Abstract. Music computer technologies is an independent section of modern information technology, the software and hardware complex of which allows performing operations with sound, creating and editing music material, forming and improving the music and educational process. The development of a methodology for mastering this toolkit, as well as the developing researchers’ international interaction, pose a problem for pedagogy to develop and use a unified terminological apparatus that most accurately and fully characterizes this phenomenon. The article proposed by the authors aims to identify opportunities for generalizing terminological developments that exist in this area in various research and pedagogical schools and traditions

The article describes the pedagogical conditions for organizing the educational process, training designers using modern information and communication technologies, performing tasks for students in practical and laboratory classes. The radical solution to the problem of increasing the effectiveness of education is not to expand the technical capabilities of modern information technology, but to develop a system of didactic and methodological principles of their application in the educational process.

In today’s world, the utilisation of modern information technology is becoming increasingly common in educational process – not only at primary and secondary school level, but most of all, at university level. The present article is a proposition of the implementation of information technology as a complement of microbiological laboratories. These classes are, most of all, practical, so a tweak of programs and simulations forms a prominent challenge for an academic. A student, who participates in laboratories, achieves specified abilities, however, he or she does not always have an opportunity to preserve them. In the thesis, there is presented a proposition of innovations, implemented into the educational process, which are a result of a long-time educational practice in terms of educating on the university level. Inasmuch as a complex process of teaching and learning (complete with concurrent components, which qualify its didactic effectiveness) is a subject matter of general didactics, the utilisation of information technology may form an excellent complement of laboratories. The utilisation of such solutions helps students to preserve the practical skills, which they acquire in laboratories. The emphasis is on simulation programs, and the open-source learning management system Moodle, which are considered as educational tools which have a relevant impact on the tenor of learner’s cognitive processing. Taking into consideration the advantages of these tools, and the commonness of modern information technology, the authors indicated a large universality of this medium, and its usefulness in the problem and empirical teaching. The presented group of software may bring a significant contribution to the development, the desirability, and the increase of absorption in vocational training. The ponderations are based on the basis of the cognitive theory and the idea of constructive education.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the introduction and use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the special disciplines of higher education, to teach teachers how to improve the effectiveness of teaching and learning through information and communication technologies (ICT). This article discusses the issues of improving the knowledge and skills of students through the use of modern information and communication technologies in the preparation of designers, increasing students' interest in the educational process and the ability to apply their knowledge in practice in the future. The focus is on the need to develop appropriate strategies for a new educational role and, in addition, to enhance the role of learners in integrating information and communication technologies (ICT) into the educational process. The role and perspective of the teachers was very important, highlighting them as key players in the process. The data show that there is a belief that the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the educational process will help increase the effectiveness of education and facilitate the organization of the educational process. In particular, it shows that the contribution of information and communication technologies (ICT) to the improvement of the educational process in educational institutions, where information and communication technologies (ICT) is an innovative factor, is high. Achieving this high level means that the educational institution must not only modernize technological means, but also change the models of teaching. We need to acquire digital knowledge and modern information technology in order to achieve development. This will allow us to take the shortest path. Indeed, the deep penetration of information technology into all parts of the world today creates new opportunities.

As the development of the advanced information technology, the modern technologies including the information and computer technologies are bring into the campuses. The modern information technology, such as the multimedia technology, the computer science as well as the network technology are taken as the available tools to present vivid samples to the students for education and entertainment, helping the college students to clearly and deeply understand the information, knowledge and enriching their life. Grass-root Agro-technique extension plays an important role to the development of “Three Rural Issues”, modern information technology can promote the work of Agro-technique extension. This paper mainly introduce the things what we have done in order to promote the service and management work of Agro-technique extension. Through the establishment of information platform and distribution information equipments, provide the direct service to agro-technique promoters, agriculture experts and some agro-technique extension managers, achieving better service to the small holders and improving the agro-technique extension management finally. After a long time of hard work, we gain some experience and lessons that will be shared with you.
