The research aims to analyze how WFH influences corporate culture through the availability of work facilities, motivation, work behavior, and employee performance. It is quantitative research using structural equation modeling. Data were obtained from 32 respondents that spread across Jakarta, Bekasi, and West Java. The results of this research show that WFH significantly affects the employee’s motivation. On the other hand, WFH has a significant direct effect on work motivation. Work motivation significantly affects work behavior. Work behavior affects employee performance significantly, and performance has a significant effect on innovative corporate culture. The analysis on the specific indirect effect resulted in significantly influencing innovation corporate culture from home through employee motivation, work behavior, and employee performance. Further research could explore the WFH-implementing mechanism as part of a culture of innovation for sustainable human resource development in the new-normal era of Indonesian companies

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction and work motivation. This research is a quantitative research with a case study at the SME PT PMS Company in Surabaya, Indonesia by distributing questionnaires to 50 employees. The data were processed using Structural Equation Modeling with the Smart PLS 3 programs. The results showed that in fact the respondents thought that organizational culture and work motivation had no direct significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation could not mediate organizational culture on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant direct effect on job satisfaction and work motivation and job satisfaction has a significant direct effect on employee performance. Likewise, job satisfaction can mediate organizational culture on employee performance where all relationships lead in a positive direction. There has been no research that examines the relationship model of those 4 variables which is intended to determine the wider relationship between these variables and this study provides an overview of employee behavior in SME companies and is useful as input in determining strategies, especially for companies to improve their performance.

The data comes from the answers to the questionnaire according to the employee's perception. The results of the questionnaire were tabulated and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS application. The results of the analysis prove that competence has a significant effect on performance, competence has an effect on work motivation, and motivation mediates the influence of competence on employee performance. Cooperation has no effect on performance, but has an effect on motivation and work motivation mediates the effect of cooperation on employee performance. Abstract, the current composition of employees in the workplace by generation is dominated by Generation Y or Millennial Generation, and will continue to grow and even generation Z will emerge as the next generation that will enter the working age. Companies are required to adapt to all matters relating to this generation to maintain continuity and to improve performance. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, generation Y characteristics and job satisfaction as a mediator on the performance of Generation Y employees at the Jakarta Regional Office Employment BPJS. The focus of the study is generation Y which is the largest population of employees. This type of research is quantitative research with the sampling method used is simple random sampling. The population is all employees of Generation Y BPJS at the Regional Office of DKI Jakarta and by using the Slovin formula a sample of 237 people is obtained. The analytical method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The conclusion of the study shows that the characteristics of generation Y, job satisfaction, and organizational culture and job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance. Partially Y generation characteristics and organizational culture influence employee performance by moderating job satisfaction variables. Based on the results of the study it is suggested that BPJS Manpower management pay attention to the Y behavior characteristics of the workplace so that they are comfortable and productive, maintain a work culture focused on results, eliminate communication boundaries between generations, increase innovation participation for employees. Of the four variables, the employee performance variable has the highest average value among other variables, while the strong performance indicators are service level agreement and accuracy. Performance is an essential factor in an organization; increasing organizational performance can be affected by the leadership and organizational culture. Good leadership and organizational culture will create job satisfaction for employees, thereby improving employee performance in the organization. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of situational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study employed Structural Equation Modeling analysis using a sample of 275 employees of fire management and rescue of the North Jakarta administration. The data were analyzed using Lisrel software. The results showed that situational leadership and organizational culture did not have a significant relationship with performance directly. Nevertheless, situational leadership and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. It is suggested that the organization needs to pay attention to job satisfaction which is a significant factor in improving employee performance. Further researchers can replicate the model in a different context to verify the applicability of the model.
