The urban water system is a complex and dynamic for planning of an integrated framework. This paper illustrates Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique as a decision-making tool for the municipality’s urban water based on four different criteria i.e. economic, environmental, social, and sustainability to support stakeholders and water utility experts. Due to insufficient funds for the urban water planning, prioritization problems arise and for this hierarchical network represents with prioritization criterion to implement an alternative solution. Saaty’s analytical hierarchy process (AHP) hypothesis is explaining in the study with Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) and adoptable the alternatives through highest priority value. According to the AHP theory, all required criteria are ranking and preparing the list of alternatives to select the most prioritized solution to carry out in the plan of the urban water policy. Along with a consistency, a check of the final judgment is still carrying out by sensitivity evaluation of the synthesis model even if there are changes in decisions. The study find out the best workable solutions for existing issues in the urban water structure by promoting an interface between water users and stakeholders to reach a sustainable strategy in the city. AHP technique not only finds the important of each criterion but still comparing the criteria weights regarding objectives and alternatives. This application of AHP will ease the policymakers and stakeholders in the governing process for next-generation urban water system planning and designing by providing a framework and support to prepare a city master plan.

The Kallisto project aims at finding cost effective sets of measures to meet the WFD derived goals for the river De Dommel. The project reasons from the both acute and long term impacts of the urban wastewater system on the quality and ecology of the river that are studied with an integral monitoring campaign in the wastewater system (WWTP and sewers) and river. By applying impact based RTC, the project aims at minimizing additional investments in infrastructure while meeting the requirements. Moreover, uncertainty is explicitly considered in the optimization and decision making process. The paper describes the overall project strategy, some preliminary results of modelling and monitoring of the components of the urban water system and the demonstration research for treatment techniques and the planned integration into optimization and decision making.

Urban water system is the lifeblood of urban development and it has special effects in the urban landscape structure and function. In urban Planning and construction, water system should be carefully constructed under the water decides urban concept and the principles of overall coordination, ecological priority and local characteristics to realize the harmony of human and nature. The master plan of Dolon-nuur Town discusses the strategy of constructing urban water system in north winter city, and put forward to build perfect urban water structure, rich waterfront function, pay attention to flood control and detention, conform the monsoon, waterfront greening collocation, make full use of resources of ice and snow and avoid the pollution, in view of the cold city features.

Information is one of the important assets for the survival of an organization / business, defense security and the integrity of the country, public trust between consumers, so that the availability, accuracy and integrity must be maintained, or commonly abbreviated as CIA (Confidentiality, Integrity & Availability). ISO 27001 is an information security standard published in October 2005 by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). However, until now there has been no tool for companies in Indonesia to do a pre-assessment of the level of information security. Plus the lack of socialization of the rules and the lack of ISO 270001 expert in Indonesia, these are reason why the authors conducted this research. The author begins research by collecting data, by studying literature and interviewing experts to identify problems. After that, in its implementation, this research will be directed (knowledge acquisition) and reviewed directly by an ISO 27001 expert from The British Standard Institution of the United Kingdom (BSI) so that the results are more accurate. After that, the writer determines the weighting method (decision making), scoring method, system development method, and simulation method (testing). The results of the study are in the form of pre-assessment to evaluate the information security assessment index, which will be displayed according to indicators pioneered from ISO 27001: 2013 using AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) decision-making methods, as well as web-based making it easier to review.

<pre><em>The</em><em> study entitled How to Improve Sharia Accountability for Sovereign Sukuk in Indonesia aims to analyze </em><em>the factor that has the highest level of importance</em><em> in realizing sharia accountability.</em> <em>The analysis of this research is conducted by applying</em><em>  </em><em>Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach </em><em>with a hierarchy structure consisting of the first level, namely objectives, sharia accountability for Sovereign Sukuk/Sovereign Sharia Securities (SBSN), then the second level is shariah accountability parameters, consist of structural contract (akad) SBSN, the use of SBSN funds by maqashid sharia, and SBSN accounting and financial reporting. Each criterion is determined by sub-criteria, which are the third level. The last level is the supporting factors for the realization of sharia accountability for SBSN. </em><em>The results showed that human resources competency factor had the highest importance </em><em>level in realizing the sharia accountability for the use of the contract structure (aqad) SBSN parameter, the supervisory function factor had the highest importance level for the parameters of using SBSN funds following the shariahmaqashid, and the decision making authority factor had the highest importance level for the parameters of accounting and financial reporting.  As for the results of the level of importance of the parameters, the parameter of the use of the contract structure has the highest importance level among other parameters. </em></pre>

When water utilities establish water loss control programs, they traditionally focus on apparent loss rather than real loss when considering economic feasibility in the water sector. There is an urgent need for new management approaches that can address complex relationships and ensure the sustainability of natural resources among different sectors. This study suggests a novel approach for water utilities to manage water losses from the water-energy (WE) Nexus perspective. The Nexus model uses system dynamics to simulate twelve scenarios with the differing status of water loss and energy intensities. This analysis identifies real loss as one of the main causes of resource waste and an essential factor from the Nexus perspective. It also demonstrates that the energy intensity of each process in the urban water system has a significant impact on resource use and transfer. The consumption and movement of resources can be quantified in each process involved in the urban water system to distinguish central and vulnerable processes. This study suggests that the Nexus approach can strongly contribute to quantifying the use and movement of resources between water and energy sectors and the strategic formulation of sustainable and systematic water loss management strategies from the Nexus perspective.

This study aims to be able to provide recommendations in the decision-making system related to the best lecturers at the Jakarta Chapter of the Indonesian Management Lecturer Forum. It is hoped that the research results can be used as input in the Best Lecturer decision making system with a more systematic system. This research was conducted through interviews, questionnaires and literature study related to the Lecturer profession. In the field, the assessment criteria are still rough, therefore this study must include all the criteria into the mechanism, rules, and codes. Analysis, each criterion is analyzed using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method in weighting. The cumulative results of the recapitulation of scores show that teaching is still a top priority in the implementation of the Tridaharma of Lecturers, after that the second priority is research, then community service and finally support in the form of participation in supporting activities and scientific development.

Increasing population growth also contributes to the increasing need for homes or dwellings as basic human needs. Many ways people do to meet these needs, among others, by buying from someone else, building it yourself or by buying a house in a housing developer. Houses besides being a basic human need, it is also used as an indicator of one's success and as an asset for business development and an increase in the economic value of the owner. Prospective home buyers certainly have criteria that are considered in choosing a house. Many of the existing criteria are often followed by the availability of more than one choice of the house to be able to meet these criteria. Therefore, the writer tries to try to make a Decision Support System in a Home Purchase that will later help prospective home buyers in deciding which house to buy. The decision-making method used in this system is an analytical hierarchy process (AHP) as a form of decision-making model that is suitable for multi-criteria and multi-alternative problems with the main input being human perception. Combined with the Borda method which is one method of group decision making that can combine the results of perceptual analysis (the results of AHP analysis) from several decision makers. it is necessary to have a group decision-making technique (group decision support system). So that the resulting home purchase decision can be accepted by all decision makers (family).
