabaya active accounting students until 2019 and willing to fill out a questionnaire. The research used multiple linear regression. The result is pressure, opportunity, rationalization, and capabilities no effect on cheating academic, while personal ethics negative effect on cheating academic. This is because STIE Perbanas Surabaya has character building activities namely Super Soft skills Mentoring (SSM) which makes the students have good personal ethics, so that minor academic cheating occurs.

This quantitative study aims to find out the development of MSMEs in the Madura region which is based on financial inclusion. The data collection method used a purposive sampling technique in determining the number of samples of MSMEs in the Madura region, especially Bangkalan and Pamekasan regencies. Based on the results of the study which were analyzed using multiple linear regression, it showed that financial inclusion in Madura, which was measured based on the service variables, access to capital, and mentoring, had an impact on the development of MSME businesses in Madura.”,,,

Bali is one of the tourism barometers in Indonesia which also supports the Indonesian economy. Various strategic steps were taken to attract tourist visits to Bali. Interest will lead as consideration for a tourist to make various tourism decisions, one of which is visiting decisions. The decision to visit can be influenced by several factors, one of them is influenced by psychological factors of tourist as a consumer. Psychological factors are a person's internal processes that exist within the consumer itself which consists of motivation, perception, attitude, learning and personality that have a very strong influence on consumers in making purchasing decisions which in this study are visiting decision making. Data collection was carried out by using a questionnaire method which was distributed to the respondents. Respondents of this study were domestic tourists who visited the Neka Museum in 2020. Based on the results of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, it was found that motivation, attitudes, perceptions, and personality had a positive and significant effect on visiting decisions. Learning variables do not have a significant effect on visiting decisions.
