<p>The purpose of this study is to find out a significant influence between Knowledge and Understanding of Taxation, Tax Service Quality, and Tax Awareness on the Compliance of Individual Taxpayers registered at the KPP of Jakarta Penjaringan. The research method used is multiple regression analysis. The data used are primary data; a sample is determined by convenience sampling method, data collected using a questionnaire. Respondents in this study amounted to 100 people. The results of this study are knowledge and understanding of taxation, tax service quality, and tax awareness have a significant positive effect on the compliance of individual taxpayers. This study also proves that tax awareness, knowledge, and understanding of taxation, and tax service quality are jointly influential towards individual taxpayer compliance.</p>

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality and fairness on taxpayer compliance and the mediating role of satisfaction in the effect of service quality and fairness on taxpayer compliance. The population of this research is individual local taxpayers in Samarinda. The sample of this study is 164 respondents selected using non probability method with convenience sampling technique. This study uses primary data obtained from seven-scale Likert questionnaires. The data were analyzed using path analysis in SPSS. The results of this study show that, first, service quality has a significant positive effect on satisfaction and taxpayer compliance; second, fairness has an insignificant effect on satisfaction and taxpayer compliance; third, satisfaction has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance; fourth, service quality has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance mediated by satisfaction; fifth, mediated by satisfaction, fairness has no significant effect on tax compliance.

Zakat can become a significant source of state revenue. This can be realized if the people of Islam in Indonesia obedient in paying the zakat. Besides, the zakat institution in charge of managing the zakat must be honest, transparent and accountable in managing the zakat so that can increase the confidence of zakat payers (muzakki). But in reality, until this time there are still found a lack of potential for the payment of zakat in Indonesia. There are several factors that lead to loyalty of zakat payers that will increase zakat collection, such as accountability, transparency, and service quality applied by zakat management organization.This study aims to examine the effect of accountability, transparency, and service quality toward loyalty of zakat payers. This research is a quantitative study with primary data from questionnaires distributed to zakat payers of zakat management organization in Purwokerto. Sampling technique uses a convenience sampling method. There are 100 respondents that fulfilled questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that accountability, transparency, and service quality have a significant and positive effect toward loyalty of zakat payers.

The purpose of this research is to know, the influence of e-samsat program to the satisfaction of service quality, the influence of the satisfaction of service quality to the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayer, the influence of e-samsat program to the compliance of the motor vehicle taxpayers, and to know the effect of e-samsat program on compulsory compliance motor vehicle tax through satisfaction of service quality as intervening variable in Special Region of Yogyakarta. We use primary data. The sample of research is 75 taxpayers but the sample that can be processed only 74.The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used path analysis, t test, F test, and R2 test. Based on result of research by using path analysis that, e-samsat program have a significant positive effect to service quality satisfaction, service quality satisfaction has a significant positive effect to vehicle taxpayer compliance, e-samsat program has a significant positive effect on vehicle taxpayer compliance and program e-samsat has a significant positive effect on the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers through the satisfaction of service quality.Keywords: e-samsat program, service quality satisfaction, and taxpayer compliance

