The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of work-life quality and job involvement perceived by teachers to their affective commitment so that they feel a strong emotional bond to their work and school organization, are able to identify the goals and values of the school organization well, and really want to be there. This research uses causal survey method by using path analysis technique. This study uses the sample from 138 teachers in eight buddhist senior high schools in Jakarta, which were selected using the Slovin formula. The result of the study reveals that first, there is a positive effect between the quality of work life and the affective commitment of the teachers in school. Second, there is a positive effect between job involvement and affective commitment of teachers in school. Third, there is a positive effect between quality of work life and job involvement teachers in school

Teachers with high affective commitment can feel a strong emotional bond, loyalty, and dedication to the school. The teachers really want to be in school if they enjoy, feel comfortable, and satisfied with their works. So the teachers will be stronger if their experiences in a school are consistent with expectations and satisfy their basic needs, friendship, the work atmosphere or culture, comfortability in completing tasks, and also help to see how far the teachers identify and involve themselves with the school. This research uses causal survey method by using path analysis technique. This study uses the sample from 138 teachers (data were collected by personal distribution) in 8 Buddhist Senior High Schools in the Capital City of Jakarta, which was selected using the Slovin formula. The study proposed three hypothesis and results indicated (1) there is a positive effect between the quality of work life and the affective commitment, (2) there is a positive effect between job involvement and affective commitment, and (3) there is a positive effect between the quality of work life and job involvement.

This study aims to determine the effect of (1) the quality of work life, (2) working attitude, (3) job satisfaction of teachers working SMA Kecamtan Jekan Kingdom city of Palangkaraya , Central Kalimantan Province. In the data analysis, this study used a survey method using a causal analysis technique Strip . This study used a sample of 138 teachers in three high schools in District Jekan Kingdom city of Palangkaraya are selected using Slovin formula.The results showed that : first , there are positive influence between the quality of work life and job satisfaction of teachers in schools . Secondly , there is a positive effect between work attitudes and job satisfaction of teachers in schools . Third , there is a positive effect between the quality of working life and work attitudes of teachers in schools.

The research was conducted to all teachers of junior higt school  districts teluknaga regency of Tangerang. By using  a survey method with  path analysis applied in testing hypothesis the number 113 teachers as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) the quality of work life have positive direct effect to job satisfaction; (2) the job involvement have positive direct effect to job satisfaction; (3) the quality of work life have positive direct effect to job involvement. The job satisfaction can be improv through improvement of quality of work life  and job involvement.

The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of quality of work life (QWL) and reward on teachers organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This research used quantitative approach. The research was conducted to all of state elementary schools teachers in the district of Babelan Bekasi by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. Population in this research were 129 teachers of Estate Elementary School.The research conclude: (1) There is a direct positive effect of quality of work life (QWL) on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). (2) There is a direct positive effect of reward on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). (3) There is a direct positive effect of quality of work life (QWL) on reward. Therefore to enhance teachers organizational citizenship behavior can be carried out by quality of work life (QWL) and reward.

The purpose of this study is to comprehensively describe and describe the effect of work design and quality of work life on the affective commitment of vocational school teachers in East Jakarta. This research was conducted to Private Vocational High Schools (SMK) in East Jakarta. Methodology This study uses a quantitative research survey method, whereas for analyzing data using path analysis. Path analysis technique in this study is to determine the causal relationship between variables or the direct influence of exogenous variables on endogenous variables. Endogenous variables in this study are the teacher's affective commitment, while the exogenous variables in this study are work design and quality of work life. Data collection was carried out through questionnaire filling. Based on the calculation results obtained by path analysis 1) the direct effect of work design on affective commitment, the value of the path coefficient of 0.425 and tcount of 6.6964, meaning that work design has a direct positive effect on affective commitment can be accepted increasing work design resulting in increased affective commitment. 2) the direct effect of work design on the quality of work life, path coefficient of 0.225 and tcount of 3.378. Means, the direct influence of work design on affective commitment, the value of the path coefficient of 0.425 and tcount of 6.6964. 3) Work design has a direct positive effect on affective commitment can be accepted. That is, increasing work design results in increased affective commitment.

Purpose: The present study aimed to identify employees’ quality of work life indicators in public organisations and provide necessary context to improve system accountability and employees’ needs in organisations. Research methodology: To identify quality of work life indicators, authors studied theoretical research basics entirely and by considering elites’ ideas, identified main indicators by a descriptive – survey technique. Result: Based on research findings, 15 constituents were identified as work life quality indicators. Research results indicate undesired quality of work life among employees at public organisations. Of identified constituents, Safe and healthy working conditions and organisational conflict are the most important and job satisfaction and Pay/benefits are the lowest important factors. Limitations: The results only extend the understanding of the role of quality of work life in organisational effectiveness and have implications for human resource managers that may not be applicable for other positions. Contribution: The study results help organisations identify the elements that affect the QWL and help them plan to increase organisational effectiveness by increasing employee satisfaction and motivation.

The study aims to identify the correlation and impact relationship between the quality of work life and the organizational commitment, and to show the strength of this relationship and its impact, and then provide a theoretical framework for the study variables. The practical aspect was distributed over a sample consisting of (77) persons working in Islamic banks. After the collection and processing of data using the statistical program (spss), the results showed a positive relationship between the variables of the study as well as the existence of a positive effect and accordingly, a number of recommendations were made.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether: (1) work motivation has an effect on OCB; (2) the quality of work life affects OCB; (3) work motivation have an effect on the quality of work life. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method and multiple linear regression used for technique data analysis. The object of research is the local government office employees of North Minahasa Regency. The sample of employees is taken from the Regional Government Office of North Minahasa Regency, while the data collection used a questionnaire instrument. The result of the study showed that work motivation has a direct effect on OCB amount of 6.98%, the quality of work life has a direct effect on OCB amount of 5.95% and work motivation has a direct effect on the quality of work life amount of 2.43%. The results of this study confirmed that OCB can be improved through work motivation and quality of work life.
