Lack of parental or community knowledge of the symptoms of autism in their children results in neglected early detection. This of course can be too late in the treatment of autism in the future. Therefore, this study aims to design a web-based expert system for diagnosing children's autism. The development model used to design an autism expert system in children is a waterfall and implements the forward chaining method and the certainty factor method. While the data collection methods consisted of interview methods and literature study methods. From the results of the calculation test, it is concluded that the results of manual calculations and the web-based application of an expert system for autism diagnosis in children are the same as the results of the 98% confidence level. With this web-based autism expert system in children, it is hoped that it can help parents or the community to detect autism in their children early on.Keywords:Autism, Expert System, Web Based, Forward chaining Method, Certainty factor Method.

Abstract :In cultivating durian farmers often suffer losses because durian plants are always attacked by pests and durian plant diseases because farmers still use manual methods to find out in dealing with durian plant diseases. From the existing problems, the purpose of this study is to design an expert system with Certainty factor method in handling web-based durian plant diseases that can be accessed by anyone. The benefits of this research provide convenience and help farmers to consult those who have activities worthy of a very experienced system such as experts. The expert system method used is using Certainty factor. The research methodology used by using a qualitative approach. The location of this research was conducted at the Asahan District Agriculture Service specifically in the field of plantations. The design model uses the Rad model, the programming language used by PHP and MySQL as its database. The results of this study are expected by the application of an expert system using the web-based Certainty factor method to diagnose diseases in durian plants and provide treatment solutions so that it can make it easier for farmers and communities to deal with diseases in the durian plants.                                       Keywords: Expert System; Durian; Certainty factor  Abstrak: Dalam membudidayakan durian petani selalu merasa rugi disebabkan tanaman durian selalu diserang para hama dan penyakit tanaman durian dikarenakan mereka tetap memakai cara yang kuno saat mendeteksi serta mengatasi penyakit tanaman durian. Dari permasalahan tersebut jadi tujuan penelitian ini agar merancang sistem pakar dengan metode Certainty factor pada penanganan penyakit tanaman durian berbasis web yang dapat diakses oleh siapa saja. Manfaat dari penelitian ini memberikan serta mempermudah juga menolong para petani ketika bertanya, juga mempunyai aktifitas seperti sistem yang handal bagaikan para ahli. Metode sistem pakar yang digunakan menggunkan Certainty factor. Metodeologi penelitian yang dipakai dengan mengguna-kan kualitatif. Tempat penelitian ini berada pada Dinas Pertanian kabupaten Asahan khusus nya dibidang perkebunan. Model perancangan menggunakan model Rad, bahasa pemograman yang dipakai php dan MySQL menjadi penyimpanan data nya. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini diharapkan dengan adanya aplikasi sistem pakar memakai cara Certainty factor berjalan di web dapat mendiagnosa penyakit pada tanaman durian dan memberikan solusi penanganannya sehingga dapat lebih memudahkan petani dan masyarakat dalam menangani penyakit pada tanaman durian tersebut. Kata Kunci : Sistem Pakar; Durian; Certainty Factor

In this study, an expert system is used to detect symptoms of damage to computer hardware. With the application of certainty factor models, it is expected to be able to detect symptoms of damage to computer hardware starting with the symptoms of damage from the computer along with solutions for handling the damage. This study aims to produce a fault diagnosis application on web-based computer hardware. This application is expected to make it easier for users to find solutions regarding experienced hardware problems. This expert system application is made using the certainty factor method so that the resulting diagnosis will display symptoms that have more certainty factors. This application was designed using UML and the PHP programming language with black-box testing. The study was conducted by collecting data through literature study, browsing, and interviews. The research method used is the waterfall method. The time of the research is from September 2019 to February 2020. This research is in an application to diagnose damage to computer hardware. Computer Hardware Damage Detection Application can be a guide for computer users in overcoming the damage to hardware with certainty factor methods and can help users in caring for computer hardware so it is not easily damaged.

Chicken farming is one of the promising business potentials, but in management and care, it is very important to determine the success of chicken farming. Often in the care of negligent employees so that they are exposed to disease outbreaks. With various types of diseases that attack the symptoms are very similar and even the same as other diseases, therefore an expert system can be used to diagnose a disease by looking at the characteristics of the disease suffered, and how the solution is to treat or prevent the disease In the study, it discusses 8 types of broiler diseases, where the expert system method used is the Fuzzy Max method, Forward Chaining, and Certainty Factor. From the results of the Fuzzy Max method, the results showed an accuracy of 80% - 90% for all types of diseases, while the Certainty Factor method showed 96% - 99% for all types of diseases.Keywords— Expert System, Fuzzy Max, Certainty Factor,  Forward Chaining.

Mosquitoes are insects that often make us worried because of the bite. One of the dangers caused by mosquito bites is a variety of diseases that can even cause death. Indonesia is a tropical country that is endemic in diseases that are spread by mosquitoes, such as dengue fever, malaria, and filariasis (elephantiasis). The expert system of first aid diagnosis of diseases caused by mosquito bites will be an alternative to overcome the problems that occur so that later the public can find out about information and do first aid to diseases caused by mosquito bites. This system was built using the Certainty Factor method and implemented into an Android-based application to determine the type of disease suffered due to mosquito bites. Knowledgebase was obtained from interviews with Dr. Andik Setiawan, literature study, and browsing. The results of testing the expert system of first aid diagnosis of diseases caused by mosquito bites is known that the Certainty Factor method is able to determine the type of disease from the symptoms mentioned by 40.8%.