Tax Revenue is one of the most important sources of revenue for making the state expenditure budget (APBN). As a revenue dominant source for APBN derived from tax sector. The main objective of this study is to analyze the effect of tax sanctions and tax service quality on individual tax compliance.   This study focus on individual entrepreneurs tax payer those registered at the Primary Tax Office Tigaraksa (KPP Pratama Tigaraksa) especially in Gading Serpong Tangerang. Samples were selected by convenience sampling method, the data used in this study is primary data.  The results show indicate (1) tax sanction has significantly affect to individual tax compliance, (2) tax service quality has significantly affect to individual tax compliance, (3) tax sanction and tax service quality have significantly affect to  individual tax compliance. ABSTRACT This study aims to test and analyze empirically the effect of tax authority service quality, justice dimensions and taxpayer awareness on individual tax compliance. A common problem in this study is that the level of mandatory compliance in Tax Service Office in Depok has fluctuated every year. The population in this study is an individual taxpayer in Tax Service Office Depok. Until the end of 2015 there were 241,518 active taxpayers. Sampling is done by proportional sampling method. The number of samples is determined by 110 people. The primary data collection method used is the questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, evidence was obtained that the quality of service of the tax authorities, the dimensions of justice and awareness of taxpayers had a significant positive effect on individual tax compliance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis secara empiris pengaruh kualitas pelayanan fiskus, dimensi keadilan dan kesadaran wajib pajak terhadap kepatuhan pajak orang pribadi. Permasalahan umum dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat kepatuhan wajib di KPP Depok mengalami fluktuatif naik turun setiap tahunnya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para wajib pajak orang pribadi yang ada di KPP Depok. Sampai dengan akhir tahun 2015 tercatat sebanyak 241.518 wajib pajak aktif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode proportional sampling. Jumlah sampel ditentukan 110 orang. Metode pengumpulan data primer yang dipakai adalah dengan metode angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan diperoleh bukti bahwa kualitas pelayanan fiskus, dimensi keadilan dan kesadaran wajib pajak memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pajak orang pribadi. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of service quality, trust and commitment to community satisfaction. The population in this study were all people who used services in Pandean Lamper Village, Gayamsari District, Semarang City, amounting to 741 people (Data for April-May 2016). While the samples taken were 88 people. Sampling uses stratified proportional sampling. The data analysis tool used in this study is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study: There is a significant positive effect between the quality of service on community satisfaction. There is a significant influence between trust in community satisfaction. There is a significant influence between commitment to community satisfaction. There is a significant influence between service quality, trust and commitment to community satisfaction

This study aims to test the effect of service quality of electronic taxing system and tax employee competence on taxpayer satisfaction. The variables on this study was measured by using questionnaire. The sample of this study is personal Taxpayer who is running business activities and is registered at the Primary Tax Office of Bengkulu. The data used in this study is primary data. The hypothesis of the study is tested by using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the assistance of SPSS. The result of this study revealed that the service quality of electronic taxing system and tax employee competence had positive effect on the taxpayer satisfaction.Key Words: Service Quality of Electronic Taxing System, Tax Employee Competence, and Taxpayer Satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of applying e-filing and knowledge of taxation on taxpayer compliance. Compliance costs as moderating variable that moderate relations between application e-filing and knowledge taxation on the taxpayer compliance. The population in this study is taxpayers in Padang city. The number off samples used was 100 respondents with the sampling method using purposive sampling. The data used in this study are primary data. Data collection techniques are done by questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression and moderated regression analysis. The results obtained are the application of e-filing has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance, knowledge of taxation does not affect taxpayer compliance, compliance costs proved to moderate the relationship between the implementation of e-filing and taxpayer compliance, and the cost of compliance was not proven to moderate the knowledge relationship of taxation with taxpayer compliance

This study aims to examine analysis of factors affecting on taxpayer compliance. This type of research includes quantitative research using primary data obtained directly by respondents using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all land and building taxpayers in Tawengan Village. The method used in the selection of samples is purposive sampling method using solvin formula and set samples based on criteria determined by researchers. Respondents in this study were 138 respondents. Based on the results of processing primary data (questionnaires) with multiple linear regression analysis methods, F test and t test known variables of taxation socialization, understanding taxation procedures, awareness of taxpayers and tax sanctions simultaneously significantly influence taxpayer compliance. Partially, this study shows that tax socialization and tax sanctions have a significant positive effect on tax compliance. While understanding taxation procedures and awareness of taxpayers does not have a significant influence on taxpayer compliance in paying land and building taxes

This study aims to determine the effect of tax knowledge, service quality, tax examination, and technology on local taxpayer compliance. This study uses primary data that is based on respondents' answers to questionnaires distributed to 90 registered taxpayers at the Badung Regency Revenue Agency. The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling. The population uses all hotel taxpayers, restaurants and entertainment taxpayers who have used online-based monitoring systems as many as 904 taxpayers and based on the criteria determined the number of samples is 90 taxpayers. Data analysis techniques were performed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The analysis shows that tax knowledge has a positive effect on compliance with local taxpayers. Quality of service has a positive effect on local taxpayer compliance. Tax examination has a positive effect on local taxpayer compliance. Technology has a positive effect on local taxpayer compliance.
