The article describes the pedagogical conditions for organizing the educational process, training designers using modern information and communication technologies, performing tasks for students in practical and laboratory classes. The radical solution to the problem of increasing the effectiveness of education is not to expand the technical capabilities of modern information technology, but to develop a system of didactic and methodological principles of their application in the educational process.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the introduction and use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the special disciplines of higher education, to teach teachers how to improve the effectiveness of teaching and learning through information and communication technologies (ICT). This article discusses the issues of improving the knowledge and skills of students through the use of modern information and communication technologies in the preparation of designers, increasing students' interest in the educational process and the ability to apply their knowledge in practice in the future. The focus is on the need to develop appropriate strategies for a new educational role and, in addition, to enhance the role of learners in integrating information and communication technologies (ICT) into the educational process. The role and perspective of the teachers was very important, highlighting them as key players in the process. The data show that there is a belief that the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the educational process will help increase the effectiveness of education and facilitate the organization of the educational process. In particular, it shows that the contribution of information and communication technologies (ICT) to the improvement of the educational process in educational institutions, where information and communication technologies (ICT) is an innovative factor, is high. Achieving this high level means that the educational institution must not only modernize technological means, but also change the models of teaching. We need to acquire digital knowledge and modern information technology in order to achieve development. This will allow us to take the shortest path. Indeed, the deep penetration of information technology into all parts of the world today creates new opportunities.

Cybernation of the world, which began in the middle of the 20th century, encompassed all spheres of the life of society, becoming an essential component of the environment. Electronic technologies are used in various industries and services, including education. The implementation of the idea of e-education has contributed to the change in educational technologies, the dominant component of which are information and communication technologies. The research problem lies in the need to disclose modern information and communication technologies as an actual resource for educational activities. The purpose of the research is to substantiate the effectiveness of the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process. The research methods are analysis, synthesis, generalization, description. The basic research method is a pedagogical experiment. The research results: the concept of "information and communication technologies" has been considered, their tools have been described; the advantages of using information and communication technologies in educational activities in the direction of training 44.03.02 Psychology and Pedagogy of primary education have been disclosed; the efficiency has been substantiated and the possibilities of using informatization means in the educational process on the basis of the branch of FSBEI HE "Adyghe State University" in the city of Belorechensk have been determined; examples of the use of information and communication technologies in the educational process in the disciplines "Modern information technologies", "Information and communication technologies in education" have been given; the results of experimental work have been presented, that confirm the increase in the efficiency of the quality of knowledge. Key conclusions: information and communication technologies include the integration of methodological techniques, technological processes, software and hardware that interact with each other in the process of using information for a specific purpose, determined by the interests of its consumers; the advantages of information and communication technologies in educational activities are the expansion of the possibilities of the educational process, the development of positive educational motivation and interest of students, an increase in the quality of knowledge, etc.

The paper presents opportunities to preserve the Thracian cultural heritage associated with the Thracian Valley , using the potencial of new technologies. The results of the study of the process are presented, related to the socialization of the museum sites, who are important for the development of the culture and tourism in the Kazanlak region and the need to introduce practices to attract different types of museum audiences. Positive practices have been identified towards the application of modern information and communication technologies, relating to presentation and promotion of the Thracian cultural heritage and improving the service that promotes the visitation of museum sites from the Valley of the Thracian Kings by paying special attention to providing intellectual access to all of them and the application of modern ICT.Prospects for preservation and promotion of the Thracian cultural heritage related to the Valley of Thracian rulers are presented, among them providing intellectual access to museum sites from the Kazanlak region and applying practices that provide opportunities for innovations, interactive forms, virtual walks, use of technological walks, virtual and mixed reality solutions and other innovations related to contemporary ICT in museums. The relevance of the material presented in the article is caused by the system implementation of modern information and communication technologies into the educational process of higher educational institutions, that induces the appearance of new kinds and forms of its organization, such as blended learning. Today, there is no single view of the content of this phenomenon among scientists. Based on the analysis of scientific literature and practical developments of pedagogical community the author has analyzed the content and features of the concept of "blended learning", highlighted two approaches to its understanding: narrow and wide. There is presented a generalized classification of blended learning models, as well as proposed strategic stages of its implementation in activities of educational institutions.

The evolution of information and communication technologies has had a revolutionary impact on the field of architectural design and has necessitated the improvement of existing pedagogical approaches and educational tools. Virtual reality technologies, having made a technological breakthrough in the field of architectural visualization and providing opportunities to realistically demonstrate architectural objects, have become a promising and effective tool for improving the environment of architectural education. The use of virtual reality technologies in architectural education is the key to the formation of an innovative and motivating educational environment that will provide quality and effective training of specialists in the field of design, architecture and urban planning. The effectiveness of the educational process using these technologies is due to the growth of activity, interest of students and increased motivation, as evidenced by a number of educational experiments conducted by foreign scientists The study highlights the trends in the use of virtual reality technologies in architectural education as the most revolutionary tool donated by modern information technology. The advantages and disadvantages of using virtual reality technologies in architectural education are identified, a review of technological tools and software is made and the prospects for further research in this area are outlined.

Целью статьи является обоснование эффективности проведения поэтапного мониторинга успеваемости обучающихся с применением информационно-коммуникационных технологий. Актуальность темы обусловлена тем, что важным вопросом современного образования является разработка, апробация и дальнейшее внедрение системы мониторинга качества образовательного процесса в ВУЗах. Основным методом является мониторинг, который может улучшить состояние учебного процесса путем выявления проблем и целенаправленной индивидуальной работы. В статье рассматривается алгоритм реализации поэтапного мониторинга с применением информационно-коммуникационных технологий на занятиях. По результатам проведенных исследований сделаны выводы о необходимости внедрения поэтапного мониторинга на занятиях, направленного на управление аудиторией, развитие воспитательной работы и беспристрастную оценку успеваемости обучающихся. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the effectiveness of the stage-by-stage monitoring of students' progress using information and communication technologies. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that an important issue of modern education is the development of a system for monitoring the quality of the educational process in universities. The main method is monitoring, which can improve the state of the educational process through problems and purposeful work. The article uses the implementation of step-by-step monitoring with the use of information and communication technologies in the classroom, conducted with information technology. Based on the results of the research, conclusions were drawn about the stage-by-stage monitoring in the classroom, aimed at managing the audience, developing educational work and an impartial assessment of students' progress.