When seeking a consultation to diagnose drugs and find out the solutions of prevention and control over drugs, users need time, money and energy to come and consult a doctor or rehabilitation officer at the National Narcotics Board of West Sumatera Province. Expert System to diagnose this drug user using Forward Chaining Method in selecting symptoms - symptoms that appear on the drug user and using the Certainty Factor Method to determine the amount of confidence or expert beliefs against the diagnosis results. Expert System is one of the implementation of technological development that can solve a problem like a human being. This system has the ability to diagnose the types of drugs used along with prevention and how to overcome them. Expert System is designed web-based using the programming language PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and MySQL databases, as well as internet connected that can facilitate people to diagnose the type of drugs and know the prevention and prevention of drug use.

People with Mental Disorders (ODGJ) as a trigger for people who suffer from disorders of thought, feeling and behavior cause changes in attitudes and behavior that hinder normal human functioning. Mental disorders as a syndrome characterized by a change in a person's behavior that will be associated with symptoms such as difficulties or disorders, as well as psychological functions and behavior that are not confident in dealing with people but can also be with that person. An expert system is an intelligent computer technology that is based on solving problems using inferential knowledge and procedures. As a problem solver, expert systems will also find it easier to make decisions or policies like humans do. This study aims to produce an expert system that is used to analyze mental disorders who can make similar decisions, as well as psychiatric specialists. The data processed in this study is scientific data on mental disorders ranging from types of mental illness, early symptoms of disease and patient diagnosis data by mental health specialists, then the data is processed using the Certainty Factor method and displayed in the form of a web-based application using the PHP programming language. and MySQL databases. The results obtained from testing the expert system using the Certainty Factor method show that there is a match between the results of an expert diagnosis of depression with a certainty level of 73%. An expert system for analyzing mental disorders using the Certainty Factor method can make it easier for sufferers to understand the type of mental disorder they are experiencing.

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan kebutuhan akan adanya alat bantu bagi peternak maupun penyuluh dalam mendiagnosis penyakit pada ayam. Basis pengetahuan sepenuhnya diambil dari pengetahuan pakar yang dapat mendiagnosa dan menentukan nama penyakit yang diderita oleh ayam. Penelitian ini dibuat berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan membandingkan 4 jurnal internasional yang berjudul “Expert system of quail disease diagnosis using forward chaining method, An Expert System for Management of Poultry Diseases, Developling Mobile Expert Web-based System Using Brainstroming Method, Disease Diagnosis System”. Berdasarkan keempat jurnal tersebut dapat dikembangkan inovasi baru berupa Sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit ayam menggunakan metode Certainty Factor. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan wawancara dan studi literature sehigga dapat menggumpulkan data yang lebih lengkap. Sistem Pakar ini akan di implementasikan kedalam sebuah aplikasi mobile berbasis android dengan harapan memudahkan user dalam menggunakan karena dibuat kedalam aplikasi android sehingga bisa di install dalam handphone. Hasil akhir berupa suatu informasi data penyakit dengan nilai Certainty Factor/kepastian.Kata Kunci — Diagnosa Penyakit Ayam, Sistem Pakar, Android, Certainty FectorThis study was conducted based on the need for tools for farmers and extension workers in diagnosingdiseases in chickens. The knowledge base is completely drawn from the expert knowledge that can diagnose and determine the name of the disease suffered by chickens. This study was based on the results of the analysis by comparing four international journals entitled "Expert system of quail disease diagnosis using forward chaining method, An Expert System for Management of Poultry Diseases, Developing Mobile Expert Web-based System Using Brainstroming Method, Disease Diagnosis System". Based on the four journals can be developed a new innovation in the form of expert system of chicken disease diagnosis using Certainty Factor method. <p><em>Coelogyne Pandurata or better known by the general name of black orchid, this orchid species only grows on the island of Borneo. Coelogyne Pandurata is an epiphytic orchid attached to other plants but not harmful. This orchid is one endemic of Borneo that requires human intervention to maintain its sustainability. Orchid plants are very susceptible to various pests and diseases. Because many orchid species are cultivated, the disease is difficult to recognize, because the symptoms of disease on orchids vary depending on the variety. The methods applied in this calculation are used Forward Chaining and Certainty Factor methods. This expert system allows users to diagnose pests that attack the Orchid Coelogyne Pandurata plant (Black Orchid Borneo) from various literature and initial observations. Expert Systems are computer-based applications that are used to solve problems as the expert thinks. Many college students majoring in Information Technology are difficult to get the thesis title topic even though it has been reading many journals and looking for some references. Therefore to make it easier college students, then the author wants to create an application where college students majoring in Information Technology can more easily get the thesis title topic so the work of thesis becomes more fluent and not obstructed. This app is web based. In system design, the author used several methods in his research that is method of Analyze, Design, and Implementation. Methods in the design of this expert system even this also used forward chaining method as tracking ahead and best first search method. And also using data collection method mean literature study and questionnaire from system that has been created. The result of Expert System of Thesis Title Topic Selection with Forward Chaining method web based expected to be useful and helpfully college students in getting the thesis title topic. Based on questionnaire that has been shared and filled, it can be said that the Expert System of Thesis Title Topic Selection with Forward Chaining Method Web Based is helpful and beneficial for the college students because it helps college student Information Technology in getting Thesis Title.
